Chapter 17: Chapter 16 ~ Trouble in the dungeon

Two pirates have arrived in Violet's dungeon and want to get a cure from Flora. But she refused for an unknown reason.

The look of anger on Flora's face changed to one of tension and hesitation. A drop of sweat slid down her cheek, which was evidence of her fear. Flora didn't know what to say, she remained silent. But there was someone who spoke for her, and that person was Violet.

Violet stood up, walked to the space in front of Flora, and after a few steps Violet reached that space, she looked at those guys and said while Flora was behind her;

The two pirates were silent for a while and then laughed out loud.

They both laughed for thirty seconds, until a few tears fell from their eyes from laughing so much.

The injured man wiped the tear caused by laughter with his finger and said while laughing;

"Just tell me who brought this little girl here, she made me laugh from the bottom of my heart," his friend replied with a smile.

Violet's face was quite serious, She didn't take this position as a joke.

Flora put her hand on Violet's shoulder from behind, saying;

"Please don't get involved, you'll get hurt because of me, I can handle them on my own."

Violet turned her head slightly and said calmly, with a smile on her face;

"Didn't you help me a little while ago? Without you, I wouldn't be fine now. Let me return the favor a little."

After Violet's words, the injured person's friend felt a little angry. He helped his injured friend to sit at the edge of the room, then stood up and started walking towards Violet saying;

"There's a limit to joking around, little one. I don't care who brought you here, even if it was the captain. If you don't get out of my way now, you'll suffer a lot."

Violet grabbed her fists and raised them in front of her face, at this time the black-haired girl was putting her hands in her pockets and watching what would happen.

That man threw a direct punch at Violet's face, and she quickly bowed her head and successfully avoided that punch, but...

What Violet didn't notice was that man's foot, his punch was just a distraction for his kick to succeed.

It was an extremely strong kick that hit the left part of Violet's head, and because of this kick, her body hit the wall of the room. Then she fell to the ground and blood was coming out of her nose. She felt a little dizzy because of this blow.

She put her hands on her head to ease the headache and make the vision clear. And when she succeeded in this, the first thing she saw was Flora's body suspended in the air because of that man's hand.

He was putting his hand on Flora's neck, her feet not touching the ground, and her face was red because of her inability to breathe.

Flora was trying to get his hand off her neck but she couldn't, simply because he was stronger than her.

Then the man looked at Flora's face who looked like she was going to die due to the lack of oxygen in her body and said in an arrogant tone;

"I don't know why you are so stupid, all we wanted was a little bit of your blood, why are you making it so complicated. And this stupid girl thinks she can defend you when she couldn't even protect herself. Don't make me laugh, we are pirates And you're just little girls, that's the real difference between us."

Anger gripped Violet, her eyes glowing bright violet.

At that moment, features of shock appeared on Temari's face (the girl with black hair) and she said in a faint voice;

Her eyes were shaking at what she saw. Flora's eyes were filled with tears, and her foot was bleeding because of that man.

And the most horrible sight is the man who ate Flora's flesh as if it were roast lamb.

The look of shock on Violet's face was something that could not be described in words, then she said with a trembling voice;
