Chapter 378 - It wasn't Su Ran who went; it was the child's father. (2)

Su Ran, however, paused a little when she heard that.

“Where’s your father?”

“Oh, he called and said he will be home a little late tonight when you were on the phone with Du WenTao’s mother,” said Su Han.

The guy seemed to have been quite busy lately.

As for what he was so busy with, Uncle Zhou mentioned something the other day and Su Han had gathered from it. He had no idea why the guy was being so secretive about it.

“Then, I want wontons.”

Su Han, “……”

“We are out of wontons at home.”

“Oh, then you decide. I will have what you have.”

“Dumplings then.”

“Oh, I’ll take noodles in that case.”

Su Han, “……”

He noticed that this woman was become more and more troublesome.

And, all because she had been spoiled!

Su Ran didn’t care what her son was griping about in his mind. Seeing the cracked expression on her son’s progressively more mature and no longer cute face, Su Ran was very pleased.

“Remember you need to add water three times for the dumplings.” She reminded him.

“I thought you said you want noodles!

“What a hassle……”

Su Ran finally couldn't help but busted out laughing when she heard Su Han’s complaint coming from inside of the kitchen.

When Lu Shao returned home at 8 o'clock that night, he immediately saw Su Han sitting on the couch, looking gloomy.

“What is it? Are you that unhappy having to spend one night with your mother?” asked Lu Shao with his brows raised as he looked at Su Han.

Having heard that, Su Han looked up gloomily and gave Lu Shao a rude look as he said, “That’s because your wife is such a hassle.”

“Tssst.” Lu Shao chuckled when he heard that. He then added, “She’s also your mother.”

“Where is she anyway?”

“She’s struggling inside,” said Su Han as he pointed in the direction of the master bedroom.

Ugh, Lu Shao ignored Su Han, took his jacket off, and walked inside the master bedroom.

Su Ran was struggling between two sets of outfits when Lu Shao walked inside.

“Su Han said you are struggling with something,” said Lu Shao as he walked up behind Su Ran and put his arms around her.

“Mmm.” Su Ran’s furrowed brows relaxed a little when she heard that and then she added, “I am contemplating which set I should wear to Su Han’s parent-teacher conference.”

Lu Shao lifted his brows when he heard that.

“The time for the parent-teacher conference has been set?”

“Yeah. Hang on. Let me look for it and show you,” said Su Ran as she picked up her phone from the night table and search carefully within the parent’s conversation.

What she didn’t know was that Lu Shao didn’t care about the content of the parent-teacher conference but that Su Han’s winter vacation would be starting officially after the parent-teacher conference.

Su Ran flipped for a little while and finally found the three messages that the class teacher had sent back to back.
