Marcus’ Terrible New Life (MTNL)

Marcus was just any other young adult but instead of the typical rap fetish person instead he is actually a typical adult male. He has a set of messy brown hair, basic brown eyes, but what else is different or similar about Marcus? Well... He's... *Ahem* slightly overweight. (He's actually above 250 pounds) His skill set is actually pretty basic and quite useless, like any other overweighted person he actually spends half of his life playing video games and like a pro gamer he played and played for days and nights for years if not decades. But one day, he dies due to natural causes (He didn't die by natural causes he actually died by choking on chips.) Unexpectedly, he was reincarnated to a new world with a game like system. Instead of being overpowered or typically handsome like a typical Isekai anime he instead is stuck in a forest with no civilization nearby (basically he's in another continent but is mainly inhabited with monsters, animals, and demi-human tribes) Somehow this poor excuse of a man manages to live throughout his years of living. And you know what, because the gods want to mock him, they decided to make him immortal (Which doesn't make any sense) He can live forever however he can still die if he has taken too much damage. Basically, anything that isn't affected by age can kill him.
