A white light moved away then stopped.  As Astan approaches, the light moves. However, when Astan stopped the light didn't move either.  He came back closer and followed him until a door made of old wood came into view. The light just disappeared, after which strange sounds began to be heard, crying, asking for help, screaming, and laughing.  The cold air blew a little louder along with the strange noises that were still heard even more. Astan tries to walk, but it feels heavy.

Cold sweat began to appear as Astan was able to walk.  The strange noises grew more and more, he even saw a few glimpses of figures who were staring and watching him with wide, sinister eyes.  Astan struggled to reach the doorknob, he still held on and tried to reach it. He took another step, eroding the distance that was only 30 centimeters left.  Astan exerted his strength until his right hand could touch the doorknob. He turned it once and made a creaking sound.

He stepped back to his left foot until it was close to the right foot.  When the door opened, a light could be caught again. Astan stepped with the last of his strength, as he actually passed through the door.  The strange noises were no longer heard and the door closed by itself. Astan was surprised when he saw the stairs were so long and spread down.  He slowly stepped down the steps one by one, until he stopped and was faced with two doors of different colors, red and blue.

His brain was thinking hard to decide which door to open.  A few seconds passed, Astan walked to the blue door and opened it quickly.  However, he looked back at the stairs leading down. With a bit of annoyance Astan continued to walk down the stairs until he ended up in a room with a big door.  He walked closer, making him clearly see the unique carvings on the door namely the arches that were connected to each other.

The shape of a lotus flower is beautifully carved in the middle of the line that separates the large door.  Astan turned his gaze towards the door, walking around looking for something to open it. He stopped in front of a small screen, just to the left of the door.  The screen has number buttons like an apartment that must enter a password. Astan thought for a moment to find a few digit numbers. This is the umpteenth time Astan tries, but all the numbers entered are always wrong.  Then he remembered someone's date of birth, Astan pressed a few digits on the screen and a happy smile appeared on his face.

Within seconds the big door opened, Astan walked towards the door.  Standing right in front with an enthusiastic face, hoping to get away from dreamland.  Slowly Astan stepped inside until the door closed slowly. Astan can only see a few trees and flowers blooming so blurry.  A white mist covered the entire surrounding area, as if forbidding anyone to see. The blue sky was covered by gray clouds, the cold air was so strong that Astan hugged himself with both hands.  Only the gurgling of water caught his ear.

The ticking of the clock continued as usual, but Astan didn't move at all from where he was standing.  Slowly the fog thinned, disappearing without saying a word. The clear sky revealed itself with the air singing, making the trees and flowers dance freely.  Butterflies come because they are provoked by the fragrance of the flowers.

Astan stared in awe at the surrounding scenery, walking subconsciously following the wooden path in front of him.  Instantly Astan stopped walking when he saw a simple house made of wood. Astan faintly heard the sound of wood being hit by a sharp object, he walked towards the source of the sound curiously.  He stopped when he saw a man with short white hair.

The male figure was wearing only a T-shirt and black trousers.  Astan again stepped closer and greeted him. The figure stopped from chopping wood and stared at him.  Astan clearly saw his blue eyes, white skin, and oval face.

"May I ask a question?"  asked Astan.

"What's that?"  The figure asked again.

"Where is this?"  Astan asks with a smile that never fades.  The figure could only chuckle with a slight chuckle.

“Hey, you really don't know?  It's in your dreamland." The figure replied in a slightly annoyed tone.  Astan just kept quiet and smiled slightly at the answer. Even though that wasn't what he meant, he knew that this was a dream.

“Ha, apparently it took a long time for you to get here.”  The figure spoke again.

"But, who are you?"  asked Astan.

"You don't seem to remember anything at all.  My name is Cakara, which means protecting.” The figure answered and happily introduced himself.

 "That's ugly," said Astan unconsciously.

"What are you saying?  Bad? He, your great-grandfather gave it that name.”  Cakara voiced out with annoyance, at what Astan said.

"I apologize.  By the way, why are you using too stiff language?”  asked Astan.

"It's like this, the way I talk to your grandfather and father."  Cakara answered with a smile.

“If it's with me, talk in the language of close friends and also.  Can you explain in more detail about all of this?” said Astan.

"Okay.  I... I mean, I'll explain.  I am the one who protects you temporarily.  This place is a place that is between reality and the subconscious.  I should have explained about him too, but it seemed like it would be better if he explained it himself.  So, now I'm going to tell you about myself, from the beginning to where I am now." Cakara started walking towards the wooden seat and was followed by Astan.

Cakara took a glass of water and drank it in one gulp.  Makes Astan confused because the glass suddenly appears and disappears by itself.  Cakara took a deep breath before speaking. He began to tell about himself, memories of the past began to arrive.  After the incident in 2017, it rained very hard that day. A large organization began to form, I don't know what they would do.  Cakara's father, who is a journalist from a national television station, decided to investigate.

Cakara's father thought that it was big news and would make him profit.  However, everything did not go as expected. The leader of the organization knows what Cakara's father did to cause her death.  The organization targets Cakara's father and himself, but they end up under different circumstances. Cakara's father's death was declared a suicide, but in contrast to Cakara.  Cakara lost consciousness due to a car accident and someone had hit her, the incident caused very, very serious injuries.

The unexpected happened, Cakara's spirit was unable to go up there.  With the reason there is still something that remains a mystery. Cakara walked aimlessly, through the dark and cold streets.  Sometimes there is lighting, but it doesn't happen all the time. The day came, when Cakara chose the wrong path and trapped him in a circle.  Cakara couldn't get out of the circle at all, he was stuck there for 3 years. Without being able to cross the boundary line until the figure finds it and helps selflessly.  With pleasure Cakara offered to take care of all the descendants of that figure. Besides that, Cakara is still looking for something that is still stuck. As if hidden in a dark sea and reluctant to swim up.

"That's my story, for another story.  I'll tell you another time because time is running out," said Cakara.  Ending the short story of his encounter with a helper figure.

"So you're a ghost!"  Astan spoke in surprise and slightly shouted.

"Why?  Are you afraid?”  Cakara asked again.

"Not.  I'm just a little surprised, I thought a dream was just a dream and there was no way you guys could enter," replied Astan.  Turned his gaze back to the trees in front of him. Astan asks another question, even though he knows the answer.

“This is your dreamland.  How come you don't know how to get out?  Oh, I mean wake up." Cakara answered in a slightly annoyed and disbelieving tone.  Even though he was annoyed, Cakara still told him the way out.

“Through those dark streets and stairs?”  Astan asks again to get a definite answer.  Cakara quickly agreed. He waved his hand with a smile on his face and disappeared.
