“Konna koto ii na.”

“Dekitara ii na.”

“Anna yume konna yume ippai aru kedo.”

Nathan opened his eyes after some time, hearing the same song incessantly.

“Luna, enough….”

He saw the figure of Luna sitting on her crescent moon. Her legs moved merrily.

“E-hi hi hi… Good morning Master Nathan… Does Master Nathan like Luna’s alarm song?”

Nathan slowly lifted himself up and leaned back.

The last thing he remembered last night was seeing Dragonkin Edna’s body. Then they discussed the plan to hunt monsters for today.

At first, Nathan was excited to go get a license from the Hunter Association, but somehow after that, he suddenly felt exhausted and asked permission to sleep and postponed all their plans this morning.

“Thanks. The alarm really helped me.”

Nathan tried to get out of bed, looking for the wheelchair that was usually beside his bed. “Huh?”

He closed his eyes, then smiled.

‘I’m still getting carried away with my old habits.’

The presence of Luna, who greeted him in the morning, was a sign that what had happened earlier was not just a dream.

Nathan immediately got off the bed and went to the bathroom.

He took off his clothes and immediately splashed his body under the shower. Another new thing he did after he regained his ability to walk.

Nathan closed his eyes, feeling the fresh water flowing freely over his body.

“Ta-da...”

Nathan opened his eyes, “Agh….” he shouted, noticing Luna hovering beside him.

“Luna...” Nathan faced the wall, trying to hide the most important part of his body.

“Can’t I have some privacy in this house???!!”

“Huh?? Master Nathan?” Luna was silent at Nathan’s response.

“Luna is just an AI. And Luna also always follows Master Nathan, even in an invisible state.”

“Still… I’m not used to bathing, and someone is watching next to me.”

“E-hi hi hi hi...” Luna chuckled. “Would Master Nathan be embarrassed if Luna saw that cute cucumber?”

“This is a mighty cucumber!”

Nathan continued his shower, scrubbing his body with the soapy liquid, facing the wall, and ignoring Luna floating nearby.

“Is there something important you want to talk about, Luna?”

“Hummu… Hummu…” Luna nodded.

“Hurry and say.”

“So~ does Master Nathan know how to use the Crescent Moon Pocket Dimension? Eh… I mean, how do you summon an object from that place and do the opposite thing?”

“That’s something I wanted to ask too. So how?”

Nathan hastily finished his shower, grabbed a towel, and covered his lower body. He walked towards the sink and washed his face and teeth.

“So… All the things Master Nathan has known and touched, you can summon them whenever you want. And similarly, Master can put anything in Master Nathan’s grasp into that dimension, too.”

“So… That dimension functions like an inventory?”

Nathan washed his mouth. Then he raised his right hand. “A coin of gold.”

A gold coin then appeared in his hand.

Nathan looked at the gold coin. The shape is simple, just a gold chip with a dragon shape engraved on the surface.

“I’ve never seen a gold coin with a pattern like this, Luna.”

Luna floated up and sat across from Nathan. Her feet swayed on the faucet.

“That gold coin was used by the people of Yunatea in the past when the dragon race was still ruling there. However, no one uses gold coins with such a pattern anymore.”

“So, you mean I can’t use this thing as a medium of exchange?”

“Hummu, Hummu…”

Nathan threw the gold coin in the air, then it disappeared again.

“So, I can’t use the coins directly for now. Should I melt it and turn it into a gold bar?”

He came out of the bathroom and immediately looked for clothes in his wardrobe.

“And I also can’t carelessly show those gold coins. If only someone realized and put me in danger.”

Nathan changed into a black suit with silver decorations in some parts. He looked at his body standing upright in front of the mirror.

“Do I need to make a skill to make it easier to melt gold?”

A red cloak then appeared, and he immediately put it on. So did a black sword he held in his hand.

“Yuuuuhuu…. Luna loves it… Master Nathan is really cool….”

Nathan turned to Luna, smiling. The sword in his hand disappeared again.

“Thanks, Luna.”

Nathan walked out of the room. He walked down the corridor, down the stairs, and found Edna waiting for him at the dinner table.

In her usual maid outfit, Edna immediately stood up, aware of Nathan’s presence. There was a large backpack and a suitcase beside her.

“Good morning, young master.” The girl smiled at Nathan’s arrival.

“Hi, Edna… Let me help you.”

Nathan touched the backpack and suitcase beside her. And the two large objects immediately disappeared.

