Chapter 75.1 – Three Years of Time
It was March in the season of Spring. Grass grew, and the kite birds flew. It was that time of the year where everything came back to life.
The golden morning sun fell on the floor through the windowsills, spilling inside the room and filling it with radiance.
Along with a creaking sound, the closed window was pushed open, revealing the handsome face of the youth behind. The rising sun that fell on her clear eyebrows seemed to complement each other, making her look more brilliant.
There was a light rain last night, and the air was very good this morning. The youth stood in front of the window for a long time after opening it, then turned to the side and sat down by the table. The desk was also basked in the sun, and the light reflected clearly on the pile of letters on top of it.
Lu Qipei was dressed in a moon-white uniform, sitting upright and comfortably behind the desk. Her slender fingers picked up a letter and opened it. After taking out the letter and reading it, her expression did not change. She put it down, then continued taking out another letter and opening it.
There were a lot of letters on the desk, and it took a lot of time to read through all of them carefully. Some letters just need to be read, but some also need to be answered.
Lu Qipei was obviously familiar with handling these letters. After reading them, she divided them into two stacks and picked up the ink and brush. She was about to answer a letter, but she suddenly felt something soft and warm pressed on her back.
She did not look back, but her calm expression had already turned lively. She smiled slightly and asked, “Are you already awake? Why don’t you sleep a little longer?”
The person lying on her back put her hands around Lu Qipei’s neck and pressed her face beside her neck. She spoke in a soft and sleepy voice, “I can’t sleep when you’re not around.”
Listen to that tone, what ‘can’t sleep’ was there? She was just looking for her.
Lu Qipei’s heart turned soft, and her gaze turned even softer. She turned around and pulled the person behind her into her arms. It was only after doing this that she could see that Qi Yang had been looking for her wearing only her inner robes.
Taking a closer look, the clothes she was wearing was not her own. When she was pulled like that, the front part opened a bit, revealing some marked spots…
Lu Qipei’s jade-like face instantly turned red – she quickly averted her eyes and closed Qi Yang’s lapel for her.
Qi Yang was actually already awake, and she was looking at Lu Qipei with moist eyes. Seeing her blush like that was really amusing. Seeing Lu Qipei being so anxious to cover her up, she finally laughed, “Ah Pei is so funny. You’re still blushing at something like this now.”

Lu Qipei was too embarrassed to answer, but did not let go of Qi Yang’s arm. Instead, she stood up and hugged her directly, “Your Highness, it’s really cold in spring. How could you come out wearing so little clothes?”
After saying that, she looked down as saw that Qi Yang’s jade feet were bare. She frowned, “You’re not even wearing shoes.”
Qi Yang nestled herself in Lu Qipei’s arm with a content look. “I forgot. Well, you’re going to carry me back anyways.”
Lu Qipei was helpless against her. She thought that she was showing Qi Yang a look filled with helplessness and criticism, but in reality her eyes were filled with love and doting. This was also what caused Qi Yang to have even less misgivings in front of her.
In fact, Lu Qipei didn’t go out of the room in the morning. She was just reading the letters on the desk outside. Qi Yang only left the inner room, and didn’t go far, so Lu Qipei carried her back very quickly.
After carefully putting her back on the bed, she bent down again to hold her feet. Feeling that they were a little cold, she warmed them up and said, “Sure enough, they’re a bit cold. Don’t do it next time.”
Qi Yang answered noncommittally, obediently waiting for Lu Qipei to warm up her feet for her. Her other jade foot that was not being taken care of right now also acted consciously, stepping on Lu Qipei’s thigh, warming itself through the layer of cloth.
“Is there any new news coming today?” Qi Yang asked casually.
Lu Qipei was concentrating on warming her feet and casually replied, “There are no big changes, it’s still the same as before. If you want to read them, I’ll keep the letters for now. You can burn them after you read them.”
Qi Yang assented, and moved the toe that was on Lu Qipei’s thighs, rubbing them gently as if she was teasing them.
Lu Qipei’s heart trembled, but neither her expression nor her movements were affected. She had almost finished warming up the current foot, so she grabbed the other naughty foot and continued warming it next.
But Qi Yang wasn’t letting her go, and the foot that was released continued poking at her. Lu Qipei finally had enough and looked back at her, saying, “Your Highness, stop making trouble. Don’t you have an appointment today?”
Qi Yang wasn’t teasing her expecting something in mind. She had already had enough of what she wanted last night, and now her waist was still a little sore. Hearing this, she groaned softly and rolled back into bed. “I’m not going, my back is sore.”
Lu Qipei blushed a little. Fortunately, no one heard these pillow talks. She put down Qi Yang’s warmed up feet, put her hands on the bed, and climbed to Qi Yang’s side. Then she whispered, “Then, shall I massage your waist for you?”
She didn’t wait for Qi Yang to respond and started right away, her movements skillful and her strength measured. In just a short time, the soreness on Qi Yang’s waist were massaged away. Her technique had become much better compared to when they first got married…
