People sometimes regret their temporary emotional behavior
For example, what they talk about over drinks.
People who are usually quiet, for example, become talkative when they drink alcohol and talk about many things.
They would talk about their secrets, their values, their love lives, and so on.
And then they regret what they said because ‘it’s because of the drinks’.
“Why did I even tell her all that?”
“Why did I swear in a drunken stupor?”
“Why did I confess my love to her in the heat of alcohol?”
Well, to give you an example, it goes like that.
But I would say that verbal regret is still better.
The reason is that it can be denied and can lead to ‘pointless argument’ of admitting or not denying.
Still, it’s a tough excuse, no doubt about it.
But it is definitely the actions of physical contact that have the most trailing consequences.
Yes, so at a time like this…
“Can’t you act normaly…”
‘Wa, I’m perfectly normal! What are you talking about, Towa-kun!”
A sigh naturally escaped from me as the goddess was clearly upset and pacing left and right beside me.
After the heavy rain and the thunder stopped, the goddess came to her senses and has been like this ever since then.
‘Who are you?’ I wanted to say, as her usual calmness is nowhere to be found.
Well, I was so tense and nervous about what just happened that my heart almost jumped out of my throat, too…
Seeing Rin in a panic made me calm down.
At that time, I don’t blame her because the scene was like an emergency evacuation to escape the trauma.
So I’d appreciate it if you wouldn’t be shy about it…
I mean, I get hot in the face when I think about it, too…
No, because I was hugged by the most beautiful girl in school.
It is more difficult not to be conscious of it.
I still can’t get the smell out of my head, a smell that I am instinctively attracted to, different from the smell of perfume or detergent.
My body is thin but soft…
Damn it!
Don’t do it…Don’t remind me of what we just did!
Disappearance of worldly desires, dispersal of worldly desires …
“And, Towa, what’s wrong with your eyes?”
“… I’ll be enlightened, so shut up for a moment.”
“Uh…”
I think Rin is looking at me with an indescribable expression on her face beside me, but… I don’t worry about it for now.
I have to get rid of this evil feeling first.
“Hmm … I can’t help but think about everything in a positive way.”
“Have you calmed down?”
“Yes, thanks to you. I’m sorry for show showing you being such a mess earlier…”
“Oh, that’s okay. We all have our weaknesses.”
“Yes, that’s true.”
Perhaps it was because of the subtlety of the air, but for some reason, I made eye contact with the goddess.
It was odd that our eyes met at almost the same time, and we looked at each other and laughed.
“Let’s buy some ingredients for now. It’s almost time for the special sale.”
“Let’s do that. By the way, how much are you planning to buy?”
“I’d like to make some leftovers, so a week’s supply, I guess. Plus—”
Rin pulled out a neatly folded flyer from her jersey pocket and unfolded it.

“Today is the day of the big discount, so I must get into the spirit! I’m going to find something cheap and of good quality!”
“Oh, you’re kind of into it. Good luck.”
“You say this like it’s someone else’s problem, but you’ll have to line up at the cash register separately from me, Towa-kun. Besides, I have to beat out a lot of housewives to get my hands on the limited supply of the 200 sale items.”
“Eh … really?”
“Yes, I’m serious.”
It was too painful to jump into the middle of such a deadly situation and secure it.
Housewives are especially scared at times like this …
“Huh, I can only sigh.”
“It’s not often that cheese is that cheap, so I’m hoping to secure some. If I wanted, I could get two, but it would be nice if one of us could get them.”
“You don’t have to worry about such a price …”
“Thinking within your budget, we won’t compromise on providing good food. Besides, Towa-kun is likely to end up in an unhealthy life if left alone…”
“Well, sure.”
If it weren’t for Rin, there is a very good chance that I would have been living on leftovers from work or cup ramen.
I’m healthy now, but it seems that I didn’t look good before.
“After all, Rin is like a mother.”
“…That’s a terrible thing to hear.”
“No, no matter how you think about it. You care about your health and save money… you’re more than just a “mom”, you’re… “perfect mom”, wouldn’t you say?”
“That kind of makes me feel like you think I’m an old lady… Isn’t there another way to compliment me?”
“Well then, is there anything you’d like to be called, Rin?”
“I’d like you to called ‘my wife’. Or ‘my bride’, maybe even ‘wifey’*. Hmm, I’m torn on which one.
“Oh? You’re changing the subject, aren’t you?”
I tilted my head at the unusual flow.
Rin, on the other hand, didn’t seem to know any better.
“Try calling me by the names I just suggested.”
“It’s an impossible thing to say for an unmarried person.”
“I think it’s strange to use the word “mother” in this context. Well, it’s just a test, so please try calling me that for now. Which one would you like to call me?”
I chuckle at Ria God, who smiles innocently like a child playing a prank.
Then I checked the time on my phone.
“Oh, it’s about time. Come on, let’s hurry up.”
“Hey, Towa-kun! Please don’t run away!”
“If we don’t hurry, we might lose it, right? Hurry up.”
“Damn it!”
I beckoned to a sullen Rin.
I walked into the battlefield of shopping, letting Rin grumble beside me with her cheeks puffed out.
By the way, only one cheese was secured.
I didn’t help at all.
TL Note: This chapter was not fun to translate, the first section was hard to understand so I put in my own interpretation of what I could decipher and made it legible. The Joke about the wife was also hard to translate and I feel like I’ll have to work on it again because it looks like the type of thing to come up again in the future. If anyone is willing to help me the three words used are (奥さん, 嫁 & 家内).
