Wren had given up on Carolina seeing the note at this point, it had been almost a week and she had yet to find a mysterious tape left on her desk.

Wren finished packing away her stuff and swung her bag over her shoulder before following her friends out the library door door. They had been doing homework together but would now go their separate ways home. Wren through some back alleys as to avoid a HEROS VS villain fight on one of the main roads.

She was just about to step out of an alleyway when a flying chunk of concrete landed in front of her, shattering on impact.

"That wasn't anywhere near me!" A voice taunted from somewhere ahead of the teenager. Another loud crash sounded and all Wren could do was stand their in shock, unable to duck or retreat back down the alleyway, as the ground continued to shake with each bellowing impact of the projectiles.

"Aww, come on Crash. Did you miss again?" Somone taunted. Crash. "Hey Mitsy? Could you mabey not lead the angry HEROS towards the civilian." Called a familiar voice. Wren blinked and there in front of her stood Flicker.

"Hey there- could I pick you up?" She asked nurvesly, and Wren forced herself to nod. This was Carolina her aunt, sure she was technically a villain and sure they technically never met. . . But she was her father's sister and surly what familial bond the Carolina had felt that caused her to make the tapes would stop her from hurting Wren. Hopefully.

Flicker whispered to Wren as they ran "I'm sorry I haven't replied to your message yet, i'v been a bit busy lately and to be honest I didn't know what to say. You asked me to tell you about my time in prison and how I ended up their when to be honest, most of its a blur. My partner would be able to explain it better. We could meet you in the blue room tomorrow at 3?" Carolina suggested as they finally stopped a block away from Wren's home. "Sure" Wren panted before watching as Flicker dissaperd before her eyes.
