Chapter 5 I want your blood!

POV Naomasa Tsukauchi

My name is Naomasa Tsukauchi Police Detective and I am tired, very tired. “Do we already have the images from the surveillance cameras in the area?” I exclaim a third time impatiently as I keep my arms crossed looking at the mountain of papers on my desk.

The body of the B-Rank villain Bloody Hands was found lifeless in an alley, the first indications show that the villain suffocated, however, something in this whole situation does not make sense and leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth.

The villain's clothes were torn, which suggests that someone used some kind of quirk on the villain.

"Why is Tamakawa-san taking so long to get the security footage?" I ask myself. In the immediate vicinity of the alley, there were some security cameras, which will greatly reduce the list of suspects.

Shortly after, my subordinate Sansa Tamakawa walks into my office with sweat beading on his feline face.

"Tsukauchi-san, all security footage... has been deleted." Tamakawa says stuttering a bit. At this, I stand up and raise an eyebrow at him.

“Every recording within a 3-kilometer radius disappeared without a trace, there is only static and the only thing we get is the recordings from last week.” Tamakawa says sighing a little. "Is it possible that the culprit was a vigilante?" He questions.

"This is going to be a very long night." is all I say as I start looking for a cup of coffee.

POV Isamu

The next day

Should I feel bad? How should I feel? One of my inventions ended the life of a villain who tried to assassinate us.

A sense of pride runs through my small body. I took down a dangerous villain! It wasn't the police, it wasn't the heroes, it wasn't an adult. It was me!

In my past life, I would never be able to do what I did. My past life… a boring and monotonous life… a life shortened by stupid adults.

What is my purpose? What motivates me to meet my goals?

I don't need a stupid tragic backstory, dammit!

I will not be a stupid hero!

I'm also not interested in taking over the world like some stupid clichéd villain!

I just want to have fun, feel the adrenaline pumping through my veins and with my peculiarity now it is possible.

It'll be fun… It'll be great fun!

"Isamu-kun, the director will see you now." Says the secretary of the director of my school while interrupting my deep moral reflection.

"Thank you very much, Miss Tanaka-san." I reply with a charming smile on my face as I walk into the principal's office.

"Good morning~ Principal Takahashi-san." I hum to the director's annoyance.

"What do you want now?" He growls through clenched teeth. At this, I close the door behind me and a predatory smile spreads across my face.

“You don't have to be so aggressive, you could hurt my feelings and in my childish outburst, I could upload the video of you along with your secretary doing indecent things in the school cafeteria. And that would only be the beginning.” I say with an innocent smile on my face as I take out a lollipop from my pocket and start licking it.

Ever since I came to this school I have used my quirk to get any kind of information that I can use to blackmail both the principal and some teachers.

If they don't want to ruin their career or in some cases end up in jail, they will have to cater to my every whim.

In this school, I rule!

“What can I do for you Midoriya-san? Do you want me to fire another teacher?” Director Takahashi says resignedly forcing a smile on his face as he begins to sweat.

My shark smile didn't help his situation much.

"So you won't have classes for 1 week while they fix a water leak?" Inko says while she reads a statement from the school.

“That is correct.” I say nodding my head.

"And only your classroom was the only one affected?" She asks again this time a bit skeptically narrowing her eyes as she reads the statement.

"Yep." I happily respond by balancing myself with my hands behind my back.

"That's not fair!" Izuku exclaims crossing his arms. “Why do I have to go to school while Isamu-chan stayed home all week? Who is going to take care of him? You have to work mom. What happens if a fire occurs? What if…" is all Izuku says as I interrupt him.

"I can take care of myself!" I exclaim making a cute pout as I cross my arms. "Or you think I'm not a big boy." I say as my lips start to tenderly tremble as I cover my face with my little hands. Now take the bait!

Then, like magic, I find myself in the middle of a family hug as my family falls for my cuteness.

 

The next day.

Izuku left for school a few minutes ago while my mother is getting ready to leave for her work. “You're a smart kid Isamu-chan and you're already a big kid, if something happens… anything I want you to call me right away. Alright?" Inko says kissing my cheek.

"Don't worry mom, I'll spend the day playing video games." I say innocently with a charming smile on my face. Shortly after, my mother leaves for her work.

Now that I'm home alone, at last, it's time to locate a certain person who will help me a lot in my future plans thanks to her peculiarity.

An hour later I find myself walking around the city while my eyes focus on my smartphone which I have modified with a variety of functions. One of the most prominent features is being able to infiltrate the city's security camera network as well as civilian cameras while a facial recognition program is running.

