Kevin wore a necklace as soon as he finished talking. Peter also silently took one and put it on his neck. He had never been lack of courage although his brain was full of confusing things at sometimes. Otherwise, he might not choose to become a police inspector who has to face dangers frequently. Tina smiled worriedly after seeing the actions of two men. But she quickly became confident again because of the existence of QRT team.

Tina gave him a kiss and said, "Be careful."

Peter just smiled and told her, "Don't worry. Nothing would happen."

Soon, under the watch of everyone, Kevin and Peter took the guns equipped with silencers and went down.

To make sure that accidents would not happen, everyone placed the guns with silencers in respective gun holes and aimed at the wolves which could pose dangers suddenly to Kevin and Peter. Several old men walked down to the first floor. They were going stay near the front door in case they could prevent sudden accidents.

Kevin and Peter were holding the guns tightly while slowly opening the heavy front door. Two minutes later, the two finally opened the door and made it to the front porch. Magically, the wolves only continued to gnaw at the big corpse of Greed Devil. The wolves felt the familiar power contained in the necklaces so they chose to ignore the two. But, they didn't seem to find out the living humans inside the door. Only the pale light film in situ of the opened door was showing the magical power of artifact silently.

The two men immediately felt relaxed after seeing the wolves didn't care about them. However, they still walked to the lawn cautiously and they are ready to shoot at the wolves as long as they showed some abnormalities. Fortunately, even when they walked to the place which was only two meters away from a wolf, the wolf only glanced at them and continued devouring the meat of the big fat.

Kevin and Peter slowly approached the big corpse vigilantly. To their surprise, the wolves near them changed to new positions. And after testing a few times, they found that these wolves were still trying to retain a distance of at least two meters from them. But the meat of Greed Devil was probably attracting them too much and the chances were also possibly very rare to be able to eat it too.

The reality was also the same as their conclusions. So, although these wolves could feel the smell and power of their master Devil in the two humans, they only dodged to new places not far away and continued gnawing the corpse of Greed Devil. They were longing to evolve into higher life level and these meats were of great tonic to them, probably even better than the humans they had eaten before. They were reluctant to leave the corpse of Greed Devil.

Kevin was confused by their actions but Peter felt that they already tested the effect of necklace. Peter kicked hard on the arm of the Greed Devil which was bigger than him. They didn't feel the big size of the Greed Devil when they were in the second floor of Julia's big house.

But when they got closer, they found the fact that the big fat was actually much bigger than they thought. Peter greeted Kevin as he walked back to the house after taking off the necklace from the corpse in the hand of Greed Devil, "Let's go. We have already confirmed the effect. It is not safe outside even if we are now wearing the magical necklaces. Who can tell whether they would suddenly fail."
