Endless black. No matter what it did, it could not see a damn thing. No, that isn’t entirely true, because, in the corner of its vision, a dark red text could be seen by it. The text that reads: System Neustart…99%.
Within less than a fraction of a second, the number changed to100. And the whole text changed to: Speicher neu starten…1%. Now the numbers were changing much faster than they were in the previous.
Just after 30 seconds, the number changed to 65%. And it... no, she now began seeing a scene she was sure was from the past.
A lush green field as far as the eyes could see, with a beautiful mountain range in the distance. The field was not empty though, there were thousands of men and women in dark armor, some of whom carried a crimson banner.
And in front of them in the air hovered a group of dragons. It was a sight that would make any living creature turn tail and run. Even the soldiers she saw clearly wanted to drop their weapons and escape.
"So, is this all?"
A young girl's unamused voice spoke out. Its owner, a young-looking vampire girl dressed in black whom she could identify as a "master" seated on a makeshift throne nearby, supporting her chin with her palm. The master eyed the dragon with clear annoyance in her eyes.
"You made me come here just to listen to your whining?"
Her already icy glare had turned several degrees colder. The dragon, correction. Based on her memory, the correct term should be an oversized lizard. The lizard looked down at the master’s cold face. And he spoke with a hint of irritation in his voice.
"Watch your tongue, vampire. Her highness has offered you a peaceful solution, and yet this is your response? Know your place."
"I give as much fuck about your princess as I give about those offerings you demanded."
Master dropped any resemblance of politeness as she spoke. The lizard merely sneered as he listened to her.
"Silly girl, your mother was smarter than that."
The silence was felt throughout the area. All soldiers dressed in dark vampiric armor instinctively took a step back. She didn’t blame them; after all, the master was clearly angry. However, the lizard’s brain didn’t seem to catch up.
"Now, be a good girl, and give us those offerings like your mother and grandmother did. But since you were so disrespectful towards Princess's kindness… Then handing over to us the land from where that little one came from would be adequate for now."
He licked his lips as his eyes landed behind the throne on which the master was sitting. Behind the throne was covering scared fox-eared girl dressed in for her age unnecessary sexy maid outfit.
"I wonder what would grilled dragon taste like?"
Master rose from her throne, her eyes colder than ice fixed on the lizard.
"mh? Did you say any-"
Before the lizard finished talking, he felt something slam his head, sending him to the ground.
"Wha-?!"
The other lizards and the soldiers alike watched in disbelief at what was happening in front of them. The lone vampire girl, the master, had manifested a pair of dark crimson bat-like wings and delivered a powerful kick to the lizard’s head.
"You had already robbed me of my precious bonding time, and yet you dare to demand more from me? Unforgivable."
Still, in the air, an aura of bloodthirst oozed from her. As she slowly descended toward the lizard on the ground. As she neared to him, she extended her arm, and, in her grasp, a curved dark sword appeared.
"An offering was what you wanted, correct? Then here, I shall give you this blade."
Not leaving any time for the lizard to process what was happening, she stabbed the sword into the lizard’s head. He trashed violently as he attempted to get her and her sword from his head, but she only dug the sword’s blade deeper. Activating multiple spells as she did.
"Überbefehler zu allen: Angriff."
"Jawoll."
As she watched her master kill the lizard, she caught her master’s lips forming syllables, which she promptly deciphered as a command for herself. And without any delay, she relayed it to her sisters.
Seemingly out of nowhere, roughly 30 women appeared and flew to the sky attacking the lizards with a barrage of spells.
"Überbefehler zu befehler Luna: Stay behind to protect Mia."
"…zu befehl."
A little figure of a fox-eared girl flew to the ground and took up a spot to the throne where the fox-maid was covering behind.
She stood likewise close to the throne and observed as her master fought. By all appearances, she was now fighting with the lizard that was called the princess by the others. As could be expected, the lizard was having trouble with the master’s small statue.
And after what was a completely predictable 25.5 minutes of the fight, the lizard lay on the ground, bleeding profoundly. With the master stomping the lizard’s head into the dirt.

The other lizards were likewise injured, and could barely keep on fighting. The vampire force, meanwhile, lost roughly a hundred men, a success as far as fighting these lizards usually goes.
"I can’t believe that because of such a stupid lizard, I lost time that I could spend with my sister."
Master said angrily as she applied more weight onto her foot. The other vampires didn’t dare to approach her; they already knew that when their queen is angry, it is suicidal to even be near her.
"Ah, yes, I am just a stupid lizard… ah♥"
The lizard princess moaned as she was being stepped on by the little vampire queen. The rest of the vampiric army didn’t know what to think of it, but unlike them, the other lizards seemed to understand.
"Your highness, you still didn’t lose. Please you have to-"
"Nonsense. I already lost to her, so it should have been obvious what to do. Ah♥"
The rest of the lizards clenched their teeths, as they looked at their princess moaning under the feet of the vampire. Glancing at the 20 women who were surrounding them.
"We swear our loyalty to the mate of the princess."
One of the lizards said, and they all lowered their heads to the ground toward the master. At the same time, the lizard princess turned from an enormous lizard into a human-looking girl. Looking up at the confused master, stepping on her.
"Ha hah, I never felt like this before. Ah, to think I would get a mate here of all places. Right? darling♥"
The lizard princess seemed to be in ecstasy. While the master took a step back, looking at the girl at her feet with disgust.
"What darling? I never agreed to be your mate."
"hah, as you wish, master♥ I will just take my time."
"Get off me!"
She looked as the princess of lizards, clinging to the master’s legs. Unable to shake her off, the master just dragged the princess behind her.

All systems are fully online. Einheit 0001; Überbefehler Eina. voll fahrbereit.
As the memories loaded completely, a single line appeared in her vision. The very same line was simultaneously sent via complex magic rites located within her neck to her fellow sisters, to the other walküren.
I am Eina, an Überbefehler of master’s walküren. A protector, a maid, and a companion of hers.
Checking that her memory was intact, Eina ran a self-diagnosis just to be sure.
"Shit, it's activating! That thing is alive!"
A voice speaking in a dwarven tongue was heard by her. Opening her eyes, she found herself suspended by a metal chain and surrounded by terrified dwarves. Of which few were aiming weapons at her.
"Achtung. Any damage inflicted upon this unit will be judged as a hostile act against the empire and the imperatrix."
After comparing their faces with her memory, she confirmed that none of them was employed by her master. And she issued a warning.
"Fuck! Destroy it!"
The dwarves begun firing at her all at once. However, their bullets only ricocheted off a bluish shield that appeared around her anytime a bullet got to close. Not wanting to waste time, Eina utilized wind magic and cut the chain.
"What the hell are you doing!? Destroy it already!"
"We doing what we can!"
The dwarves panicked, seeing that they were not able to even scratch her.
Eina didn’t wish to wait for them to do something to her, and without further words, she unleashed a strong storm of wind blades at them. killing them all. Eina looked around the room, checking for survivors. Not seeing anyone who wasn’t in pieces, she again attempted to contact her sisters. But failed.
Is everyone destroyed? No, it seems unlikely. Out of range? Eina pondered for a bit. Regardless, she had to return to her master at once. At the moment, her only hope was that Luna was with her master.
Eina took a white sheet she found and wrapped her artificial body with it. Simultaneously, she activated a rite that allowed her to sneak out of this place. As she went, she wondered what had happened to separate her from her master. It had to be something serious if she can’t even contact her sisters.
If you all gone then, wir sehen uns in walhalla. Eina recalled a line she overheard from her master in the past. Sneaking out of the complex at the edge of the unknown Darwen city.
