Hero of Insanity

(First novel. Takes place in the same universe as “Adrylia”. I don’t really know what to do for the plot, so feel free to drop suggestions.)
In the year 2129, Dr. Madhoc got arrested by the UN police force for human experimentation, money laundering and mass infanticide.
He experimented on hundreds of infants, with one clear goal in mind:
To make the ultimate catgirl waifu.
But just when his tree of research was starting to bear fruit, his lab got raided and he got arrested. After getting poisoned by angry human rights activists, he found himself in front of a god.
He was chosen to become the representative of the Chaos God of Madness and Insanity.
After the God talked at length about his world, a fire lit in Madhoc’s soul.
He found out that his dream was there.
