A thread was pinned straight at the top of Marsh City’s online forum. It was related to Xiang Ning. Countless pictures and videos were uploaded and currently had more than thirty thousand views, though the view count was still steadily rising.
“Who is this savage? He’s arrogant!”
“Haven't you heard of him? He’s Xiang Ning from Qiling Academy, the big boss who placed first during Marsh City’s wilderness activity. I can’t believe he’s a bully in school!”
“I’m a student from the first school. The person you’re talking about is a heartless bastard who refused to rescue someone in danger during the activity, locked fellow students in a safehouse, and kept robbing other teams, including students from my school, causing many students to leave the activity early! And most of them were severely injured, too!”
“He’s right, I’m a student from Hanwu Academy. Xiang Ning first provoked us, then continued to.…”
Xiang Ning’s identity was instantly dug out. When people discovered he was a part-time student, a portion of the conversations turned in a strange direction.
“Heh, what a bunch of useless idiots. Can’t even beat a part-time student? I’d be too embarrassed to run my mouth!”
“Oh shut up, don’t think you can say whatever you want just because it’s the internet. I’ll come beat you up!”
“I’m begging you to come at me! I live on Baima Street, I’ll be waiting!”
Discussions about Xiang Ning blew up all over the forum.
……
Within Qiling Academy.
After Xiang Ning broke her arm, he tossed Feng Yi on the ground as if she was a piece of trash. When he saw how the entire crowd glared at him with hatred, he couldn’t hold back his laughter. It made the students from special training very uncomfortable.
“Xiang Ning, do you really think we’re too afraid to touch you?” The first person to speak was the strongest student from Class 1, Zhao Zhuo! He had survived the wilderness for as long as Xiang Ning did, his cultivation significantly improving from the activity. Having achieved the tier one, nine-star level, he was considered one of the best of his generation.
“Hmph, you’re all just talk. A bunch of useless scum is all I see,” scoffed Xiang Ning.
“What did you say?!” Zhao Zhuo’s eyes widened and the rest of the students clenched their fists, as if about to surround and beat him up.
Xiang Xiaoyu and Chen Zixin worriedly watched Xiang Ning.
“Xiang Xiaoyu, don’t worry, Senior will be fine, he’s very strong!” Chen Zixin anxiously gulped. There were so many people here, even with his capabilities, could Xiang Ning hold them back?
Xiang Ning didn’t feel like explaining himself, because he felt it would fall on deaf ears. Furthermore, these people had been here to pick on his sister. That automatically made them his enemies.
“What’d I say? Are you all deaf now?” yelled Xiang Ning. Adrenaline coursed through his veins because every sentence he uttered was earning him thousands of Fury Points!
Fury Points +144
…
“Xiang Ning, you must have a death wish. What made you so bold to be provoking us like this? Do you really think you’re invincible?” Zhao Zhuo charged at him.
Xiang Ning instantly kicked him, causing him to flip in the air and crash to the ground, his face ghostly pale. The rest of the people who were about to charge stopped themselves.

When Xiang Ning saw them, he huffed, “Weak.”
“Who is it? Who touched my sister?!” rang a shrill voice.
Three students from the upper second year stormed over from afar, easily recognizable from their uniforms, which were different from the upper-first years. The girl leading the trio was the one who spoke. She was a tall girl and her face was covered in a layer of thick makeup. Xiang Ning thought she looked revolting.
“She’s the eldest daughter of the Feng family, Feng Yi’s elder sister Feng Qi!”
“I know her, she’s a tier two, one-star martial artist!”
The crowd erupted in conversation. Feng Qi’s expression darkened when she saw her sister in agony and she rushed forward, shouting, “Feng Yi, Feng Yi, are you alright?”
“Big sister! It hurts, my arm hurts!” Feng Yi’s features were contorted in pain as she looked at her twisted arm.
“Who did this to you?!” Feng Qi eyed the crowd, cold as ice.
Every student there pointed at Xiang Ning. “Senior Feng Qi, he was the one who hurt Feng Yi!”
Feng Qi glared at Xiang Ning with hatred.
“Big Sister, be careful. He’s very strong,” Feng Yi gasped with great difficulty. She desperately wanted to see Xiang Ning on his knees with an apology now.
Feng Qi turned to the two people behind her. “Go. Break his arms and legs, then drag him here and make him apologize on his knees. I’ll take all responsibility for this!”
The crowd was in shock. More and more people had gathered to watch.
“Yes, miss!” The two people smirked coldly and turned to Xiang Ning, “If you obey us like a good boy, we won't hurt you that badly. But if you don’t… hmph!”
Xiang Ning activated Keen Observation as he regarded them both. Both of them were tier one, nine-star martial artists. Neither of them were a match for him. But what he saw almost made him curse out loud. Two special gel-made swords had appeared in their hands. While they weren’t sharp blades, he definitely wouldn’t want to get slashed by one!
Feng Qi grinned. As a precaution, she had instructed her people to bring weapons. It was the right decision after all!
In an instant, the crowd no longer held out much hope for Xiang Ning. The difference between fighting with weapons and fighting barehanded was huge. Unless they were a martial artist who specialized in barehanded combat, every martial artist needed weapons to truly unleash their full potential. Fighting without weapons was like fighting handicapped, unable to perform at more than fifty percent of their true capabilities.
The two lackeys maliciously sneered as they strolled up to him. Xiang Ning clenched his fists, taking a combat stance.
“Haha, looks like he’s planning to fight back! But it’ll be useless!” Both fighters charged at him, one from each side, surrounding Xiang Ning!
As a tier two martial artist, he should be able to defeat both of them without a problem. The crowd had made their judgments based on his cultivation level before the wilderness activity. When he activated Keen Observation, it revealed a hundred percent of their flaws. His mouth curled up, then, to the crowd’s surprise, he dodged a sure-hit strike with a flash, like a ghost.
The two lackeys were caught by surprise, and before they came to their senses, Xiang Ning grabbed one of their wrists and twisted hard. The fighter gasped in pain, dropping his weapon.
“No!” When he saw his weapon fall, his muscles exploded with strength in an attempt to shove Xiang Ning off, but he held on with a death grip. He had a bad feeling. How strong was this guy?!
Then Xiang Ning grabbed the sword and kicked him aside. Every jaw was on the ground. It had all happened in a second! It was too quick!
