Chapter 2: 2-Legendary

Grimm frowned as he walked through the luxurious halls of Skye Academy, as he was going to meet the main cast for the series.

Most of the important characters were from the S class, so just by entering the room he was already affecting the story 

On the other hand, since he was already affecting the plot, he didn't need to actively hide anymore. Since the plot is all ready off the rails, then he might as well help it reach a safe destination.

It wasn't like they were going to interact much either, as apart from homeroom in the beginning, each member had differing schedules 

The number of studies one can apply for was wide and depending on which classes you chose, your planner could look completely different from someone elses. 

Reaching the door of the classroom, Grimm walked in with a calm demeanor as he inspected the room. He sat down in an unoccupied seat and tried to relax.

Soon, the classroom was filled with students who had arrived, and when class was about to start, only a few people were missing 

Grimm clicked his tongue with pity, as those poor fools had no idea who ran the class. Otherwise, they wouldn't dare skip this class 

As if right on cue, footsteps could be heard as a woman walked through the door with steady steps. With glittering gold hair that was wrapped in a ponytail and a seductive face, he mature figure looked like it was about to burst out of her clothes and her pointed ears showed her lineage as an elf.

The boys almost fell out of their seats as they started at her impressive assets, but their excitement was killed with one look from those frozen blue eyes.

She went to the white board and started writing down letters, which quickly formed a name. Turning around, she quieted down everyone with a single stare.

"My name is Alva Shelby, and I'll be your homeroom teacher for this year. As I am unmarried, you may refer to me as Miss Shelby only. Despite some of you thinking that such a class may not be required, I'm the one who is running the class and what I say goes. Is that clear to everyone?"

Killing intent could be felt as most of the students shivered from fright. Grimm was only amused as he knew she wouldn't actually kill him, but he could understand why everyone was afraid.

Alva Shelby, the Battle Valkyrie, was one of the strongest warriors in the Valhalla kingdom, being known for her bloodthirsty reputation. However, Grimm knew from the novel that she wasn't how her reputation painted her.

She then continues to introduce aspects of the school, which Grimm didn't really pay attention to, since he already knew them. 

Instead, he opted to look at the more important characters in the class, though he made sure to not hold his gaze for long 

Hella Ingrid was smiling at the new teacher, but was gazing behind her instead of looking at her. Grimm had goosebumps as he realized that she was looking at the dead spirits clouding her.

Randolph Stein was sniffing in the air in excitement, being boosted by the smell of blood on her. His wolf like senses were at work here.

Grimm then shook his head, stopping himself from looking at all the other weirdoes. Everyone in Class S was eccentric, except for the protagonist of course.

A knock on the door interrupted the class as a student quietly entered. He had black hair and an ordinary face, but it was his deep dark eyes that made him look attractive. Those same eyes now had bags under them as the man of the hour apologized. 

"I'm sorry for being late, but I was feeling very unwell. please forgive me." Virgil, the man of the hour, apologized immediately after entering.

Miss Shelby merely snorted coldly as she said, " Don't do it again kid!"

Virgil merely nodded, walking to an empty seat while looking lost. He should be shocked by coming back in the past, and that was why he looked distracted. 

To think that this unassuming guy would save the world, but he truly did it. Virgil was actually the reincarnation of the God of Vengeance, and by using the Divine Artifact of the Moon God, he empowered his authority enough to go back in time. 

The gods were reincarnated as mortals under the setup of Frigga, a god who had possessed an elf and who was currently the legendary Elven Queen, one of the most oldest beings alive. 

Their are other god reincarnations like Harrison Hall, who was the reincarnation of the God of Darkness and Brandt Hall, who was the reincarnation of the God of Light. Both of them were princes, with Brandt being the older one.

Hella Ingrid was also a reincarnation, being the Goddess of Death, and was still creepy when it came to the dead.

Each of them had cheat Talents and an overwhelmingly high affinity to thier respected domains. Brandt and Harrison were light and darkness magic users, while Hella was an expert on death magic 

So, Virgil is also secretly overpowered, possessing a talent that made him stronger based on emotion and an absurd talent for violence 

As a Warrior of high rank, he was not only able to fight the dragon, he was also able to damage it with his [Boots of the Wide Ruler], a powerful Divine Artifact.

One that had belonged to his previous self. Divine Artifacts we're absolutely busted, so Grimm planned on getting his hands on a few, though not the protagonist's.

Several of them were found in dungeons, sections of the previous nine worlds that assimilated with the new one. Virgil fought a wolf dungeon to get his boots.

He would prefer a spear, of course, since that was his main weapon, but beggars couldn't be choosers when it came to Divine Artifacts. 

He needed one if he was ever going to start using the Rune Magic System, which needed divinity to powe. From the novel, he knew that it was possible to use runes by using the artifact as a substitute.

Coincidentally, Rune Magic was his next period class, Though most people wouldn't join such a useless class 

Then it was a good thing he wasn't most people.
