I found myself waking up earlier than anticipated. The brilliant light of two suns seeped through the curtains of my room.

"Eughhh."

I let out a very undignified sound as I rolled over in bed.

Wait. Two suns? Oh no no no no no. This can't be. Surely all of that was a nightmare.

"Nope, it is definitely real. I can feel my retinas burning trying to stare at these bright ass lights."

Oh shit, even my habit of talking to myself followed me over here.

I decided to get up and explore.

Looking around, Vizel had a very ostentatious room despite being so hated by her family.

Maybe this family is super rich...

There wasn't much background information on Vizel, so I didn't know about familial issues. I only knew that she was attention starved and took it out on the wrong people.

I looked at myself in the mirror once more, this one being big enough to reflect my entire person.

I look to be about fourteen? I hated my early teens. Acne was a bitch.

Luckily in this world it looks like acne will be the least of my concerns.  Also, I don't have any. Vizel's-- No. My skin was clear and supple. I was a pale young lady with cute, hooded eyes and long eyelashes. My eyebrows softened my appearance making me look rather innocent and sweet.

I'm losing myself. My name, my name what was it.

Suddenly my thoughts became unfocused. I panicked a bit as I tried to recall who I am, or was?

"My name is Willow. I am 17, and I am a senior in high school."

Why was it so hard to remember?

I should write this down; I can't allow myself to lose who I am. Experiences don't just disappear. Something's wrong here. Like it's trying to snuff out my previous existence.

"How am I supposed to deal with everything when I can't even determine my own [status]."

Then, something odd happened. A screen appeared before me holding various information seemingly about my physique.

[Status]

Health: 56/56

What the hell is this? A video game screen?

Right, this novel was a literature RPG. It's obvious in hindsight, but this is hard for me to wrap my mind around.

I have a lot of training to do with stats this...weak. If I recall correctly, this novel's average was around 3 for the status points at level one4. So, I am below average in both strength and agility. My intelligence and wisdom stats must be higher because of my previous life's knowledge. Dexterity must be related to the previous lady's activities. Come to think of it, didn't that nurse mention something about embroidery the other day? Maybe it's from that?

I feel like anyone could overpower me. That isn't a good feeling at all. I need to up my strength somehow. As for my affinities, I wouldn't find out until the day I turned 15. This age is supposedly when the system allows its users to pick a class based upon their past experiences and their affinities.

"Oh, I am hella excited for that day!! I mean, it's magic, who wouldn't be excited?"

I'm not sure when Vizel's birthday is, but I think it is coming up soon. The novel vaguely mentions something about her birthday being in the early summer. Good, I have time to prepare for the assassination attempt.

I frowned as I thought of how much work I was in for.

Maybe I can live a nice life here without having to worry too much. Wait, never mind. Assassination attempt: can't forget that. Plus, with the information I have on this family; I wouldn't be surprised if they finished the job later in the book.

Ok. I need to come up with a plan.

But first...

"I'm going on an adventure!"

And this is how Vizel's new life truly began.

...

"I am so lost."

Alright so, problem. This house is big, like REALLY big. There are all kinds of little nooks and crannies here that can be explored so I naturally decided to go down the most interesting path. That was my first mistake. The second was bumping into my elder brother.
