Chapter 5: Hungry

Author Note I will be switching from The MC old name Marcus to his new name Sora from now on.

 

 

 

After Sora finished admiring the view of the town at night he turned back and shut the curtains obstructing any would be peepers view. He then activated his shadow gate again and pulled out a stack of files from his storage dimension. The files had everything he would need to know on Kuoh and the supernatural citizens that lived there. 

He was happy to know the automatic language comprehension skill was working after he got done talking with the front desk lady. He was scared he might have to learn Japanese from scratch and wouldn't have been able to communicate with anyone until then.

Sora quickly sat down at the room's desk and started to go through the files the system had provided.  It gave him the general details that he was aware of from his light novel and anime knowledge, it also told him most of the affairs of all the influential characters of the story. He already knew the layout of the land for the most part how Rias Gremory was trying to get out of her engagement with Riser Phoenix and was desperately looking for peerage members. Or how Sona  was the student council president which consisted of her whole peerage.

"Those two I'll have to deal with first." Sora thought to himself. He tried organizing his thoughts on how to approach the upcoming situations. He was well aware of the three fallen angels and their agenda. As well as the corrupt Freed and his intentions towards Asia. 

"It will take some time before my alleged connections will allow me to transfer into Kuoh academy, and into that specific classroom as a transfer student." He thought to himself. The last thing he needed right now was either the occult club or student council presidents growing suspicious before he was ready. His plan was to simply infiltrate and influence behind the scenes for the time being. For now he would settle for simple reconnaissance. 

After he finished filing his paperwork and establishing his future targets Sora started to feel hungry.

"It must have been from the abilities I've been using." He thought to himself. He never had powers or abilities before but he was sure that using them over and over again in a short window would require him to recharge his batteries per say. So he decided to order room service and get as many tasty meals as his gate funds would allow, but after the carton of food arrived at his doorstep something strange happened.

As he dug into the roasted chicken and red meat he had ordered his body began to reject it. He found himself on all four spewing out everything he had shoved down his throat. After he got done emptying his guts he used his darkness powers to erase all traces and stench of it.

"Whats going on?" he wondered. "Why can't I eat regular food?"

He thought for a minute and then the answer came to him.

"Oh I see I need that kind of nourishment now huh." He said, shaking his head, annoyed at the money he just wasted.

After that Sora called down to the front desk on some complaints about his room and asked for someone to come up. To his surprise it was Tina that decided to come up to talk to him.

"I guess my charm worked a little too well huh." He thought to himself. "Oh well, let's just roll with it."

After some pointless chit chat and Sora complaining about trivial things to the smitten receptionist he was ready to send her on her way. As he opened the door to his room for her to leave she said "Well if there is anything else you need please let me know i'm more than happy to help you." she said eagerly.

"Anything?" Sora responded with a grin.

"Of course I'm here for your convenience." She said blushing.

"Well then, there is one thing I think you could help me with." He said as he slipped the do not disturb sign on the door before he closed it. He then turned and faced the young woman standing alone in his hotel room.

"Do you think you could help me with it?"He asked.

"Of course." She responded nervously.

As she said that Sora reached his hand out and cupped the back of her head and gazed into her eyes lovingly. Tina's face became flushed red as her daydreams were slowly turning into reality.

"W wait." She stuttered as Sora brought his face closer to hers.

Sora then seized her lips and gave her a deep passionate kiss. As his tongue invaded her mouth it seemed like steam was coming out of her ears. She tried to resist at first but his tongue technique was second to none and slowly she gave in to his passionate embrace. As Tina began to kiss him back Sora opened his eyes to see the receptionist completely give in to his charms. It was then that he broke the kiss off between the two of them and left her huffing from it.

"Do you want to keep going?" He asked with a sly smile.

"Yes" She said, her face completely red and her mind already drowned in pleasure.

The Sora began to close in on her again but as she was ready for another kiss he instead went for her neck and began to lick and kiss it. Tina shuttered in response to his long wet tongue making its way up her neck.

"Hickeys are ok too." She thought to herself.

That's when as he was kissing her nape she didn't notice the two long fangs emerge from his mouth and slowly pierce her left artery. The sensation continued to stimulate her body with euphoria making her blissfully unaware of the sounds of him drinking her blood. 

He continued to stand there in the middle of his otherwise empty room, drinking the blood of this overly eager front desk worker. All of his inner instincts were telling him to bite deeper to drink more, to leave the blood bag a dry husk and tear her to pieces. But Sora managed to maintain control over his instincts and after getting his fill pulled away from the innocent woman.

"Here, drink this." He said, biting his own wrist and offering his blood to her.

Before she could question it he thrust his wrist into her mouth forcing her to drink his blood. At first she struggled but slowly just like the kiss she had given in to her instincts, and drank the delicious nectar greedily. Then rapidly her two puncture wounds on her neck healed and her complexion returned back to normal. He then twisted her around and forced her to look him in the eyes.

"Now when you leave here you won't remember anything that happened after the chit chat will you?" He said his ruby eyes glowing crimson. 

"Yes" She responded in a blank daze.

"You'll only remember your hot new client asking you to come up and complained about pointless shit right?" He asked

"Yes" she responded again, still in a daze.

"Good" He said, then he opened his shadow gate and slipped her a tip for 300 yen into her jacket pocket for the meal she provided him. "Get going." He told her as he led her out of his room to head back downstairs." 

She complied with a blank look on her face and she made her way out of his room and headed for the elevators that would take her to the main lobby.

"That tasted better than I thought it would." He said to himself still licking his lips and wiping the blood from the corner of his mouth. "But had I known I would have that kind of recoil from regular food I would have made some more adjustments with the system." He thought annoyed now that it was too late.

Sora then went back to analyzing the files that he had materialized and concluded that it would take a number of days for his backstory and his transfer request to be approved. In the meantime he decided that setting up a permanent living situation and mastering his new found abilities had to take precedent. He continued to think about the enemies he would soon have to face and obstacles he would get to obliterate. He couldn't help but grin to himself. 

"Devils, crows, gods, and angels, so many snacks and so little time." He said with a sinister smile.
