It undoubtedly referred to Reylin's three legendary skills erupting during his battle with the necromancer.
That skill en masse did a beautiful job, but it shouldn't be the cause of Lion King's attention...
'Crown Mana,' Reylin narrowed his eyes while recalling the events.
His legendary skills drew attention, but Crown Mana's should've piqued the Lion King's interest.
No, it had awakened him!
If Lion Ghost's story was right, the Lion King was the head of the abomination.
'There's a chance Changnam failed his job and actually sealed the abomination... What a dog," Reylin chuckled while inwardly thinking of various things.
If Lion Ghost felt the presence of his king, then there was a chance the abomination itself was feeling much better than before.
The Ascended were nowhere to be seen.
This dungeon could potentially become a threat for the whole province and beyond!
Reylin opened his map.
He pinpointed the capital of The Blue Rose Kingdom and Maya's province... Should the abomination leave its prison unscathed, it should either go through a beginner city or another kingdom's capital!
The hero's province would be a few steps later!
Reylin closed the minimap, "I wield the scarlet flames... Still, that was not the reason for your king's awakening. It was that I formed my own mana."
"Your own mana..." Lion Ghost uttered in a shock!
Races that had entered the second layer were the closest to their own mana, but only those at the peak truly wielded unique power.
The man before him was like the ascended, the pioneer toward the new era!
Perhaps, Reylin would become a leading role for the players with such a background.
"Was it a hope?" Reylin asked, "If that's the case, we can only level up and return here for phase 2. It's for level 120, so I will leave you two for now."
Aria and Lion Ghost nodded.
His girlfriend tightly grasped the sword, then deeply stared into his eyes, "I will return stronger... Whether Camila or Yvonne, I will kill them all should they bar our path. And I will be the one to kill the master."
"No break at all," Reylin chuckled, "You make my polygamous life quite complicated, Aria. What if I want to indulge in pleasure and take a vacation?"
To her boyfriend's shrug and sighing, Aria widely smiled, "You will have a lot to catch up on should you take a vacation with your girlfriends. Fall too behind, and I will put a leash on your relationships."
Reylin whistled at such a threat, "I better make my girlfriends exercise as well then." He raised his arms and left the dungeon with a faint smile.
Aria didn't mind polygamous life in the game world as it was still a game.
Besides, Reylin hadn't introduced his girlfriends yet, so Aria didn't feel like beating and sentencing her boyfriend for another seven labors.
There was a clean line between real life and the game.
-
Reylin didn't return to Aria's guild house.
He made his way to one of the cities where Emilia had a residence.
She used her status as a priestess and gained fame as one of the apostles...
Apostle, she was not, but Emilia had helped people the most in those areas!
She and Reylin were known as an angel and devil couple.
"Our plans have been changing a lot lately, haven't they?" Reylin called Emilia from the hidden spot.
She was taking a break with other guards and residents.
Upon hearing his voice, Emilia excused herself.
"Here is my devil," Emilia smiled widely, then hugged Reylin without any prior warning.
A warning was not needed between them as their relationship grew deeper with each meeting. Besides, they were in a hidden spot, and no sun could peek inside.
Reylin embraced her as well, "A priestess who turned into an angel... Why is it that I can't see an angel within you?"
"Because you know me," Emilia grinned.
She sniffed his unique smell. A few breaths within his nest, then Emilia's hands unknowingly clutched his clothes tighter.
At the same time, Reylin also didn't hide his desires.
As he held Emilia, his hand dropped onto her ass, and he gave a few good squeezes while the other hand ran through her brown hair.
Emilia soon peeked at his face, "What was that about plans?"
Reylin chuckled, "Didn't you want to become the Inquisitor?"
"Ah, that..." Emilia sighed, "I wanted to join them to become stronger, but my level rose so much I won't be able to hide it regardless of what I use... Lives of innocent people are more important, and I will think about the future after this whole mess with minibosses ends!"
After she said so, Emilia's emotion took another shift.
She stared at him with big eyes, "Do you have time to be here? I've heard a lot of stories about the dark matter event."
