Wei Luo stopped in the water and looked in Zhong Wei's direction, his eyes were calm and calm, neutral as the tone of his voice.

"That's why I told you destroy them completely the first time but you didn't listen." He went back to the water and continued splashing.

Withing this one month of staying together, surprisingly to Wei Luo, he and Zhong Wei got along pretty well. But the man was quite easy-going with him, most likely since they bonded over work related issues.

In both timelines of the book, Zhong Wei was only shown when related to either one of the the protagonists. His life outside that wasn't exactly deemed as important. That was why he didn't know that although Zhong Wei seemed closed off from a lot of things and people, he was quick to get comfortable with those he shared good interests with.

Since he ran an entertainment company, after receiving the background check done on Wei Luo and finding out his past, no doubt his impression of this new brother improved. Afterall, no one would dislike 'an excellent' person for no reason. The male was also a movie director, leaning towards his field of work - not as an actor or someone in the spotlight, but as someone behind the scenes like he was.

Wei Luo wasn't completely distant too. Zhong Wei found that although Wei Luo always had on that nonchalant expression as if nothing mattered, he would chip in a few advices when he casually voiced out a problem. The advices were also usually ruthless, in line with how he would solve situations at times. They also usually worked.

They began to have a boss - adviser relationship. Soon, Zhong Wei realised that they had similar laid back interests.

They just clicked. Like a casual integration that slowly happened without them knowing.

...As if.

If Wei Luo knew this was how the world felt about them, he would laugh and say,

"All according to keikaku."

Yes, it was true that Wei Luo didn't know Zhong Wei connected fast with people who shared the same interests and whatnot. Saying his connection with Zhong Wei was a coincidence however, would be a bit far from the truth.

He had planned for them to get closer.

How else was he supposed to have more fun with the plot on a familial level?

Getting close with Zhong Wei would be like gaining VIP front row tickets. He didn't know he'd do it within a month, but this is even better. He can have more fun with the whole thing even sooner.

Like today for example. 

In the novel, this was just a small insignificant part for filler. But how could Wei Luo let it go when he has nothing better to do? That is a waste ba? 

How will Li Wei handle the situation? Wei Luo wanted to see.

Some people might ask, why does he want to play around with the plot when he can live his life away from it? Weren't his actions wrong as it would disrupt the happiness of people that have been set in place?

The answer is simple.

Wei Luo is an asshole.

He isn't like all those good and good people who just want to run away and live their lives to the fullest without bringing problems to themselves. He was inside a novel. A place created by a person's hands.

How far can the world be bent?

He already saw how the film Emperor twisted the fate of the novel he read.

How far can he twist the fate of the novel HE read?

It might seem like a nonsense goal to have, but Wei Luo had nothing else he wanted to do actually. He'd lived his life once and even though he didn't see it to the expected end, he'd already lived long enough for his liking.

He was also an underground mafia boss.

He'd done everything he wanted, even including kidnapping, theft and murder.

How much fuller does he want to get?

The former world was filled with grim, dark, violent, stressful and demanding memories. This time he just wants to play.

Please, what better game to play than the game of fate?

Also, if a reader entered a novel, unless they feel powerless towards the wheel of destiny, would they want to run away?

And even when they do, Wei Luo was sure that deep down in their hearts, even if only a little bit, they wanted to watch the plot unfold before their very eyes.

He just followed that tiny bit in his heart,

And decided to take it even further.

He wasn't scared nor did he feel powerless.

He'll go past watching the road of fate that life and it's children croses.

Run over destiny with truck-sama.

Watch destiny get sent to the hospital and die.

Either that or it gets plastic surgery to reshape it's face and bones.
