'Ugh!— I'm gonna die.'

Jumping to his bed, he immediately closes his eyes. He didn't get asleep last night since he got fired up that he didn't know that the sun is rising. 

As of now, he wanted to sleep but he can't because he felt that he was already asleep. Well, this is work of Refresh skill. Even if it can refresh you from anything, you can still feel mentally what you felt physically for a short time before it activates.

Laying in his bed for some minutes, he gets up and a blue screen appears.

He walked out of his bedroom and go to the kitchen so that he can cook his breakfast. He decided to cook a simple dish like rice egg and a carton of milk for his drink. After eating his food, he goes to his room and opens the computer to start writing the novel.

Some of you might be curious about how he grinds but others don't. Still, I'm gonna say it. He only rewrites and reads different genres of stories that he saw on the internet until he understands the story. He can rewrite and read one story but the grind will be slower.

As the short clock hand landed on 11, he didn't stop. However, when a ringtone and vibration can be heard from his phone, he immediately awakes from his focus mode but the long clock hand already land on 7.

'I need to pass this.'

He goes to the official website of the writing contest. He registers his name and uploads his Docx to pass his work. After that, he shut down his computer.

'I already passed my 50,000 words so what am I gonna do is to wait for the result on Saturday.'

Going out of his room, he goes to the kitchen to cook his lunch. After serving his food, eating it, and washing the dishes, he goes to his bathroom to take a bath. Finishing it, he goes to his room to get dressed.

Like yesterday, he go to Ogata Udon Shop and work there. Serving and cleaning are the things he does but this is very tiring throughout the day.

His job shift is 1-5 pm. On his first day, he discovered that this job was much more difficult than he expected that he fainted on the way home. Although, that is not the full story, as you can see that there is no easy job if the shift is long enough to drain almost all of your energy.

Well, this happens to him before he got the Refresh skill so we move on.

Money wasn't easy anywhere. Although it's not tiring thanks to his refresh skill, he had to persevere.

And he can't complain since there is a person who is near his age that works a full day. 

Rizu Ogata. The daughter of the owner of the Udon shop. The father and daughter were always been on a full day shift compared to him since that is their family business. 

In the first place, Rizu's Dad doesn't want her daughter to work but she is stubborn so he hires some helpers. It might decrease her work but she is still on full-day shift but only now since she needs to resume school after this month.

While there are no customers, he was able to hold a conversation with Megumi and Rizu. The content of their conversation might be non-sense and useless sometimes but they're being close every time they talk especially to Megumi.

Megumi's presence is very thin that even her own family forgot her existence sometimes.

She might be used to being forgotten but recently that way of thinking was shaken when Kei always talk to her. 

She might not conscious of it but her mind is already open for him and maybe, soon her heart.

Well, in the end, this day ended peacefully.
