In the meantime, the people with Wu start to regain their sight and start to attack me. I start to twist my body to inhuman angles and dodge them, hitting them back hard. And how hard I hit indeed, I can feel both the bones of the people I hit and my crack a little.

The more I fight the more I get accustomed to my body in this state, the more I feel that the gloves don't help me anymore. I take them off throwing them in front of a fire attack, making them explode, giving me time to get past master and knock out two more enemies.

I turn back to Wu, all this time I was afraid to fight him, but now I could see that I could easily destroy him, and he knows this as well, I almost can see the fear around him, giving him an aura of a sickly yellow.

I rush to him with my full speed, I can my muscles pushed to the maximum, almost breaking. Although I'm this fast, I didn't lose any of my agility. I dodge a hit from his batons, sidestepping it, then I throw a punch at him. Unfortunately, he stops it by putting his right hand between me and his face. I hit with such force that I put a dent in his glove, this, in turn, made my hand bones move out of place, fortunately, I have such control over my body that with a few contractions of muscles they are back in place.

This scared the living daylight out of Master Wu, he's now looking at me like some mad spirit, it's the exact look I used to get from the crooks I used to beat when I roamed the streets, a look of absolute despair. He tells all of his men to gather and attack me and push. They are exactly forty-one men in front of me right now and the path is too narrow to let more than six men pass at a time.

I crack my hands and I let my instincts take over. I feel freer than ever! The more I hit them the more energy I feel building up. Some of the fire and stones from behind hit but I don't feel them I just know where I'm hit and that they are only superficial wounds.

The more people assault me the more I feel at peace, it's a strange feeling, being in the middle of such a fight and yet feeling calmer than meditating. But there is an energy inside of me that keeps me from achieving perfect tranquility. I try hard to get it out, but the opposite happens, more of it forms.

'Since this isn't the right approach then let's try to hit more gently.'

From steady and full of power strikes they become fast and accurate. This is helping since I can feel all that energy gathering in my arms like it's about to explode. I use both my fist to hit a person in front of me. He redirects my fist to the left but a part of the force still connects and I feel his bones shattering. With this newly found strength, I start to fight with even more energy.

"Retreat! All retreat!"

By the time Wu says this twenty-nine of his people are on the ground unconscious, while half of the rest are injured. They throw gas bombs to make their escape. My allies want to follow but I hold them from doing so.

"Don't! An animal is most dangerous when he is wounded. Earth benders, make a wall to seal this place, for the time being, the rest take out wounded and come help me take them up."

Two earth benders seal the passage and the rest take the people unconscious upstairs. On the way up we take Hiroshi as well. About halfway we meet with Korra, Lin, and Tenzin hurrying to come and help us.

They saw the sorry state I'm in and they all felt bad. I looked a lot worst than I was, to be honest. My hands were all swollen, from my shoulder all you could see was purple and hints of red, on my back there were cuts and burns from the bender attacks hitting me, I even had a little bit of the top of my hair shaved off by a fireball. My face was alright if you don't take into consideration my nose and lower lip which were broken. Other than that I didn't have any broken bones which in my opinion was a huge win.

"Why are looking at me like that, you don't look too good yourselves!"

We got upstairs and I let Hiroshi and an unconscious policeman to one of the healers. Then I took a seat down on the floor putting my back against the wall. All of the people there looked at me like they were looking at a dead man walking.

'Do I look so frightening? I guess some people don't appreciate true beauty! Hmph!'

"Ethan! Oh, what happened?! Are you alright?"

"I'm fine, just a little tired, nothing more. How about you Nya, you seem tired?"

"I'm fine, at least a lot better than you!"

"HAHAHaHaha... I'm so tired, I think I'll take a nap..."

"Ethan! Ethan, STAY WITH ME!"

"Just a lii..."

My vision started to become blurry and I fell asleep. I guess all that fighting wore me out.

This time I had one of the best times sleeping ever since I awoke in this world.