"Those players have nothing better to talk about?" Reylin asked back, then leaned down. His forehead bumped into Emilia, and both of them looked into each other's souls, "If I happened to have no time, what would you do? Let me go?"
"Unfortunately, I don't have the means to keep you in check... Except for one, that is," Emilia turned around, "I don't want to use that since I am not that cheap!" She crossed her arms beneath her chest and smirked at Reylin.
Reylin smirked back at her, "And what could it possibly be?" He feigned ignorance, then spread his arms, "I wonder if it aligns with what I want to do to my partner in crime, the devil priestess."
"What do you want to do?" Emilia asked curiously.
"I want to deeply etch within you that I will always find a time for my women," Reylin sneered, "A few slaps here and there would etch more than I want to convey."
Emilia blushed faintly, then turned around.
She looked behind her shoulder, then gestured to Reylin to follow her.
They appeared in the daylight, and many eyes landed on them.
Emilia was by Reylin's side, so no one felt threatened, and they sent thankful glances toward them!
Emilia said, "I think your idea aligns with mine. Still, we are both quite busy, aren't we? I must deliver food provision to new refugees... I also need to pick up warm clothes and blankets for them... Then, I have to check my gun..."
Reylin nodded.
He felt Emilia pulling his sleeve then.
As he glanced at her, Emilia's eyes rose, and she whispered, "I will take care of your gun after you help me."
"I haven't done my morning exercise today, so this will do," Reylin didn't come here to just satisfy Emilia's and his own needs.
The latter was already satisfied by Lioness anyway, but he also wouldn't neglect his girlfriends in another world.
Their plans finally aligned, and it would end with a rewarding finale.
For now, Reylin accepted the food provision.
[Emilia has sent you x100 Food Provision.]
[You have accepted it.]
"I will take care of this block. People who open the doors for you will see me in the background, and your black nickname shouldn't scare them," Emilia whispered, then began the work immediately.
Reylin also went to deliver stuff.
On their way back to get blankets for a new batch of refugees, Reylin said, "They need new homes, don't they? Send them to Tathum Province."
"Do you need people?" Emilia asked.
"That province indeed needs people... Still, that's not what I am here for. I believe the beginner city, or rather your home, will face a disaster in the future. I plan to involve myself more in Maya's province because of it," Reylin explained.
Emilia stopped, "But even you reassured me with the capital's defenses..." She gasped, "What kind of existence can overcome them?"
"It's not about whether it can overcome the blue rose or not... It will either go in their way or a different kingdom. I am doing it just to keep people safe... As the saying goes, better safe than sorry. I will try to bring my resident friends here... Not that I have many of them," Reylin said.
Once the unknown existence with the strength to make Reylin worry appeared in Emilia's mind, it didn't disappear!
She stared at his back worriedly, then nodded, "I will recommend that province to everyone. You also should contact your friend."
"Will do," Reylin smiled.
Both of them completed their work and helped many refugees.
At last, Reylin and Emilia ended up in her residence.
Here, Reylin harvested the fruits of his hard work!
Emilia did the same.
They spent more time in bed than at work.
At last, it was time to rest and relish what had just occurred.
Reylin said, "I will return to the capital today. Come with me, then we will go to Tathum Province together."
"Together?" Emilia asked with a little tired voice, clearly exhausted from moving her hips!
Reylin smirked, "I want to introduce you to Layla... Keeping all relationships just to myself doesn't sit well with me. And frankly, I want to see how it will go."
"So I am just an experiment!" Emilia balled her hand and slammed it on Reylin's chest... Afterward, she sighed, "I want to see women that have ended up with you, though... It might be fun."
"That's my Emilia," Reylin stressed the word rollercoaster into her ear. Both of them set up for a short journey back to the capital.
Reylin knew Layla was doing fine, but he also wanted to check on Yuki again.
That woman helped him immensely during the start of his gaming time.
Besides, he swore to protect her kingdom once, so the clash with abomination was inevitable. Of course, no one knew whether such a clash would happen at all.
Those were all Reylin's assumptions.
He would rather fight it in the dungeon, but as plans often changed, the future did as well.
