Back into the hallway again. It was still basically empty. That means the rest of the classes are still writing their examinations. Wait, am I the first student to be done with it? AHHH! I should have waited until we were at the half way point, then turned in the exam paper. Now I am going to be the lone ranger walking the halls. Hmm, am I maybe overthinking this too much?
The school campus is very large, so I wonder if I should familiarize myself with it or just call it a day and head back to the dorms because I am feeling a bit drained.
I stood there lost in thought as if it was a life or death decision, but where I stood was not too far from my new classroom.
There was the sound of a door opening and closing.
It was another student from my class. How interesting that people are deciding to come out of class now. Maybe I was the sacrificial lamb needed for everyone to hand in their exam papers. I unintentionally started a game of follow the leader.
I knew it was a 1-4 student due to the fact that the noise sounded closer to where I was standing.
I was about to walk off in the direction of the dorms. I heard a voice speaking to me.
"You there"
It was a female's voice.
I am familiar with this voice. It was the ice queen sitting next to me.
I turned around and looked at her in a curious manner.
"Um, yes, how may I assist you?"
"You finished your exam rather quickly."
I scratched the back of my head and replied, "Did I really? I took like almost half an hour."
Minori glared at me, "You were done way before that. You just were hesitant to hand in the paper."
Heh? I didn't notice her observing me.

"Uh you can say something like that."
"That's interesting."
Minori then begin to write in her small notebook once again.
She is taking notes? This is a strange girl.
I slightly tilted my head to the right and said, "I am surprised that you are speaking to me."
Minori looked at me with her sharp black eyes, "Don't get it twisted. My intention isn't to make friends here, but I don't mind having a few sensible conversations here and there. "
"Antisocial type?"
Her cheeks got a bit red, "No. I just don't see the point of it."
Hmm, I am definitely getting tsundere energy from her. I should probably watch my words before the last thing I see coming is an uppercut from a pretty girl.
"Oh well, that's an interesting statement to make, especially in an environment that promotes friendships."
She slightly glared at me in an observant manner, "You're a bit too analytical for your own good."
"My bad, sometimes my mind and my mouth are so in sync that I just speak what I think."
Minori said, "Well, no need for a longer conversation." Then she left.
What an interesting girl. My first potential friend is possibly a tsundere. It sounds like a great name for a sitcom.
