"You are the new captain of the expeditionary team?" She got straight to the point. No stupid noble courtesy is needed from this point on.
"Indeed. Recently got promoted to this position." She took a sip of her own tea, prepared by Louis beforehand. Bitter. "I'll be blunt with you, young lady." She placed down her teacup.

Charlotte wanted to really question the girl. The girl smiled. "I am here out of my own free will. My father supports my endeavors, and he believes that this will be greatly beneficial for my progress into [Spellsword] class skills and fighting styles."
Charlotte nodded. So a delusional fool then. But since her father had already agreed, there was no reason for her to turn her away. If she died, so be it.
"Alright, you may join. However, you must prove that you are ready for what our group is planning to do in the coming days."
"Do tell, captain."
"We are planning to attack the Sandpit." A small gasp came from the girl. She smirked. "As such, you will have to prove that you are capable, and won't be dead weight when we are fighting it." She stared at her, straight into her gold eyes, and cast [Eye of Land].
