Chapter 12: Chapter 12 – What to do next?

We quickly entered the hospital. 

"Hello, Miss Kenny, where are you? I am at the entrance of the hospital." I asked her while looking around, searching for her. 

"I am sitting beside the reception counter," she answered. 

Instantly, I and Mark went towards the receptionist area. We came beside the reception counter while looking for Kenny. Finally, I spotted her. I think she also spotted us because I noticed the moment she noticed us. She released a deep breath. 

"Okay, Miss Kenny, I finally found you. I am coming toward you, but one thing is that you have acted like you didn't know us. Pretend like you don't know us, we are complete strangers to you." I told her. As you can guess that I don't want the guy who was following her to notice us and escape. 

" Okay," she responds and stops looking at us. 

"One more thing, Miss Kenny. Is that guy sitting beside you or on your opposite side?" I asked her while checking all the people before her. I can see three people with masks and sunglasses. Two people are near here and one person is in the opposite direction. So, I am not sure about the person.  

"The guy sitting in the opposite direction is the person who is following me," she whispered, so nobody will ‌hear her. 

"Okay then. I and Mark will sit near you. So, don't make any move that will make the guy suspicious. Also, I am hanging up. From now on we will talk in messages." I told her.

" Hmm," she replied with a Hmm. After that, I hung up the call. Mark And I are now walking in her direction. 

I signal Mark to start his acting. 

"Dude, these few days, the coldness has increased. Because of this, now I have a fever. Cough… cough," Mark said to me while he started acting like a patient who had a fever and came to the hospital to check up. 

"Bro, I told you to take care of yourself. Sigh," I replied.

 

Like this, we came near her seat. There are 5 seats in the row where Kenny is. She is sitting in the corner seat while 2 strangers are sitting near the other corner. So, now only 2 seats are free. 

Mark and I walked toward those seats. 

"Excuse me, are these seats taken?" I asked Kenny, while acting like a stranger. 

"No," she told us without even looking at us.

Mark And I sat down. I glanced at the guy. Actually, I am trying to use my observation skills on him. A few seconds later, my phone vibrates. I glance at the phone.

"Name: Harry Clay

Age: 26

Job: Kidnapper

[He wants to kidnap Kenny.] "

After reading the details about the guy, I became shocked. Why the hell does this guy want to kidnap her? Once again, I glanced at him. I couldn't continuously look at him, or he would be suspicious. 

By looking at him, I can tell this guy is also very intelligent. He has hand gloves in his hand. I don't think those hand gloves aren't your normal hand gloves. Also, he was wearing a mask that was made by Texa company. This mask also isn't your normal. These masks can purify the air, you won't even get affected by tear gas. He also had earbuds in his ear. It looks like he is talking with someone. 

I thought about what steps I should take next. After some thinking, I came up with a plan. I don't know if this plan will work or not. But, currently, I only have this plan. 

"Dude, wait here. I am going toward the receptionist," suddenly I told Mark while getting up from the seat and walking toward the reception counter. I know my sudden move also confused him. So while walking to the counter, I sent him a message about my plan. 

"Are you sure about this plan?" He texted me back. 

" Yea, currently I cannot think of any other good plan so we can only follow this plan, and if we just sit here doing nothing, we won't be able to accomplish anything," I replied to him.

" Okay," he texted me back. 

"So, be ready. You need to leave after she and the guv leave. But you need to be careful that the guy doesn't notice you," I test him.

" Don't worry man," he texted me back with a smiling emoji. 

I begin to write the plan that Kenny should follow. After I write the full plan, I send the text to Kenny. 

She is always looking at her phone. When she suddenly got a message from Arthur, she didn't delay and quickly opened the message. She noticed ‌it was a plan. 

" Miss Kenny, I am telling you what to do next. Now look at the time. It is now 3:25 p.m. 15 minutes later, you will leave the hospital. Even if the guys still follow you, don't panic, we are with you. Wait sometime. I will tell you about your next step." 

At first, she has a scared expression on her face, but then she remembers that the detective mark was beside her. So she relaxed and followed this plan.

I am now outside of the hospital. I need to search for a place where there are fewer people and where we can catch the Kidnapper. 

Because a hospital near this area is fully crowded, I needed to search for a less crowded place. 

Now I am on the main road. The direction I am going in is the west plaza's direction. If I want to reach the waste plaza like this, then I will need 20 minutes, and on the bus, you just need 5 to 6 minutes.  

I am working like this while looking around. It would be best if I found an alleyway with fewer people.
