Chapter 2: Chapter 2: Arc 1.1

The space around her changed from a dark nothingness to a medieval styled room and soon a woman walked in with beautiful wavy pink hair and green eyes.

 

“My baby” she cooed “you’re so cute today.” She giggled and kissed my head lovingly. 

 

“Where am I?” Lilith asked in her mind 

 

“You’re in a novel” the system replied. “Your mission will be easy since it's your first. The plot is that the main character's mom dies and she gets adopted by the lord ruling the area. The lord had a crush on the mother and because she passed away adopted the daughter who he forced to act like the mother. Later at the tender age of 16 he married her. Your job is to sleep with the Lord and have another person sleep with you.”

 

“So I need to sleep with him?” 

 

“Yup” the system responded. Lilith would later go on and learn lots about her mother for the sake of her mission and learned a lot. 

 

1. Her favorite color
2. Her favorite food
3. Her style of clothes
4. Her speaking habits
5. Her mannerisms 

 

She did all this and pretended she was trying to act like her mommy. Though throughout the 5 years she was her mothers daughter she couldn’t help but start caring for the woman. 

 

“What happens to mom when she dies?” she asked the system. 

 

“The host doesn't need to worry her soul will enter reincarnation, though the system must warn the host not to get to affected by the original body”

“Affected?” she questioned. 

 

“Yup. The host was born as a baby so it isn’t too prominent but if the host is transmigrated into a body with a developed mind it's possible for you to get affected by their emotions.”

 

“So if I get put into a body that's in love with someone…”

 

“The host will most likely retain feelings for that person too”

 

“When I complete the missions what happens to the emotions?” 

 “The host can get an emotional wipe that helps them start anew. Would you like to turn on that feature?”

“Yes please.” Lilith, a 5 year old girl, was an exact replica of her mother and made a close friend who she thought was incredibly cute with straight blond hair and blue eyes. Life was fun Lilith almost forgot she had a mission and enjoyed spending time with her mother and best friend Emaline. Then the inevitable happened; her mother fell ill. She stayed by her side watching her last moment and after the funeral the feudal lord came for her. She managed to convince her friend to come with her and her parents, wanting to give their daughter a better life, let her come with me to the feudal lord's house. 

 

Emaline was assigned as her personal maid and friend. The house was large and grand. Red carpet draped along the floor, the golden chandelier glittered like jewels and the large windows provided a splendid view of the magnificent garden. 

 

“Lilith.” Emaline called her “the lord want to have dinner with you”

 

Lilith sighed and said in her mind “Let’s get this show on the road”
