“Hey, Chester. Look at two o’clock. A giant monster incoming.”

After getting the radio contact from Peter, Chester hurriedly entered back into the balcony and took the sniper rifle from one of them before looking into the distance under the inquiring eyes of his two subordinates. He didn’t have time to explain. It would be too bad for them if the report was true. According to the description of Peter and the people under him, that kind of giant monsters can pose great threat to them.

Soon, he saw the two giants of around 9m high swaying their deformed big bodies and walking towards the mansion. Chester cursed in his heart. But his response was not slow. “Quick, call somebody to tell everyone about our preparation to retreat. Take a part with weaker people to the backyard and let them start the cars and wait for us. Let the other guys brace to fight a hard battle before leaving. We must give those monsters a hard blow before leaving here.”

He started to give order to all survivors to retreat to the back yard and get on the cars they had prepared. As for how much resources they could take away, Chester can only pray to god. He was also desperate but he didn’t want to see heavy causalities.

“Peter, tell Ronald to come to the third floor middle room. We are going to kill at least one of these bastard before we retreat from this place.”

Peter on the other side hold the radio and smiled worryingly. He raised his eyebrows to Ronald and asked about his opinion in silent. Ronald pulled the rifle bolt and shook his head. He got no problem and he was ready to give it a try. When he saw that, Peter pressed the button and replied, “No problem. Ronald is coming right away.”

The whole room fell into silent as they watched the leaving back of Ronald. They didn’t say anything but looked at each other and started to prepare their weapons. They were going to give a hard fight before leaving. At that time, the radio rang again and Chester voice came out, “By the way, Peter. Is that place of yours safe? You know, our people can’t run around the town all the time. They need a place to stay. Of course, if it is going to be too much burden on your base, we can only flee to the outside of the town and move around. But I still hope to get some help. Even if you guys only take in a part, that would be great. You know, those mists are very dangerous and magical moonlight might not appear all the time after all.”

Peter thought about it for several seconds and replied, “I need to ask first.”

Chester said sincerely, “Thanks a lot dude. It was really worrying. Even if we can move around and kill those monsters, we still need a supply station and a safe shelter after all. Alright, I am wasting your time. Hurry up and ask your people.”

Peter told him in a low mood, “You’re welcome. We are all on a boat.”

Then, he contacted Tina and directly asked about the request and the situation they were in. Tina was still sleeping when the radio rang. Thanks to her trained shallow sleep, she immediately woke up and asked the things again. They were doing great actually. Almost entire street in front of their house was already full of various traps. Large part of them were trash cans full of metal things like nails, screws, destroyed chains and other various metal pieces. There were even small caliber bullets and bullet casings in some trash cans. Once they exploded, nearby creatures would face great danger. It was all thanks to Chester and Peter for cleaning up the neighborhoods so they could do many things at ease. Since they didn’t have to fight and run, their efficiency soared a lot.
