After the initial confusion, It seems that the senior sister had finally accepted that I was a boy.

"You are assigned to the [First Courtyard]. Here, this is your identification jade. Please be careful to not lose it."

The elder sister handed me a jade and turned back. She then gave me outer disciples' robes, a small bag, and a token.

The elder sister then continued, "These are your outer disciple's robe, a storage bag, and a token of the Treasure Pavilion. After you are promoted to the first stage of Qi condensation, You are also allowed to go to the Scripture Pavilion and select a human-grade martial art."

After saying that, the elder sister shooed me away. She must be really busy...

Soon, I met up with Qin Yue and Liuli and learned that both of them were also assigned to the First courtyard.

Qin Yue then coughed and said, "Since we are all assigned to the first courtyard let's go together."

I and Liuli nodded as Qin Yue took out her identification jade and a spiritual line appeared in front of us guiding us toward our courtyard.

In the game, there were 13 courtyards and the disciples were sorted out with talent and connections. I remembered that Xiao Tian seemed to be in the 13th courtyard in the game though he was of a cultivating family.

It was not surprising though. Xiao Tian is the protagonist of waste wood flow. He will always be underestimated and treated as waste until he successfully counterattacks and fulfills the sacred ritual of face-slapping.

Along the way, we passed several disciples exercising in the sunlight. Though some of them took notice of us they quickly withdrew their gazes. Unless one is the protagonist, most of the time people will just mind their own business and will not go out of their way to harass others. Especially, since there is a disciplinary committee here as well.

I and the sisters walked along the roads paved with grey stones, passing various other courtyards. We also got to know each other a bit. On the way, Qin Yue was quite keen on asking about me.

The questions were mostly harmless but I could see that Qin Yue was one of those people with intense curiosity.

"Thank you," I say a bit drily.

Qin Yue seemed to have picked up my reluctance to answer and quickly stopped her queries. As expected as one of the heirs of Great clans, her EQ was not low at all.

"Hmph! I am ignoring you." Liuli hurriedly turned her face.

From our conversation, It was evident that Qin Yue was the outgoing of the two sisters. Moreover, she seemed to be the mischievous type which was evident from the teasing she did to her sister. Overall, the walk to our assigned courtyard was pleasant nonetheless.

Well, 'Bai Yu' appears to be around 14 years old so, I didn't particularly mind. Moreover, these girls didn't seem to show the Young master syndromes yet, so that's a plus in my books.

"Okay! Sister Yue."

Sister Yue then smiled sincerely at me and said, "Since you call me your sister. If anyone bullies you, come tell us. We can help you take care of it, after all our cousin is in the inner sect."

I nodded as Sister Yue started to walk toward her residence.

"Bai Yu I also gotta go. Let's talk more tomorrow." Liuli also hurriedly cupped her fists and chased after her sister.
