Chapter 70: The Fall Massacre III

Just as Yovan actually wanted to hand them the blueprints, someone else appeared, standing right next to him... Only about twenty minutes left before the end of the Countdown.

Walking out of a door that appeared mid-air was a tall man with big lips, a black beard, and black hair in which his hairstyle resembles the horns of a bull.

The man was wearing a black two-piece suit with a white handkerchief in his breast pocket and a sweater undershirt. 

"I want the blueprints." The man spoke as he brought out a few pieces of paper much to the dismay of the Emperors of the Underworld.

"Wait... Who is he?" Du Feld and Umit questioned with a suspicious look as their men stood before them, looking warily at the uninvited visitor.

"Someone else who wants to make a deal with me," Yovan responded before taking the papers and looking through them to verify their authenticity.

"Hand us the blueprints first." Du Feld and Umit said, seeming cautious.

"Sure." Yovan lifted his hand high in the air, feeling glad deep inside. Seeing the door ability of this man made him change his plans.

The man was one of CP9, Yovan was sure, and the papers he just gave him were about Rokushiki, a special, superhuman martial arts style.

In fact, it was someone he had met before when he was in Water 7, a bartender. He was there undercover for the blueprints. It's just that Yovan forgot though he'd call it needing a memory refresh.

From far away flew a storm of feathers, condensing to rest in Yovan's hand. It soon dispersed to reveal a bunch of papers.

He handed a bunch to Du Feld and the rest to Umit. Two duplicates of the blueprints of Pluton before crouching next to the treasure chests as a small storm of feathers surrounded them. 

The chest then vanished along with the papers handed to him by the CP9 guy. The feathers hid what truly happened, the chest and the papers getting sucked into the ground by a swamp of sand.

"If you seek to escape without completing the deal, then know that the papers I handed you are incomplete." Blueno pointed out after seeing Yovan's shamelessness.

"I know. It's really unfortunate that you have such an ability. It's a bit too hard to deal with, but either way, thank you for giving it all away." Yovan murmured as he stood up.

"You don't want to do this!" Blueno stated with a deep look.

"But I do. I can not allow the blueprints to fall under the World government. That may come back to bite me in the ass, so excuse me."

The two Emperors of the Underworld froze as they eyed Blueno. They had their suspicions, but to have it be verified. 

They knew there and then that even if they leave this place live, they'll be hunted by the World government to the end of the world.

The World government will stop at nothing to eliminate them considering they hold the blueprints of a weapon of mass destruction capable of threatening even the strongest of forces.

Pluton is said to be able to destroy entire Islands in one shot!! The one to hold control over such an atrocity... That's the reason why it's called the World's Worst Battleship!!!

And so, Yovan vanished, leaving Blueno confused, but he still said, "Start the Plan!! Eliminate them all and acquire the blueprints."

It was always going to be the case. Whoever sets foot on this Island will never be able to leave it, including the Emperors of the Underworld. The World government wouldn't allow it.

Moreover, they can acquire the blueprints just threw eliminating the Emperors. They have it on them, no?

Well, not anymore as Blueno saw it before his eyes. He saw the papers seemingly disperse into numerous pieces. The blueprints were destroyed in front of his very eyes, leaving a worn-out feather in their place.

He saw it. It was quick but he saw the blueprints vibrating before a shockwave spread from between them, destroying them in their entirety.

"..."

"Noooo!!!"

"The Underworld will never forget this!! Do you hear me, Stranger?!" Du Feld lost his ship way more than Umit.

All the while, Blueno regained his composure and eyed the surroundings as a door appeared right next to his mouth, "Did you sense him?"

"He will do our job for us... He's in the sky." A deep voice reverberated from inside.

Blueno eyed the sky, seeing nothing but thick clouds. He frowned as he heard the voice speak again, "The Buster Call Is Ready."

High high in the sky, there was a ship, a magnificent ship of utmost grace. It was Seizon No Hono with vast wings made of feathers.

Usually, the vast wings make the Ship look like a colossal Crow with the combination with its figurehead, a Crow's head.

Today, however, was different. Seizon No Hono looked different because its front had a massive triangular metallic body, seemingly acting as a shield.

The Triangular shield was Kaku's doing under Yovan's instructions... The thing that will minimize the damage to the ship even if it falls from the sky.

At this moment, Yovan was standing on the very top of the ship, the crow's nest. He was enjoying the coldness of the sky because the Ship was that high.

It was so high in fact, that Yovan could see an interesting body of clouds far away. He was higher in the sky than that special cloud that seem to house an Island.

Yovan wasn't sure what it was, but he doesn't remember it from the story at all. It must be his memory bugging because he would swear he would remember such an interesting place if not for his bad memory... Duh.

Yovan's crow-like eyes caught a figure far into the distance, surrounded by a cluster of lightning. The figurehead seems to be eyeing him with interest.

'Fair enough,' Yovan also found him interesting as well, so as to not forget the Island, he lifted his sweater as he created a relatively sharp feather, and started carving a few symbols on his chest.

Unfortunately, his notebooks weren't on hand. They were kept in some very safe places because he knows... He planned for everything so perfectly that he was starting to find himself a bit scary.

His desire for survival never stopped growing. It was only getting more and more monstrous.

Yovan's action seemed to startle the figure a bit, but the former just waved at the lightning figure before allowing Seizon No Hono to start falling with its head facing downwards.

A few things happened at the same time, a hand made of feathers activated the Fire Burst of the Ship, sending it flying even faster downwards.

The wings of feathers flew into the Triangular Shield, filling the space between it and the ship, acting almost like an Airbag.

Another significant portion of the feathers started pushing the Ship downwards, further increasing its speed.

The Fire Burst already made it extremely fast, especially when complemented by the downward attraction of gravity. 

Yovan using his full control force of the feathers to make that even faster transformed the Ship into something akin to a comet as it started heating up, especially its metallic shield.

It took only seconds before the Ship broke through the clouds to finally gain a view of the Island of Jaya, finding a very interesting view.

Another Veil Of Darkness was created, this time around Jaya. It wasn't to stop an Aqua Laguna. No, it was to stop everyone from leaving.

The veil opened to allow the ship entry, and Blueno could finally see it much to the absolute dismay of his brain, 'Just what is happening????'

He could only leap back to vanish into a door he created, the latter closing after him. 

This was why Yovan found him very troublesome. Some Devil Fruits are a headache to deal with, and Blueno has arguably one of the best.

The Ship fell on the Island with such speed it acted as a comet, annihilating every in its proximity.

Even the Veil Of Darkness couldn't hold back the explosion as all those outside could see was feathers flying along with fire, rocks, melting lava... It was chaos.

But Yovan didn't need to do any of this for his true goal was to make a painting... The Fall Massacre.

The annihilation of the Emperors of the Underworld's army was merely the start because the Countdown has yet to end. There are still a little bit less than ten minutes left.

Those Ten Minutes, Yovan would use to draw the scenery before him... The Fall Massacre painting is a vital piece of the puzzle... of the Future.
