Chapter 5: Chapter 5 – First Meeting

Right now I stood outside a black fence that surround The Center. This was not what I had expected. I always had a free pass to enter The Center in the game even though I was an independent Magical Girl. More specifically, I had a free pass in the first city because I didn’t do anything yet. That was why I never expected that I will be refused so coldly by the guards in the entrance when I wanted to enter The Center.

The Magical Girl was stationed right in front of The Center which I can’t see from here because there were a lot of people who wanted to meet her too! I knew and understood that I was short, but this was too much!

The people around me were tall, big, and my head just reached their chest! Even the woman in this city, no, this world were tall. I found a family of three, and I saw their daughter had the same height as me while the mother was 2 heads taller than the girl!

I felt pitiful… but when I remembered that I could fly, I felt better. That’s right, I can fly and look down on those pitiful humans as if they were ants! My mood lifted with that thought and decided on something.

If I was not allowed to enter The Center to take a selfie as a little girl (or so they thought) I could always enter The Center as a Magical Girl. The downside of that was my personality would change into Zmeya’s. But, that was a necessary sacrifice, I wanted to take a selfie in front of The Center of this city!

My reason for that was simple. I don’t know what I will do in the future, so I wanted to make a safe choice and take a picture in the first city when my identity was still unknown.

That was why I will sneak in during the dark! I guessed the sun will be turned off in an hour or two, so right now I will enjoy a tour of this city while taking a lot of pictures!

The city was big for the first city, even bigger than some of the cities in Japan. So I walked around while trying the food that was sold in the stalls that were located in every corner of this city. Maybe because Magical Giants was a game that was made in Japan, a lot of the food was Japanese with some western culture mixed in.

As I had expected, the sun was turned off after an hour. The sky suddenly engulfed in darkness, or no. The light from the sun dimmed slowly until it finally darkened and emitted no light. It was magical as if there was a big guy that put a cover under the sun and turned it off slowly.

With the sun have been turned off, the house all over the city turned on their artificial light or light bulb. This city was called the science city for their science, of course, they had a light bulb! But, The Center was lighted up with a different source of light.

Magia Lamp, a lamp that emitted a blue soft light using Magia from Magical Girl, the same energy that kept the barrier. Every Magical Girl had Magia in their body and they could also draw Magia from the atmosphere. My eyes shined as I looked at the Magia Lamp and The Center that looked better when I saw it directly at night.

Because there were almost no people around The Center at night, I could see it clearly.

“Umu, that was incredible.” I crossed my arms and nodded at myself while I smiled in satisfaction. It was strange, but I was familiar with my body as if I had this body since I was born. Right now Zmeya’s speech had not bothered me anymore, I was gotten used to it because I talked a little bit when I brought foods from stalls earlier.

Even if I said I could sneak in during the night, I couldn’t do it without using any Magia. That was why I went to the alley near The Center and took off my earing. As soon as I took it off, I felt more powerful and could do anything that I wanted. The hoodie that I wore was replaced with Zmeya’s magical girl attire.

That was right, why did I think of sneaked in? Why don’t I just walk from the front? The guards were nothing but maggots, no one could stop me! I will get what I wanted, I am Zmeya!

With a new resolution, I went towards The Center and as expected, the attention of the few people around The Center was focused on me. I walked confidently with a smile on my face without being embarrassed even when my attire showed a lot of skin.

I was a boy, but I am now a beautiful girl. I felt no shame to show my beautiful body towards the people. Those maggots must be grateful that they were able to see me though, I know that.

When I arrived in front of The Center’s entrance, I was stopped by two guards from this afternoon. I looked at them with displeasure on my face and I said.

“What are you maggots doing? This one wanted to enter this building, how dare you stop me?!”

“Sorry miss, but we need to check your identity. From your attire, we knew that you are a magical girl, but we need to follow the rules.” Answered the guard on my left.

That attitude, I hate it. Rules… everywhere had rules. What was the purpose of rules? In this Deepland, rules mean nothing but a restriction!

“So you still stop this one from entering? Fine, then this one doesn’t need you.” As I said that, I pointed a finger gun at the guard on my left and said, “Bam!”

Small green bullet energy shot out from my hand and pierced his head without any resistance. The guard on my right was surprised with what I did, but he quickly reacted and pulled a gun that was strapped on his waist and pointed it at me.

But I was faster, I pointed my hand towards him and said, “Bam!” The bullet pierced his head without any resistance too and he fell to the ground lifeless. The people that saw what I did began to scream in panic and they ran away from me.

Without anyone disturbing me, I entered The Center with ease and took a selfie with my smartphone. I held the phone with my right hand and posed peace with my left hand. The Center stood behind me and I was satisfied with the photo that I took. I put my smartphone back in my mirror inventory and now it was about the time.

“Hold right there!” I heard a girl's voice shouted at me from the direction of The Center.

I turned to the source of the voice and saw a girl wearing frilly clothes while holding a wooden wand in her left hand looked at me with a serious expression. Her clothes were the set of a normal magical girl, with a lot of frills and light blue and white color.

She had long black hair that was not styled into anything, she just let it fall to her back. Her hair was decorated with a small blue hat resting on top of her head.

When I saw her, a weird feeling resurfaced from me. I wanted to tease her, I wanted to feel her, more importantly, I wanted to eat her~

I looked at the magical girl with a smug smile on my face and welcomed her, “Umu, this one will stop. So come here, let me eat you~”