“Young master… What happened???”

“Portable Inventory…” Nathan smiled, then sat at the dining table and grabbed the sandwich in front of him.

“Young master, I’m sorry. I didn’t have time to cook for you because I have to prepare all our hunting needs.”

“It’s okay, Edna. This alone will suffice.”

Edna was still standing, with a guilty look on her face.

“Would you like to sit down and eat with me?” Nathan turned to Edna.

“No, young master. I’ll just eat later.”

“We have little time. Here, accompany me to eat.” Nathan pulled the chair next to him and asked Edna to sit down.

Edna then hesitantly accepted Nathan’s offer.

“Tell me, Edna. How well do you know my mother?”

“Lady Diana?” Edna was silent for a moment, then continued. “She and Master Devon saved me when the Dragonkin race came under attack. Lady Diana took care of me and taught me how to fight. Lady Diana also gave me the skill to transform my body into a human. She is very kind.”

Edna looked at Nathan. “Young master Nathan has truly inherited Lady Diana’s hospitality and kindness.”

“Is that so?” Nathan nodded.

“Do you know about the blessing of the sins? Have you ever known someone who used those blessings?”

Edna seemed to think about Nathan’s question. “Master Devon, he once wielded a sword used by the holder of the Sloth in the past.”

Nathan put the sandwich in his hand. “A sword?” He then turned to Luna.

“Master Nathan… I already reminded you that there is another artifact that Master can use… The Sword of Disidia…” Luna explained as if in a whisper.

“The Sword of Disidia?” Nathan threw the question at Edna.

“That’s right, young master. The Sword of Disidia was the sword used by the king of The Kingdom of Disidia in the past. Since his death, no one has ever been found using the blessing of the sin.”

The Kingdom of Disidia is the kingdom where Gardner Corporation and many other companies do most of their activities in Yunatea.

The kingdom is the location of the entrance to most of the gates in this world.

“And also that sword also disappeared once.” Edna continued.

“Are you sure my father is not the holder of the sin?”

Edna nodded, “At least that’s what I know, young master.”

“Then what about my mother? Do you know… Ehm… Is my mother also a holder of the sin?”

Edna covered her mouth with the back of her hand, and she chuckled.

“Lady Diana is the friendliest person I have ever met, young master. And I’m sure Lady Diana isn’t the holder of the sin either. Because there will only be one human race that can have it, right?”

“Are you sure my mother is human?”

Edna couldn’t contain her chuckle. “I’m sorry, young master. But the young master’s question is hilarious.”

“I guess my mother is human?”

“I firmly believe that Lady Diana is a human. Because if not, then the young master will be born as a half-human?”

“Yes, of course.” Nathan nodded.

Luna, who floated between them, also chuckled at Nathan’s response.

Nathan turned to Luna as if to question something. ‘Do you know something I don’t know, Luna?’

“Oh, young master. I have something for you.”

Edna showed him a thin bracelet, dark black.

“Hunter Device?” Nathan immediately recognized the object.

Nathan used the object on his left arm. And the bracelet instantly seemed to stick to his wrist.

There was a digital clock, and several blue and orange bars appeared on the bracelet’s surface.

The colors on the bracelet show the bar, showing the mana capacity and stamina of the user.

The status attribute hunters possess does not show the Mana capacity and Stamina maintained by the user. Therefore, humans created this tool as a substitute for that information.

“Thanks, Edna.” Nathan smiled.

“Sorry, I immediately bought this thing without asking the young master’s approval. I just wanted to save the time we will use after this.”

“That’s fine. I’m fine.”

“After the young master got the Hunter license. Young masters can book solo dungeons from the device, and after that, you can immediately hunt monsters and level up. Though…”

Nathan nodded. “It doesn’t matter. I can handle this.”

There are various types of dungeons in this world. And the most used by beginners are solo dungeons. A dungeon that only one person under level 50 can enter.

“We can travel to the outside world and hunt wild monsters if young master wants me to help with the hunting.”

Nathan shook his head. “Hunting wild monsters in the outside world is easier because you can help me. But we need more time to reach these areas, and the number of monsters is also not as much as in the dungeon. Besides, I can use plenty of solo dungeons as practice, right?”

Edna nodded.

“Okay. I am ready. Let’s get going.”

“Okay, young master.”

Today, young master Nathan’s long journey is about to begin. Fight against monsters, level up, and do other amazing things.
