Tsugaru Nodoka

Tsugaru Madoka’s younger sister, Tsugaru Nodoka-chan.

Just like her sister, her green hair really stood out to me.

Unlike her sister’s fierce eyes, hers are softer and she is also a little shorter than the older Tsugaru. (That said, Emi is still shorter than her. She’s probably around Sakuya’s height.)
