One day, the Goddess of Insanity got dared by one of her fellow gods to create a doll similar to herself, give it a small fraction of her powers and send it to another world.

But alas, the other gods sealed her powers and put herr soul inside the doll's body.

Now, in another world, with most of her powers sealed, and also on the body of a doll, the Goddess of Insanity will try to satisfy her desire to do whatever she wants.
