“Alright, we’re obviously going to have to split up here. So, why don’t you three go get what you need and I’ll stay here and work on getting us some money so we can afford the materials we need once the auction is here.” Enzo said.
“Okay, if you need any help with ideas or execution just let us know Ivan responded.

“I will just try to be back to Stonewall by the time the auction is here.”
The group then said their goodbyes and split up. Juliet, Ivan, and Vincent left the city, but Enzo turned back and decided to explore the city a little bit more first.

Enzo walked around for about an hour just admiring the city and getting the lay of the land.

There were many different shopping districts throughout the city, some for low quality items and wares, and some for high quality.

The high quality shopping districts were usually next to a high end neighborhood and vice versa for the low quality shopping centers.

‘Maybe I should open up a shop in a low end shopping district and work my way up.’

Enzo may have had this thought, but he knew it would be hard to do so.
Not only would he have to get some money together to start up, but he would also have to find a good idea for something to sell that is unique.

He most likely wouldn’t be able to get a lot of money from selling something that others could make and sell as well.

As he walked around Enzo tried to think of something he could bring to the world of LRO that wasn’t already here that both players and NPCs would enjoy.

After a while the only thing he could come up with was to learn how to make potions and start up his own shop.

One thing Enzo noticed was that there weren’t any potions and elixir shops in the lower or middle class areas of the city. There were only shops in the higher class shopping centers.

When he visited one of the shops Enzo was surprised to see only medium grade potions. There was nothing higher or lower than that.

He then went to a few more shops and found the same thing in all of them.

Enzo decided to ask the owner of the fourth one he entered about this anomaly.

“Hello sir, I have a question for you if that’s okay.”
“Sure, go ahead.” The man responded with a smile.

“Why do all the shops only sell medium grade elixirs and potions?”

The store owner frowned, but still answered the question.

“Well that’s easy, we alchemists don’t want to waste our herbs making lower grade items, that just makes no sense. For the higher grade options, the success rate of creating one is just too low to be able to make good money from them.” He responded as if it was obvious.

‘Why not just use a lower quality of materials then?’ Enzo thought.

Enzo decided to take a gamble with the store owner.
“Could you tell me where you got your recipes from, sir? I would like to get into alchemy myself.”
Surprisingly the store owner didn’t object, “Sure thing. I can give you the recipes here as well, it's not like they’re a secret or anything.”
“Great!”

“Give me one second, I have them written down, I’ll show them to you.”

The store owner went to the backroom and brought out a few slips of paper.

“Here are the recipes for the standard mana, health, and stamina potions. If you go to the alchemist’s hall, you can pay for classes where you can learn how to really make them. It’s much harder than people think it is to learn, so be warned.”
“Thank you, I’ll just look at them for a bit then return them.” Enzo told the man.

He nodded in affirmation.

Enzo looked down at the first slip of paper out of three that was now in his hands.

[Recipe: Medium Grade Health Potion]

[3-5 star grade moon grass, 3-5 star grade purified water, and 3-5 star grade bone marrow.]

‘Seems somewhat simple…’ Enzo thought.

The other two recipes only contained three different ingredients as well, with purified water and bone marrow being a common ingredient in all three.

‘Recipes’

[Known Recipes:]

[Blood Potion]

[Medium Grade Health Potion]

[Medium Grade Mana Elixir]

[Medium Grade Stamina Potion]

Just as he thought, the recipes now appeared on the list, but what surprised Enzo a bit was the blood potion being there.

‘Well, I guess that does make sense as I was given the recipe.’

“Thank you sir, I will go visit the alchemist hall later.”

Enzo then gave the recipes back to the store owner and left.

He had to figure out why the alchemists felt it was a waste of resources to create low grade potions and elixirs.

If he could figure out a way to fix that problem, he could sell affordable potions to both NPCs and the players.

Players wouldn’t dare spend their valuable coins on such things this early in the game with how much they cost.

Just a normal 3 star medium grade health potion costs 5 gold coins a bottle. That’s $500 USD! Even the rich players like the top 10 wouldn’t dare buy something so expensive right now.

Enzo made his way to the alchemist hall which was on the same block as the guild hall.

It was a two story brick building with a large sign on the front that said, “Alchemist’s Hall”, so there was no way for him to miss it.

Enzo walked into the building and headed towards the front desk.

The entry area was a large room with a few seats for visitors to wait around in, and a desk on the right side of the room with a lady sitting behind it. The lady wore the same uniform as the receptionists at the guild hall, so he assumed her job was the same as well.

“Hello, sorry to bother you but I have a few questions.” He told her.