I don't have to worry about someone noticing that I'm infiltrated into the camera network, I'm practically a ghost almost undetectable. After walking for a few minutes, I enter one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in the city. So I press a button on my phone and the surrounding cameras are temporarily disabled as I get closer to my target.

“What a cute kid, where are your parents? You are alone?" Asks a woman approaching my address with a friendly smile on her face. Showtime!

"I... I don't know where my mom is." I say putting my fingers together and kicking the ground which makes me look very cute. At this, the woman's eyes light up.

"I can help you find your mother, follow me." She says as she beckons me with her hand and leads me into a dark alleyway. This couldn't be more cliche!

I just shrug and start following her down the dark alley while I am behind her, in that, I point my watch at her, and a small dart shoots in her direction.

“So small… so cute and adorable…” The woman says stopping in the middle of the alley and turning in my direction as she starts to hug herself.

"Is everything alright, miss?" I asked tilting my head slightly with my best innocent face as I put a finger to my mouth in apparent confusion.

"No, I am not ok." She says as a crooked smile spreads across her face. "I just need a little bit of your blood, don't worry I'll be kind." She says in a younger voice lunging in my direction.

I just sigh as I shake my head and press a button on my watch.

"Kyaaah." She screams as she falls to the ground right in front of me.

Electric Clock-kun

A small, undetectable dart is fired from Isamu's watch and burrows under the target's skin, causing a non-lethal but very painful discharge of electricity to the target in order to quickly immobilize them. The dart can be remotely activated and controlled as well as the electrical voltage.

Then a gray viscous liquid begins to cover the woman as she transforms into a young Toga Himiko.

"What a quirk~ most charming." I hum with a predatory smile on my face as I watch Toga pant on the ground looking at me with a strange look.

“Wha… what the hell was that?” She whispers getting to her feet as she wobbles a bit.

"A small but powerful electric shock for trying to attack me." I say placing both hands on my waist. "I am Isamu Midoriya, nice to meet you, Toga Himiko." I say with a charming smile.

At the mention of her name, her eyes widen as she takes a few steps back to a safe distance from me. "How do you know my name?!" She exclaims with panic in her voice.

At this point she is still a 13-year-old high school student, however, she already has some assault crimes that have not been made public due to her using her quirk to transform into someone else.

"I'm pretty smart and I just happen to have an excellent proposition for you." I say taking a lollipop out of my pocket, immediately afterward I start licking it. I am addicted to the lollipops.

"What proposal?" She asks through clenched teeth as her gaze scans the surroundings for some escape route.

"Get dressed first." I say with a cheeky smile on my face.

"What?" She asks before realizing that she is completely naked in the middle of the alley. Because she lost her transformation she also lost the clothes she was wearing.

Then Toga's cheeks turn crimson as she quickly runs in the direction of a school bag not far from her. Shortly after she puts on a school uniform still with flushed cheeks as she begins to slowly approach me with her hands behind her back.

"Now, are you ready to listen to my proposal?" I ask as she continues to move closer to me as if she were a cat stalking a mouse.

Then she lunges at me again, this time with a knife in her hands and a shark smile on her face. “Now, I want your blood even more!” She exclaims swinging the knife in my direction.

"Nope! Bad Toga! Bad!" I exclaimed quickly pressing down on my watch with the palm of my hand which causes another electric shock to go off against Toga. At this, she falls to her knees dropping her knife to the ground unable to move.

At that moment, I picked up the knife from the ground and walked toward her with the knife in my small hands, which caused her eyes to widen in fear as some tears were visible on her face.

“What I do for my plans.” I sigh causing a small cut on my finger with the knife, then my finger starts to bleed and I quickly place it inside Toga's mouth much to her surprise.

"My proposal Toga-chan is that you work for me and I will give you all the blood you want." I say as she starts to suck the blood from my finger. This is so strange and uncomfortable!

Shortly after, I have had enough and removed my finger from her mouth, that will be enough for now.

"Your blood... has a sweet taste that I've never tasted before." She says licking her lips with a big cat smile on her face as she stands up. "Tell me who I should kill to get more of your sweet blood, Isamu-chan!" She exclaims excitedly.

“You don't have to kill anyone…” I say quietly as I recalculate if this was all a good idea.

"Well? Well? What do I have to do?" She asks blushing a little as she begins to gently cup her fingers together.

“Have you ever seen the movie The Parent Trap?” I ask with a smile spreading across my face. At this, Toga's eyes light up as she uses her quirk and she begins to transform into a perfect copy of me.

 

"We're going to have a very busy week, Toga-chan."
