Chapter 13: Chapter 13 – Time to act.

Arthur is now looking for a less crowded place. He needed to find a less crowded place within 15 minutes. It has been 10 minutes, and he finally found an alleyway that was less crowded. He only saw two to three people in the alleyway. 

After leaving the hospital, he went in the right direction. In this direction, if he walks like this, you will reach the west plaza. 8 minutes later, he crosses the bridge. When he crossed the bridge, he found the road was going in two different directions. One is straight, and the other one is in the left direction. 

If he walks like this on the straight road, you will reach the west plaza. So he went in the left direction. In the direction, he didn't even walk that much and found an alleyway. He doesn't know where he can reach if he uses the alleyway. So he opened the Earth map application on his phone. Using the map, he gets to know that if he uses this alleyway, he will reach the west plaza. So basically it is a shortcut.

Arthur POV: 

I am now writing the next step that Kenny needed to do. After I finish writing, I send the text message to Kenny. In this text message, I told her to come to this alleyway and what she should do. I also sent her directions to this place. Now it's just a matter of time. 

I also texted Mark and told him to get ready, while sending him the location. 

"Bro, are you sure this plan is gonna work? I mean, what if the guy didn't follow her?" He texted me back. 

" Don't worry. I am sure that the guy will follow her. Also, did you bring your gun? I don't think this guy is alone," I asked him.

" Yes, today I am planning to go for shooting practice after coming back from college, so I brought my gun. Are you sure he wasn't alone? How did you know ‌he has teammates?" He texted me back. 

" Don't worry, bro. I will tell you everything later. So, now just follow the plan," I told him. Even If I told you that the guy is a kidnapper, who wants to kidnap her,. You won't be able to believe me. Also, I don't think he will work alone to kidnap Kenny. 

"Also, you need to be careful. Don't let the enemy notice you," I told him.

" Don't worry about it." He texted me back. 

Now I just need to wait for them.

3rd person POV: 

Kenny is now looking at the time. It is now 3:35 p.m., just 5 minutes, then she needs to leave the hospital. Kenny was nervous about it, but then Mark said to her in a low tone, "Don't worry and believe in Arthur". Hearing it makes her relax. 

She can still feel that someone is looking at her, but she wasn't nervous or scared like before. Mr. Mark and Mr. Arthur are with her, so she doesn't need to worry.

At 3:40 p.m., Kenny got up from his seat. She secretly glanced at Mark and then approached the entrance. 

She left the hospital. Mark still didn't leave the hospital. He was waiting for that guy. When the guy leaves the hospital, he will also leave the hospital.

Mark so that the guy from time to time glanced in Kenny's direction. 1 minute later, he also got up from his seat and walked toward the entrance. 

Mark didn't leave instantly. It will make the guy notice him. He already knew Kenny was going, so he didn't need to worry about it.

2 minutes later, Mark also got up from his seat and walked toward the entrance. Came out of the hospital, he saw the guy walking toward the main gate, from which everyone entered the hospital's area. He can't see Kenny, so it means she is already outside of the hospital. 

Mark didn't go toward the parking area, he directly walked toward the main gate. He also texts Arthur that Kenny had already left the hospital and he was following the guy. 

"Okay, be careful. Also, while following the guy, don't forget about your surroundings. I think this guy's teammates are nearby," Arthur texted him back.

After saying okay, to put back the phone in his pocket and focus on the guy. But he also didn't forget to observe the surrounding area.

A few minutes later, they are right now on the bridge. Kenny is first, then the guy who is following her, and Mark, who is following the guy. 

Just a little more, then Kenny will reach the alleyway. She doesn't know if the guy is still following her or not? But she did not stop and look back. She has only one girl to reach the alleyway. 

Previously when left the hospital area, she sent a text message about her leaving the hospital to Arthur. 

"Okay, good. Now, without showing any nervousness or any extra moment that will make the guy suspicious of you, you need to come here. Also, don't worry Mark is following you and the guy," Arthur texted her back. 

Kenny crossed the bridge. Like Arthur mentioned to her, the road went in two directions. She needed to go in the left direction where she would find the alleyway.

Arthur POV: 

I am currently hiding in that alleyway. If my guess is correct then Kenny will be nearby. So it's just a matter of time. My focus is the entrance of the alleyway. 

A few minutes later, I see a person coming toward the alleyway. You can say I am pretty far away from the entrance. So I wasn't able to see clearly. But a few seconds later, when the person enters the alleyway, I see him or we should say her clearly. Yes, it is Kenny who entered the alleyway. 

So it is time to act. I quickly sent a text message to Kenny. 

"Start acting."
