Chapter 1: Prologue – Meeting Gods

Trapped in this starry void I started to think out how I came to be here. First my name what was it... ahh it was Ryan Bell now time to remember my appearance average height and build mind you I was so average I made me strangely unique with the whole dark brown hair and hazel eyes. Right now need to focus, I remember what I look like, now what was I doing oh I remember now it was lunch time and I had gotten out of work early because the Bugs I ordered hadn't arrived at the lab, which I orchestrated it so I could get out of work early. I was lucky I love bugs and I am able to work with them and at home I have all sorts form the smallest fly to the biggest spiders but my absolute favourite is my giant African millipede called Millie (I know) I hatched her from an egg and have been looking after her for the past 7 years. I have spilled to her everything all my weird nerdy likes and even my thing for bug girls in anime. Dam I miss her already. No I better focus, I got home early cleaned up and fed all the bugs then I check my phone no messages so I told Millie about a girl I met online called Hesper and how she like bugs, monster and other nerdy things and that today we had our first date although it was a weird one being that we were going to a protest to save the rain forest together.

Once I got the message that she was there I got ready said goodbye to Millie and headed out to the protests. I joined the protesters and asked about for Hesper they pointer her out I walk over and there she is just like her profile picture a strangely colourful goth. At first it was awkward but when a news crew interrupted us to ask us about the protest I talked about how it was import to preserve the habitat that house the bugs I study and could lead to scientific breakthrough but destroying it could lead to great lost for everyone. After that we started talking about nerdy things and getting along and laughing. Few hours later When I was about to ask her for another date somewhere fun, I hear a bang and black. So here I am with no body I'm a soul floating through this starry void missing my Millie and annoyed that I didn't get that cute girl on a second date.

[Meanwhile in the realm of the gods]

Three gods gathered around a planet. At this meeting there is Omega a ball of light know as the god of the gods and creator of the universes but as of the present they have become judge for all the gods problems and enforce the rules. Across from him where the twin gods of Mercia, Alba and Hesper. Alba the goddess of the Humanoids and day a blonde woman beautiful with angelic features thought behind the looks she is arrogant and thinks she's better than everyone in the room. Next to her is her twin sister Hesper A dark haired goth with pale skin she is the goddess of monsters and night she got a evil queen beauty about her. She smart quite and strong willed and pissed off at the current situation.

"According to Law 118-26A aka the summoning of mortals to other world act there is a list of worlds that you cant summon beings from one such world is earth because it is made from the body of a dead god and as you know Alba here has been summoning "heroes" specifically from earth one of the banned planets as a result my creations on the planet have near been wiped out and the faith coming from the planet is a 75/25 split towards her which also violates the planet sharing act which me and alba entered stating that we both must do all in our power to equally share the faith coming from our world hence I am asking for a judgement to be made that I can reincarnate a soul from earth as my divine champion that is allowed to reunite and recover their population and that Alba isn't allowed to interfere till such time that the balance is restore and threatens to go into my favour and a limiting on powers so after I have picked my champion neither of us can summon from earth to stop this from happening again." Hesper stated with a calm confidence.

"Hummmm  your defence Alba" Omega asked in a bored toned

 Day dreaming Alba snaps back to the conversation at hand realising her stupid sister had finished her plea for help she looks at omega and puts on her best pout and says "I'm so sorry I had no idea that I couldn't summon from that planet just watching my poor creations cry out for help and I just had to help them"

Omega seeing straight through Alba's charade sighs rubs his eyes then look up and loudly states "Well you two I have come to a judgement and have come to agree with Hesper and will enforce her judgement of the situation once see has her champion neither of you will be able to summon from earth oh and alba don't try that again maybe the twats you summon eat it up but I made everything and I invented lying". He turns to leave but before that he turns round to Hesper "Better pick a good one kid" gentle smiles then leaves.

Alba in a disgusted face turns to her twin and spits out "Bitch his judgment isn't going to change shit because my heroes are better than anything you can put together then when all your disgusting monsters are dead then so will the faith that keeps you alive will be gone then you will finally be out of my hair"

Hesper look back after and laughed "you will have to put up with me for the rest of eternity." Then she clicks her fingers then disappears back to her realm.

Alba turn turns around and whispers to herself "stupid bitch ruining my perfect world with her ugly monsters" then disappears as well back to her realm.

[In the starry void]

I'm still here endless lay floating what a weird afterlife just floating in space suppose it could be worse. Then there is a bright flash of light and in front of Ryan then Hesper appeared gently floating.

"You died as well how come you have a body" Ryan screamed 

"That's because I am a goddess stupid" Laughed Hesper

Ryan calmed down with help from Hesper as she used her godly powers to calm him down and explaining to him that he died at the protest and that she was there used her powers to save his soul taking him to her godly realm. Also she has a offer for him. He slowly blinked then said "Ok so what's  your offer?"

"Well the long and short of it is that me and my sister are goddess of this one world and well my sister broke some rules we gods and goddess have to follow so I get to summon a champion in to our world for you to unite my creations monsters and lead them to a golden age and restore balance to our world and so I'm offering you to be reincarnated with you memories with baddass new body a guide to the world and I will even give you an open minded queen to help you rule over the monster. "She said with a seductive smile.

"So if I accept this I will become the next king of all monster?" Rayan asks curiously

"Yes know as a Dark Lord but you will be expected to do heinous acts against my sisters creations the humanoids such as Humans, Elf's, Dwarfs and some others also you must restore balance not destroy them so everything but full on genocide" she explains in a stern tone.

"This world is a full on fantasy world with magic ?" Ryan quizzes Hesper

"Yes but if you want to learn magic you will need to the hard way no just saying a skill or just saying the spell name to cast it."

"I accept" Rayan instantly says as soon as she is finished.

"Really I thought you would be put off by doing unspeakable thing to man part which might involve eating them ?" She says slightly confused.

"I know this sounds weird but I've always wanted to live out the evil dark lord fantasy with my evil harem also I can get myself a bug girl waifu" Ryan explain "Wait one thing before you do this what happened to Millie and the rest of my little bugs ?" He asks full of concern. 

"Well I am afraid the police thought you were the suicide bomber because a bomb detonated during the protest. Your back pack and later arrival made them suspicious of you and well they raided your apartment and destroyed everything killing your pets." she explained with her head down.

"Well dam" he whispered in a sad tone

Ryan takes a minute then recovers wiping his eyes he smiles and says  " I had no one to look after them so at least they didn't starve to death."

With a breath he continues " well then aren't you going to reincarnate me then" he smiles.

"Right hold still" she says then she clicks her fingers then there is a flash of light as Ryan's soul is picked up and sent to her world for reincarnation.
