Chapter 19: Chapter 19: Flaming Red Lion

Nawaki went to hide. As the main body, he couldn't falter. There were many powerful monsters lurking around that could easily kill him. For now, he needs to tread carefully.

'Damn, it's that lion again!' It was only Nawaki thinking that two of his shadow clones were killed.

The flaming red lion was four meters tall. Its beast eyes contained flames. It had a powerful and robust body, as well as dense flame-shaped fur. There was a 30 centimeter horn resembling blood jade on top of its head.

'This lion is on another level.' Nawaki didn't dare provoke this lion yet.

Creating two more shadow clones, he sends them in a different direction than the flaming red Lion was.

Unfortunately these Armored Hounds didn't take down elemental art. But at least it dropped purple orbs, which makes it worth killing.

'What?!?' Nawaki starts panting. A smaller version of the Flaming Red Lion was found by clones of it. It was 200 cm tall. It was intimidating enough, but compared to the other 400 cm lion, it was even more adorable.

'For now I can only create a shadow clone...' Biting his lower lip, Nawaki made up his mind. He would go in person. At least it would be close enough to create new clones when the clones died.

Nawaki didn't delay any longer. He ran at high speed using the wind.

When he arrived, he saw the flaming red lion eating a gray rabbit.

At the same time, he received the information from another shadow clone, he had found a wind wolf... Well, fuck the wind wolf, he was more interested if he could kill this flaming red lion and if so, let him drop elemental art?

Nawaki used hand signals and created two shadow clones.

With a loud roar, the bloodthirsty red lion spits out fireballs.

The speed of the fireballs was no joke.

If it weren't for the wind art, the clones that ran left and right would have no chance to escape.

While dodging, the clones launched gusts of wind in the form of blades.

The flaming red lion appears to show contempt for these attacks by roaring and spitting fireballs.

When the two elemental powers clashed, the fire won without slowing down.

Once again, the clones had to use speed to their advantage and dodge.

Roaring again, this time even angrier, the 200 cm flaming red lion has his fur on end as he starts spitting fireballs.

*BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!*

One of the clones was not lucky enough to escape.

With only one clone left, the flaming red lion focused on him, and was soon killed.

However, before the flaming red lion could go back to eating, three other clones ran towards him.

"ROAR!"

This time, the flaming red lion didn't use a fireball, but rather ran at impressive speed looking like a gigantic running fireball and got in front of one of the clones and bit half of the clone's body from above.

Before the flaming red lion could chew, he realized that it had mysteriously disappeared into his mouth.

The flaming red lion demonstrates a lost, almost human gaze.

*BOOM! BOOM!*

He didn't have time to get confused, the two clones took advantage and attacked with gusts of wind.

The flaming red lion is furious and runs towards one of them and does the same as the other, but again, the body that was supposed to be his meal is simply gone.

Knowing it was no use trying to eat, the flaming red lion launched a fireball in the clone's direction.

This time, 4 clones were running in the direction before the other one disappeared as it was covered in flames.

The flaming red lion was already beyond fury.

Running fast, biting and attacking with his paws, and throwing fireballs, he kept killing and killing and killing.

But more and more of these annoying things have reappeared. No matter how many he killed, the fiery red lion felt overwhelmed when he saw more two-legged animals appear.

When it has been more than 1 hour since the flaming red lion started to fight, no matter how strong and resistant it was, it already started to show signs of fatigue.

To escape!

After he took everything, Nawaki made the shadow clones disappear. He was very tired. He almost thought he wouldn't be able to win.

Luckily, the shadow clones he was hunting died and he was able to use them in this battle, or else, he didn't have the confidence to win.

When he received the information from the clones, and knowing that he had a crystal orb with flames in the center, he was just as happy as the clone he took.

'It was so worth it!' He smiled. But soon Nawaki thought, 'I'll hide until I'm expelled.'
