After a nice long needed soak and some more banter between master and servant Sora got out and explored his new domain. Everything met his expectations and his otaku instincts were screaming with joy.

He danced around in the privacy of his new giant bedroom jumping  around on his huge bed like a kid in a hotel for the first time. Ea just watched him from the ceiling with an expressionless look.

"Did you really need such a big bed Sora? I told you you'll only need to rest about once a month." She asked.

"Of course." He responded excitedly. "A big bed is a must have for my future endeavors and beds were made for more than just sleeping Ea."

Ea just looked at him with her usual withdrawn look. "Pervert" she said.

"Did you say something Ea?" He looked up at her.

"Nothing master." She said as she floated away into a wall to explore the rest of their home.

After some more embarrassing behavior Sora decided to turn in for the night. He went to sleep with a big grin as all of his plans and fantasies were slowly becoming reality.

Then at the crack of dawn Ea awakened Sora from his peaceful sleep with a loud trumpet. The sound scared Sora so badly that he fell out of his bed and onto the floor.

"Ea what the fuck!" He shouted, still trying to gather himself.

"Time to get up, master Sora, it's already dawn time to train." She was now wearing what appeared to be a beige military style uniform with her gold hair in a bun.

"I think I could have slept a few more hours." He responded by wiping the sleep from his eyes as he picked himself up off the ground.

"Aren't you the one who emphasized that you only have 1 and 1/2 weeks to master your abilities to an acceptable level?" She said her gaze was cold as ice.

"Fair enough." He conceded trying to avoid her frosty gaze. "Was the trumpet really necessary though?"

"It's your fault for not waking when I called you the first time master and as your new instructor it's my duty to discipline you." She responded as she cracked a horse whip in her hands.

Sora gulped deeply and thought that maybe he had made a serious mistake. After that Sora materialized some training clothes and followed Ea to the basement. He then began to stretch and warm up his muscles as best he could before they got started. After he finished he turned to Ea who was standing in the middle of the large round dome training area.

"So what's first?" He asked as he approached her.

"Well since your a tribrid as you call it there's no point in training your muscles since you already possess superhuman capabilities." She responded as she went over a materialized clipboard in her hands. "So let's start with your magic foundations first."

"O, OK." He responded confusedly, "What do I need to do?"

"Well as you said you possess the knowledge but lack the applicable abilities so we will train your control and reaction time." She said "So I'm gonna have you go over some training exercises to do just that."

Sora stood there and listened intently as Ea explained what she wanted him to do and how the exercises worked. An hour later Sora had sweat running profusely down his face and shirtless body. He was floating off the ground in full meditative lotus while trying to maintain a small marble size ball of energy between his palms. His face was strained and his breathing ragged. After a few more minutes Ea approached him and signaled for him to stop. Which he promptly did and fell face down on the ground.

"Well done master Sora you've already entered the intermediate stage with your telekinesis and mana control." She said proudly.

"Thanks" Sora huffed, still faced down on the floor. "I didn't think exercising would be this hard." He said, trying to catch his breath.

"Well that makes sense a lazy unmotivated neet such as yourself has probably never exerted himself physically before right." She responded.

Sora could feel another arrow pierce his heart out those harsh words. "Why are you so mean to me, Ea?" He asked with a sad dejected tone.

"I'm just telling the truth, Master Sora, and it is a servants duty to be honest with their masters." She responded emotionless. "Anyway let's move on to the next stage since you're finished with your control exercises."

"What!? I just got done and I haven't even rested yet!?" He cried out in desperation.

"Master Sora, your regeneration factor will restore you to full capacity in a few minutes and you do not require hours of rest." She responded. "The only thing you need to train is that pathetically weak mentality of yours." She responded sharply

Sora just looked on with a face full of despair as Ea ran down her training schedule with him. It was a chart that had his training planned out down to the seconds. He would be training all day, studying and mastering his knowledge at night, and only get 1 hour of sleep that Sora managed to negotiate in. At high noon there was a star placed on the chart Sora asked what it meant and Ea explained it to him.

"That's when I will utilize my time dilation technique Sora." She responded.

"OK, and what pray tell is your time dilation technique?" He asked, scared.

"It's where I utilize our bond to expand your conscious to create a space for your training where time runs differently." She explained. "There 1 hour will feel like 30 days."

"W, What?" He stuttered.

"I know I wish I could use it more but I can only cast it once a day." She continued. "But in that space is where we will focus on your fighting and sparring techniques."

Sora just dropped to his knees after realizing the week and a half he had ahead of him and wondered if he could survive it.

"With this schedule Sora I can guarantee you will be prepared for any threats or challenges you might face out there." She said giving him a look that sent shivers down his spine. "Now let's get started."

Sora could only sit there and think to himself "Yup, I've definitely made a serious mistake."

After a week and a half Sora emerged from the training now more focused and stronger than ever. He had nearly died a few times with the torturers Ea put him through. In fact he was sure that if he wasn't half undead then he would have perished long ago. But now that the week and a half was up it was time for him to attend his first day at Kuoh academy.

His uniform had been delivered and he copied it completely with his shroud so he could still wear his equipment. After preparing his lunch thermos and his school briefcase. He took one last chance to look over his appearance in the mirror.

His long jet black hair grown out to his nape. His dazzling silver eyes matched his serene and calm expression . He adjusted the collar of his Kuoh academy uniform which consisted of  a black blazer with white accents. It was over a white long-sleeved button down dress shirt, a black ribbon at the collar with matching black pants and brown dress shoes. After he finished fixing Ea's ring he grabbed his bag and made his way to the door.

"Shall we begin Ea?" He asked.

"Yes Master Sora." She responded.

They both then stepped out of their home welcoming the start of their first school day.
