"Julia, do you remember why you are here?" Adrianna asked as she gave Julia a concerned look.

"Where are we even?" Julia asked as she looked around.

Adrianna took a deep breath and was suddenly worried, if Julai couldn't remember anything, what had happened to her?

Miguel had said that she was poisoned, but it must have a more lasting effect than just knocking her out.

Maybe this was Lucius Ting's final goal, he had someone drug her and make her forget. But why?

"I need to see someone, you should go get some rest." Adrianna told her friend as she got up and walked out of the room.

True to his promise, Miguel was standing right outside of the door when Adrianna stepped out with her bodyguard.

"Well, that was quick." Miguel commented, confused as to why Adrianna was already outside of the hospital room.

"There is something wrong with Julia." Adrianna told Miguel as she turned pale with worry.

"First, let's get you some food and maybe some fresh air." Miguel said as he led her out of the hospital's main building and towards a garden with picnic tables.

With no other patients in the hospital or guests on the island, it was very peaceful.

Adrianna could hear the crashing waves in the distance as well as the chirping of birds that called the island their home.

"I didn't know this place was here!" Adrianna exclaimed as she made her way to the picnic table and sat down.

"Well, you didn't exactly stay to enjoy the facilities last time." Miguel teased. "Then again, you wouldn't have noticed how beautiful this place was with Yoyo in your arms."

Adrianna smiled and nodded, three years ago felt like a lifetime. So many things had changed and so many people had passed away.

As she looked out in the distance and reminisced a time not so long ago, a bodyguard came over with some food and a cup of tea.

Cedric had insisted that everything needed to go through her guards. She understood her husband's current paranoia, but hoped it would be over soon.

"So what did you want to talk about?" Miguel asked as soon as they were alone again.

"Julia doesn't remember some things." Adrianna said with a frown. "When we called her in Spain, I told her about Lucius Ting, but earlier she didn't seem to remember."

"This is what I was worried about." Miguel said as he sighed and shook his head. "The poison she was given was derived from Thornapple, in the past it has been known to somewhat confuse people and their memories. This one seemed altered."

"What do we do?" Adrianna asked. "If she doesn't remember how can we get her to help us."

"With the truth, and maybe you can invite her brother over?" Miguel suggested. "If that doesn't work, you can bring Dominic to meet her."

Adrianna was surprised by Miguel's words, he had been quite worried about Dominic recently especially when it came to his biological family. It may have been Veronica that seemed vocal on the issue, but he also had his worries.

"Really?" Adranna asked as she looked at Miguel's sad expression.

"I love my son, but would I really take from him his chance of meeting his biological mom?" Miguel told Adrianna as he explained why he was alright with this course of action. "I also had some help, I spoke to Ram."

"Ram's a different case." Adrianna knew that Ram had decades of love from his adoptive parents and both his mother and father were gone.

"Different, yes, but there are still some similarities. Either way, V and I will always be here for Dominic." Miguel smiled lovingly at the thought of his adoptive son.

Adrianna knew how much he missed the boy especially in the past week where they had to be separated.

"Don't think that I'm just letting him meet his mother because of the situation, V and I spoke about it and we decided that once she was better he would meet her." Miguel confessed. "Just think of it as speeding up the initial plan."

Adrianna smiled and nodded. As a mother she understood what insecurities Veronica and Miguel were dealing with when it came to Dominic meeting his biological mother.

They had been worried when their son met Jonathan, but seeing as he made Dominic happy, they were willing to let it be.

"I'll talk to Cedric about sending Jonathan over, it needs to be done discreetly. Lucius Ting knows how Jonathan looks, he had met and even stalked him in the past." Adrianna told Miguel as she texted Cedric to give her a call as soon as he was free.

"I think Dominic should already fly in with him." Miguel said as he considered the situation. "We might need him on hand rather than waiting a few hours."

Adrianna nodded as she agreed to Miguel's idea.

Cedric quickly called Adrianna back as soon as he saw her message, telling her that nothing was more important than her, making Adrianna blush.

She explained the situation to her husband and to her surprise he immediately agreed.

It seemed that he wanted Julia on their side as quickly as possible, he even told her that they would arrange for everything and all she needed to do was to focus on Julia.

Happy that she didn't need to argue with her husband on her plan, Adrianna made arrangements to have Julia's favorite food prepared for her.

When Cedric messaged her that Jonathan and Dominic had departed from the airport, she quickly went to Julia's room accompanied by Miguel.

She needed the doctor to properly explain the situation to her friend.

"How are you feeling?" Adrianna asked Julia as she entered the room with Miguel and a bodyguard that held the tray of food.

"Better than this morning." Julia said with a smile as she glanced at Miguel.

"You know my husband's friend, Dr. Miguel Chan, right?" Adrianna asked.

Julia slowly nodded.

"Something happened to you Julia and Miguel is here to help me tell you the technical parts." Adrianna explained as the bodyguard offered her a seat.

"How long was I gone? You look much more pregnant than I thought you would be." Julia asked as she looked at Adrianna.

"Well, you've been gone for a few months and unconscious for around a week or two." Adrianna heard Julia gasp at  the revelation.

"I can't have been gone for a few months, I left the airport yesterday!" With that Miguel and Adrianna knew how bad the damage to her memory was.
