Kevin still stood in place for a few seconds as he was thinking about something but he also quickly walked back to the house too.

Tina hugged Peter as soon as he got back into the house. She came down when she saw that no wolf was attacking. She was really scared of sudden accident which something would happen to her lover. After all, a small wound could kill a healthy and strong adult when there was no medicine and no professionals to treat the wound in time.

The other people also came down when Kevin got into the house. They couldn't wait to celebrate for the good news. Especially, Brian has many plans to use these necklaces.

Ten minutes later, while they were having tea party together with children too, the loud footsteps faintly appeared again. At that time, Brian was telling about his grand plan which was to collect gas tanks from nearby houses and how to use them as explosive traps efficiently all over the whole town.

Peter instantly remembered something and he warned the other people immediately.

"Shuhh! Listen carefully. Do you hear that? The sounds of that big fats coming towards here."

Everyone stopped talking instantly. After listening carefully for several seconds, Brian gave the orders fast, "Move, move. Quickly, Daisy, you take the children to the basement. Everyone follow me back to the second floor."

While walking fast, he muttered, "Not the worst situation yet, hopefully."

Just as they took their positions in combat readiness, two big Greed Devils slowly walked out from the dense mists behind the opposite house.

Unlike the previous one they killed, these two are obviously bigger. Both of them had very fat body and height of nearly seven meters. The four wolves had already run away since a minute ago due to their sensitive senses. Although they still wanted to eat a few more mouthful of Greed Devil corpse, they still chose their lives over evolution.

When the two Greed Devil saw the headless corpse which was already missing a few pieces of meat, they trotted toward it in rather normal paces. The one at the right sat down next to the corpse. Then, he hold the arm and took a big bite suddenly. Big chunk of meat on the corpse's arm went into his mouth. However, the one at the left sniffed several times and found something.
