Chapter 20: Chapter 20: Art of Fire

After he left the hunting dimension, Nawaki lay still on the bed while he waited until his Sis opened her eyes.

A minute and a half later.

"Huh?" Tsunade smiled at him, "Are you done hunting? Well, how was it?"

"Very good." Nawaki said with a hint of anticipation, "I got a different orb this time. It appears to be the same as wind art, but it is very likely fire art."

"Why didn't you try to learn?" Tsunade asked doubtfully.

Nawaki even thought about doing so, but remembering the situation where he took the glass orb with flames, he felt that if he wasn't careful, not only would he not learn the art of fire, but he might also get hurt.

"I want to go safe." Nawaki said, "That's why I need your help to watch and possibly heal if necessary."

Tsunade almost wanted him not to use it if he believed it could be dangerous. But seeing his eyes filled with anticipation, she swallowed her words.

With a soft sigh, she agreed, "Okay, your Sis will help if need be."

"Thanks." Nawaki smiled, "Let's go to the bathroom, it will be better to do this while in the water, I think."

"Yes." Tsunade readily agreed.

In the bathroom, after the bathtub was filled, Nawaki walked in and had his back to Tsunade.

Nawaki took the fire crystal orb.

Just as he felt in the hunting dimension, a small red glowed inside, giving off a little heat.

It was almost as hot as boiled water. Hence his concern and the reason for acting cautious.

But because his Sis was with him to help if needed, he didn't hesitate before eating.

Immediately, it turned into a terrifying stream of energy through his esophagus and into his stomach before finally flowing throughout his body.

The energy seemed to be scorching flames that burned Nawaki's body. This made Nawaki groan in pain. "Ugh!"

Seeing Nawaki go rigid. Tsunade was worried, but didn't despair. She wraps her hand in a green light and places it on Nawaki's warm back.

The flow of healing chakra made Nawaki's expression soften.

A second ago it was even hard to breathe, it got a lot better when his Sis used healing on him.

The water in the bathtub even got hotter. Maybe a mistake that he had filled it with warm water earlier, but it didn't matter anymore at that moment.

Nawaki wasted no time and used the biggest purple orb he could get from the lion.

Closing his eyes, the secrets of fire begin to flash in Nawaki's mind.

As he tried, the flames grew stronger. Without his Sis's support, he didn't have the confidence to learn, he managed to bear it through clenched teeth because of her.

After a long time, Nawaki's brows relaxed. The redness disappeared from her cute face.

Then, Nawaki slowly opened his eyes. A red light shone in his pupils. There was a flame burning inside.

Behind him, Tsunade breathed a sigh of relief as she noticed that the 'storm' had passed.

She didn't speak, but she was very worried. When Nawaki turned to her, and she saw the red light glow in his pupils, she smiled. 'At least it was worth it.'

When Nawaki's mouth was ajar, the fire threatened to come out and he closed his mouth too fast.

"Don't try to talk, just relax and try to get used to and control your new power." Tsunade advised him.

Nawaki nodded in agreement.

The best would be if he swallowed a purple orb, but as he was afraid of spitting fire the moment he opened his mouth, Nawaki just closed his eyes as he tried to adapt.

When he opened his eyes again, 10 minutes had passed. He slowly opens his mouth, and is happy when he no longer wants fire to come out of his mouth. Then, his eyes gleamed with excitement as he held out his right hand and a red flame rose in his palm. The next temperature rose.

Nawaki looked at the flame and a smile curved his lips, he was satisfied.

When he looked at his Sis, he was turned on for another reason. Perhaps because of the high temperature of the water in the bathtub, Tsunade's skin turned pink in some parts of her body. It was as beautiful as it was stimulating. Her slightly red breasts made Nawaki mentally snap a picture.

"Looked enough?" Tsunade teased him with a cheeky look.

"Err. Yes, very beautiful..." Nawaki only realized it when he saw the mischievous smile curve his Sis's lips. But, without embarrassing himself, he said, changing the subject: "Thanks, I was able to learn the art of fire thanks to you~!"

He took advantage and hugged her.

Her naked soft body against his skin went to another level.

Tsunade didn't refuse the hug, she even hugged him back.

After a while, they got out of the tub.

In Nawaki's room, the sun had already risen.

"I'm going back to my room." Tsunade leaned towards him and kissed his cheek.

"Mhm, thanks again." Nawaki said while smiling, deepening his pink dimples.

Tsunade loved his smile. She smiled back before walking out the door.

In his room alone now, Nawaki looked at the time.

It was 6:33 in the morning. He arranged with Granny Mito and Kushina at 7:30 after breakfast.

As it was Saturday, he didn't have class, nor had he arranged to train with Mikoto, since she had something to do, he wouldn't show up until tomorrow afternoon.

As he had some time before he needed to go out for breakfast, he was 'playing' with the flames.

Because he was well prepared, he was able to learn a lot. It was different from when he first swallowed the glass orb of wind.

The bond he had with the flames might not be as strong as the one he has with the wind these days. But, he felt like he was almost 'friends' with the flames. He was even able to mold the flames into miniature animals and make them run through the air.

With that, he could even earn money doing an artistic show...

Well, it wasn't like he was short of money, he didn't need to do something like that, he just had that possibility.

Anyway, Nawaki was playing with the flames until 7 o'clock in the morning.

After eating, Mito took them to the main hall.

They had paper and ink ready. But, Mito started giving a lecture to the two before starting the practice.

Mito's knowledge of Sealing Techniques was very rich. Nawaki and Kushina felt enlightened many times during the lecture.

Doubts that Nawaki had were answered, some still remain confused, but when he asked, Mito was patient and answered and soon clarified.

Kushina seemed to be taking it even better than he was. Of course, he had the option of using the purple orb to learn faster, but as he didn't want to arouse suspicion, he held back.

Mito's lecture continued for two hours.

"I'll let you two do the Unsealing Technique." Mito gently said, "It's not a difficult technique, but I need to understand your level first."

"Yea." Nawaki and Kushina responded in unison.

Going to their respective scrolls, picking up the brush, Nawaki and Kushina begin.

They each chose a ninja star and made hand seals to seal the ninja star once they were done.

Mito didn't say anything from start to finish while her students were doing. When they were done, she came over and said, "Let me see."

With a hand seal, she said in front of Nawaki's sealing paper, "Release!"

Very similar to the sound of a small bomb, white smoke appeared, then it dispersed and a shuriken appeared in the center of the drawing.

She didn't say a single word and over to Kushina's. Doing the same with Kushina's, Nawaki noticed that Kushina's appeared in the center of the parchment drawing faster than his, although there was almost no difference, he was able to notice.

Mito sat back in the chair and looked at the two of them. She smiled kindly, "You two's talent is high. Kushina's mostly is even a little better at the moment. But don't be discouraged, Nawaki, you have a lot of talent."

"Mm, I'll try hard." Nawaki smiled. He didn't care if Kushina was better than him. He could still improve more with the purple orbs later. And, he had a daring idea wanting to learn the Enclosing Technique.

Although it was also a basic sealing technique, it was more complex than the Unsealing Technique. Easy to release but hard to do.

Until lunchtime, Mito continued teaching Nawaki and Kushina.
