Chapter 2: My Witching Dream Became a Reality!!! Chapter 2: 16 Years Later and The Adventurers Academy of Magic

Hello, Emily Clarke here, I have just turned 16 today, which means I am officially an adult and I can go to the Adventurers Academy of Magic. However, before we go into detail about the academy and where the first arc will take place let’s go back to when I was born... 

16 Years Ago 

“Tell me! Tell me is there something wrong with my baby girl?” (Klare) 

“Ah...No, no I am sorry for worrying you Ms. Klare, Emily is perfectly health, I was just astonished by her magic affinity results, it appears as though she can use all forms of magic including divine magic. Your daughter may just be the child spoke of in the legends. I am sorry to say I will have to report these findings to the Board of witches and wizards; however, you and your daughter will be moved to a private wing of the hospital and we will have security by your doors at all times. As a powerful witch, and a teacher at a regarded magic academy, you should understand as well.” (Doctor) 

“Oh, I know and I do understand, I just...don’t know if I should be happy that my baby was blessed or mad that she won’t be able to live a normal life. Thank you, for looking out for us, Doctor.” (KIare) 

Back to the Present 

So, as you can see, what the God of Magic said was true, and not do I have the super-duper magical powers, I still have all knowledge I learnt in previous life to use said magic. The only down side is that I have had to stay hidden and out of sight from the public due to my abilities and me and my dear mother's life being in danger because of them. So now I have very little social skills, and a very doting mother who will be my homeroom teacher at the academy. Yaay! Don’t get me wrong, I am so thankful I was able to save my mother this time with the knowledge from my past life, but because I but because I put my life at risk getting the ingredients to make the medicine for her. She is very over-protective of me. Speaking of which... 

“Emily-dear! It’s time to leave, the carriage is here, do you need help with your bag, your quite tiny for your age?” (Mother Klare) 

“Ah...Mother! I am not tiny...hmph.. I can get my bag.” (Emily) 

I guess I should explain what I look like to those that are interested, I have long blue hair and light blue eyes, my eyes glow gold when I use divine magic and red when I use dark magic which is not evil magic. I am 5’2 with a petite frame and bust, not tiny! 

“Are you nervous about giving your speech as the representative of the first years, Emily?” (Mother Klare) 

“I am, Mother. If I remember correctly, didn’t you give the speech when you were a first year as well? Do you have any advice, as a mother and a teacher?” (Emily) 

“Well, as a mother I would tell you to imagine the audience in their undergarments but as a teacher I probably shouldn’t do so, hahaha...” 

“Ehehe...Mother...I’m serious, I am quite nervous, I don’t have much experience talking to others.” (Emily) 

In this life or the last for that matter. 

Fufufu...fine, here is my advice and what I did, I walked in as if I owned the room as the top student, however when I spoke, I spoke with humility and respect to older students, the new students that were the same as I, the staff, and the teachers. I treated everyone with same level of respect of no matter who they were or where they came from. I believe that will work especially given you special circumstances. Oh, it seems we have arrived. I will sneak out first before the commotion happens, so you won’t be seen arriving with your mother. Good luck and see you soon my sweet daughter.” (Mother Klare) 

“Thank you, my Dear Mother.” (Emily) 

After I gave my mother a few minutes to leave from the carriage, I stepped out to what seemed like battlefield of young witches and wizards running to my carriage I became quite frightened for a second, before I chanted a personal space spell that feels as though a wall of wind is surrounding me it causes no harm to others...

“Wow, did you see that? (Young Wizard A) 

“I know that was a medium level wind protection spell.” (Young Witch A) 

“Good day, Lady Emily, you are amazing as always.” (???) 

“Ah, Good day to you as well, May. I asked you to call me Emily, we have been friends since childhood remember.” (Emily) 

“Hehehe...I know, it’s just while we are in public at school due to our positions I promise, Lady Emily.” (May) 

“Ah...Very well if you insist, however when we are alone and on dates, I want to call each other our normal way, okay.” (Emily) 

“Ahhhh.....okies...” (May) 

You are probably wondering who May is and what she looks like huh, well she is my childhood friend from this life and my previous life, she became my girlfriend in this life though, however due to my abilities I am in a higher position in the country of Britania that we live in then she is, we can still marry latter in the future, but for now she has to be seen as my assistant for us to bunk in the same room together. She is also the only women my mother approves of as a future daughter in law so far, even though May said she doesn't want to hold me into a monogamous relationship, I’m not sure about such a thing myself. She also knows about my previous life as well. Now as for May’s looks, she is adorable with medium length pink hair and pink eyes in twin tails, she is the same height as me at 5’2 and she have petite frame with larger bust than me but that is fine by me heh-heh... 

“Lady Emily, Lady Emily, you there?” (May) 

“Ah, sorry, whets wrong?” 

“Where you thinking dirty thoughts again? N...no of course not.” (Emily) 

“Hmmm, oh well, it's time to go give you speech, Lady Emily.” (May) 

“Well, I guess it’s time to face one of my fears...” (Emily)
