Jennifer's confidence caused Jason to look at her in doubt.
Even though she was strong, they were talking about knocking out four beings that originated from an even greater planet, with roughly the same combat prowess as Jennifer!
That was not something they could do just because Jennifer deemed it easy, and Jason couldn't help but think that she was underestimating the threat.
However, her next words were not something Jason expected to hear.
"If you use your chaos attribute just like last time, you should be able to release a similar effect as you did with Prince Leo, right?
Considering that you are much stronger now, even I shouldn't be unfazed by the combined attack of your curses, the abyssal effect you told me about, and the chaos attribute!"
These words caused Jason to stiffen because he didn't expect that Jennifer was seriously considering his participation in this fray.
However, that was not all because it looked like she wanted to gamble on him and see whether he would be able to achieve the same feat as before.
Seeing the dumbfounded look on his face, Jennifer couldn't help but smile weirdly as she asked,
"Can you not do that?"
She didn't sound mad or annoyed at all.
It was more like Jennifer knew that the chaos attribute was not exactly his own, just a weird additional trait that he had within him, and could control it to a certain extent.
Because of that, she had secretly hoped that Jason could do the same feat over and over again, as long as he met certain requirements.
Yet, from the look on his face, it seemed to be a little bit more complicated.
This caused her to feel that executing her earlier plan was more difficult than expected. Thus she had already begun to think of other solutions to stay inside the Inheritance site without being killed or losing on the merit points she had accumulated.
However, it was not necessary to completely scrap her earlier plan because Jennifer's idea had been decent!
"I can use the chaos attribute, but I'm not exactly sure whether or not this will be enough. I don't feel as angry or emotionally affected as I was feeling at that time…"
It was already a good sign that Jason was confident to use the chaos attribute once again, but the second half of his line pertaining to his emotions was rather disadvantageous.
Not knowing how strong his attack truly was, it could either be enough or a complete disaster.
This uncertainty was not good, but Jennifer thought that it was better than nothing.
As such, she would be the last one to complain, owing to the fact that she was the reason Jason even entered the Inheritance site.
Despite him being evidently weaker than the four Preactors, he wanted to help.
This seemingly simple gesture made Jennifer feel warm in her heart which made her smile vibrantly.
Jason, who didn't realise what Jennifer was thinking about, could only look at her in doubt, wondering what made her smile in a tricky situation like the one they were in.
Thinking about his own capabilities, Jason realised that there were many minor seals he could destroy.
Before, his cultivation speed had been too slow to even consider breaking one minor seal without possibly endangering him.
However, that wasn't the case anymore.
Rather than cultivating too slowly, the number of seals on him seemed to be too much. What this meant was that Jason had never truly thought that he would be able to increase his cultivation speed to the extent that allowed him to break multiple seals at once.
But that was now happening, and the thought that he would never be able to break all seals that were put on his bloodline disappeared too!
Yet, it was exactly this that caused Jason to feel that the Celestia bloodline was even more dangerous to a human halfling like him than he had initially thought.
There were thousands of minor seals on his body, some were bigger, some smaller, and Jason could faintly tell that those that were deeper within his bloodline were stronger.
However, right now, he had only destroyed a few of them.
This hadn't bothered him before because he had never put much thought on the seals, but after clearly inspecting the helix in the depths of his conscience, Jason felt that Luna's reaction about his revelation of being a Celestia was suitable.
'Every single seal I release will strengthen my Celestia aura, the Stigma, possibly even my soul world, my sensitivity towards mana, and much more!' Jason realised. His mind subconsciously began pondering over the question of who the mysterious being that had sealed his bloodline truly was.
The being, whose soul fraction was imprinted into his mind, had to be an existence whose power is either on par with the Celestias, or its power was simply perfectly suitable to seal Jason's bloodline.
In the end, the answer remained hidden, and Jason's mind returned to the more important question.
"How many seals can I break, and how long will I be able to lock the four Preactors in their place, giving Jennifer the necessary time to act?"
Jason voiced out his concern loudly without noticing. This caused Jennifer to look at him in confusion.
Yet, before she could even say something, Jason averted his gaze, locking his eyes with her as he asked,
"If they cannot move, how much time do you need to knock them out?"
Jason didn't even try to think about killing them because they were likely to have automatic protective mechanisms, like specific medallions that would protect them if they were about to die.
As such, knocking them out would be the easiest way to force them outside the Inheritance trials.
Afterward, the Preactors might wait outside the temple in order to ambush them, but during that time Jennifer could receive the inheritance, and become much stronger that would help her in defeating the four Preactors.
At least, that was the plan Jason had put together within a few moments.
There was nothing special about his plan, but he felt that it was the most suitable.
"If they're rendered incapable of defending themselves, let alone move from their place, I need two seconds, at most three, and that is already the maximum!!"
Jennifer answered reluctantly, not sure if she was demanding too much, but seeing Jason simply nod his head made her worries disperse in thin air.
"I don't know if I can shackle them down for three seconds, but two seconds are feasible!
They won't be able to budge, so kick their butts and knock them out once they arrive."
In the end, neither Jason nor Jennifer were sure if the four Preactors would arrive at the exact same time or the same location, or if all of them would even make it through the first few trials!
Jason didn't think that they would face all the trials in a group, but the possibility was still there.
As such, enduring the pressure around them, both Jennifer and Jason created multiple plans.
Several days passed, and they had already started to focus on their other task, which was to endure the pressure.
At the same time, Jason was cultivating, trying to make use of the extremely dense, pure, and high quantity of mana around him.
If he wanted to be on par with Jennifer, he was required to cultivate more, longer, and faster than she was doing.
His cultivation speed might be faster than hers, but Jennifer would soon undergo her first bloodline awakening, of both bloodlines, at the same time.
If she were to overcome this painful experience, her strength would skyrocket, and reach a level that was similar to her cultivation speed.
As such, Jason wanted to reduce the gap between his strength and hers as much as possible before Jennifer advanced to the Ascension stage.
He was also not sure what kind of Aeus and Devir her parents were, but according to her cultivation speed, they had been extremely talented.
This made him wonder what exactly Jennifer's story was because she seemed to hate both the Aeus and Devir race equally which was weird.
'Just what happened to you, Jennifer?'
