Chapter 3: New Life And Desired World: Day 1 (2)

As of now, he is taking a shower in the bathroom. It's already 6:00 in the morning so he needs to ready himself to go out.

He Immediately go to his room to dress up after he finished taking a bath. He goes to his kitchen to cook some light breakfast. Luckily, he have some groceries but he needed to buy them later.

He cooks an omelet and eats it. His drink is only milk since that is only in his fridge. 

Going out to his apartment building, he decided to walk while holding his papers for hiring since he need to save his money for groceries later.

Kei is walking on the way to the coffee shop. After he turned the right, he saw a girl running out of her house. 

On the horizon, a truck can be seen moving faster. He saw it. She didn't know what approaches since she talking to someone in the house while running. 

"NO!!!"

As she was near their gate, Kei immediately shouted and ran at the same time then dive to save the young woman.

"Thank God!" 

He said as he is on the floor looking at the running truck. Even the truck nearly crash into someone it didn't stop to look at them or make an apology.

Fortunately, he remembered the plate number of that truck. He decided to call the police later to navigate the truck. However, he needed to face another problem right now.

Squish* squish*

As they are on the floor, Kei is on top of the young woman as he felt on his hands something soft. When Kei felt this, he knew it was one of the cliches of romcom anime. Fortunately, he was a calm man and removed his hand from her chest. He looks seriously into her eyes.

"I save you so as you can see this is only an accident. If you can't forgive me then... I will kowtow until you forgive me."

As he was about to kowtow, she immediately stop him by putting her hands on his shoulders.

"N-no! It's okay I get it so don't do it." 

Her face reddening earlier since he touches her chest but seeing her savior kowtow in front of her makes her feel guilty.

He immediately stood up he reached his hands to her to help her to stand up.

"T...t...thank you for saving me!"

While stuttering as she bowed she say thanks to Kei.

The girl has straight dark pink hair that extends past her shoulders. Part of it is tied up in a side ponytail with a blue and pink ribbon.

Her eyes are crystal blue. She has a well-endowed curvy figure that is proportional. She wears a pink jacket with skin-colored patches, pink shoes, and short skin-colored shorts.

"You're welcome. Are you totally fine?"

He looks at her with eyes full of worry for her.

 "Yes!—thanks to you."

Looking into his eyes, her heart beat faster than ever which makes her face color redder.

Suddenly, someone approached them. She looks like she is the only older sister of the woman he saved.

"Thank you for saving my daughter!" 

The older sister... No... The mother of the young woman bowed as she cried to him.

"Like I said no problem so can you please stop now. Many people are looking at us. They might think I'm bullying you."

Earlier, no people are walking in this area but now dozen people passing this side of the street.

She immediately calms down, wipes her tears, and stands straight as he looks at him.

"Again— thank you for saving my daughter. I will be forever in debt to you."

When she heard her mother, she immediately followed her mother's words.

"As the one you save, I will be forever in debt to you too."

'This is getting worse, I hope that they are not the type where the mother will sell her daughter to me so that I would marry her. I want to but not now. After 2 days, maybe.'

Kei is having a hard time since he thinks this kind of ominous thing. Fortunately, they are not like that.

They thank him again before he walked away. He hadn't gone far yet so he heard a shout from the young woman he had to save.

"Can I know your name?"

"Kusanagi Kei."

He immediately replies.

"Minamoto Sakura. See you again!"

Kei continue to walk away as she waved her hand until she can see Kei on the horizon.

While waving her hands, she decided that the next time she saw him again she will give him other thanks by giving him a gift.

'Now that I think about it, her face and name are kinda familiar. Where did I see and heard it? Hmmm...'

As he walks he thinks about the young woman he saved.

"Oh!— that anime!"

'.....or not. I can't remember if I was right or wrong but the important thing is that I saved her. This means that she will not be recognized in the future as one of the members of a Legendary idol group and she will not be an idol zombie. Maybe it was good or not but what matters is she is safe.'

He decided to look to the positive side.

'Now I remember. Earlier, am I hallucinating because I saw something dark aura wrapped around her. Still, I didn't know what it was but I think it not a threat to Minamoto-san's life...probably.'

He decided not to think about it since he don't know what is that.

"Finally, I arrived."

He is now in front of the coffee shop and only needed to cross the street.

Komeda's Coffee Shop is a coffee shop that has been very popular with students since the day it opens to the public. During school days, many students go here after school.

After he crossed the street, he walk to the entrance. He reached out his hand on the door to enter the coffee shop.

Upon entering Kei looked around him and noticed that no one seemed to be there except two 2 women sitting near the window. He thought they rented the coffee shop or it was just there is no customer at this hour.

What he saw on the left seat is a beautiful young woman with blonde hair and brown eyes. She wears glasses and a long sleeve shirt with a blazer that is fully buttoned. Her most notable feature is her big bust.

However, when Kei saw the woman on the right seat, he felt sudden lightning strike his body and a flow of memory comes to his mind.

The woman appears as a middle-aged woman with dark purple hair that is usually tied in a ponytail and reddish-brown eyes. Her outfit is a fur coat wrapping around her neck, a jet black jacket, with what appears to be a white shirt underneath; a belt with a circular buckle holding a short skirt, stockings decorated with flowers, and zippered boots. 

She is biting on a cigarette stick but with his knowledge from his past life, he can tell that it is a chocolate stick.

Her outfit is a dark motif that permeates an intimidating aura. However, her youthful and beautiful appearance makes her an appealing and attractive woman. If Kei forgot where anime she came from, he will mistake her for being in her late 20s.

The woman was talking on her phone but when she noticed that someone came in she immediately put it down. She stared at the man she had been waiting for. He approaches her and sits down.

The woman on the left side raised her hands called the waiter for them to order.

"What are your order?"

"Americano"

"Black coffee."

"Mine is Cappuccino."

"Understood!"

The waiter write all of the orders and walked away from their table.

While waiting for their order, the woman on the left side talks to him.

"I'm gonna introduced myself again. My name is Akiyama Kaede. Nice to meet you, Kusanagi-san."

Kei was stunned a bit since he saw the one who call him earlier and he glance at the recoil of the mountain.

'My eyes....don't look... I can do it... Don't look down.'

Then she continued.

"On my side, she is my boss and your aunt too. Her name is Kirisaki Hana."

After her introduction, Kirisaki gazed look upon Kei moving up and down seemingly observing him. Akiyama continues her words.

"I'm gonna go to other seats so that both of you can talk to each other."

She stood up immediately after she said that. Kei wanted to say something about her order so he look at her and she noticed it before she walk away.

"Don't worry I'm gonna go to the counter."

She smiled and walk away.

Kirisaki has been observing him for almost 2 minutes because of that he couldn't stand the silence anymore so he spoke.

"Uhm... why do you want me to meet you?"

"..."

"..."

The woman did not reply immediately and gave an odd answer.

"Do you want to be my secretary?"

Kei's eyebrows rose and his eyes widened in shock from what the woman said. 

"I'm sorry but I refuse."

"It's ok"

"..."

An unfazed face can be seen on her.
