I don't know any of those spells, I can guess tho, one for returning energy, and one for increasing maximum energy, regeneration is obvious, seem like you can cast however many you want so long as the circle doesn't disappear

While this happening, the old doctor right eye lit up and a white magic circle appears around his right eye...
