In an undisclosed location, an shadowy figure was walking through what appeared to be an once great castle, now clearly decadent after years of no use, with cracks being visible from many places, the unlit torches on the walls to the left, sparking to a dark-blue flames when the shadowy figure passed through them, illuminating the halls revealing an sequence of doors to the right side of the hallway,the living quarters doors having the worst of it as termites could be seen eating what was once very beautiful wooden doors, with the door locks showing signs of rusting, they stop at one of the doors and opens it, revealing a dark empty room, when entering the torches from the inside are lit with the same dark-blue flame, showing the insides more clearly, revealing some kind of summoning circle, when they came a few feet before it the shadowy figure said with an commanding voice:

"Come, monster that serves the great master !"

From the middle of the circle, dark-blue flames manifested from it, they seemed to be out of control for a moment, the shadowy figure not reacting to it, until they stabilized, making the before out-of-control flames now fully under complete control by the shadowy figure.

The flames then slowly revealed what appeared to be a shadowy individual with the only recognizable features being that it was a woman with long brown hair.

The summoner then spoke with an commanding voice:

"Bring me the mythical Crystal of Darkness."

The shadowy monster does a little bow before its summoner and then vanishes out of sight with incredible agility leaving the summoner alone.

"Hopefully, this will be enough, now, let’s do something more…fun."

The shadowy figure then proceeds to exit the room.

"Nakagawa Nozomi ! It's not enough that you came to school late a lot in the year before, but you're gonna do it this year too ?! Go outside and wait by the door in the hallway until i call you back !"

An angry adult female voice could be heard from inside a classroom with the number of the class being 1-2.

"Yes, teacher..."

The voice this time belonged to a young girl, the door from the classroom slided open and a blond-haired schoolgirl with messy short hair, brown eyes and an annoyed look on her face. Wearing a black uniform, with a red tie and skirt. Carrying a schoolbag in one hand and her wrapped bento boxes in another, exited the classroom and stayed where her teacher ordered and stayed put.

"This sucks, it's only the first day, sure,  i do come late to a lot of her classes...but still, i am trying my best here..."

She said, while making sure that nobody heard what she was saying while pouting,she then looked to the side and started having idle thoughts.

'You know...something interesting could happen, it's the same day-to-day routine everyday...it gets pretty boring, something exciting would happen and make things more interesting...'

Nakagawa then hears a growling from her stomach.

'Oh, i forgot haven't eat anything yet...well, maybe i've got time if i do it quickly'

She them put the schoolbag on the floor, and picked up the bento box that was on the top and put the bottom one on the ground, while picking up the chopsticks that came with it, but when she was about to dig in, the door of the classroom opened, revealing an adult woman with long dark hair, brown eyes, wearing an light-blue jacket, black jeans and pink heels, on a instant Nozomi tries to hide the bento from her teacher, now sweating bullets.

'Scary ! You're gonna kill me with a heart attack before classes even properly start, Manabu Kibishi is the perfect name for the one who's known among the students as the [School's Oni], hopefully she won't take my bento if i played it cool...right ?'

The teacher then confronts the 14 year old student, her serious, no nonsense look staring her down, making Nakagawa feel extremely intimidated and start seeing the teacher bigger than she actually was, the teacher then speaks without looking away from her.

"What do you think you're doing ?"

She asked, if the teacher was genuinely curious or not, Nozomi couldn't actually tell with all this tension building up, she could only maintain enough focus in staying calm and answer the question truthfully, with the hope that the consequences won't be too severe.

"W-well..."

Then her stomach starts growling for the second time today, this time with her teacher hearing it in all it's "growling form", then the tension vanishes it, the teacher then blinks a few times trying to process what just happened and then, when she recovers it she sighs, then speaking with an less serious.

"I assume that, not only did you come late, you also didn't manage to eat breakfast, is that right ?"

Nozomi only nods, blushing a little due to her stomach misshapen, Manabu then sighs again and just says with a more relaxed voice than before, not by much, but still definitely better than.

"Just...finish quickly and get to my class. And try to not make this a common occurrence like the previous year, ok ?"

The teacher then goes back to class and closes the door, leaving Nakagawa to eat her bento without any more interruptions, the same now recovering from the tension that now has disappeared completely.

'Phew...that was so scary, good thing that she was in a good mood today,now, let's finally dig in !'

She then starts eating her breakfast, enjoying her mother's homemade cooking, even tho her mother hasn't been home as often as she's at work, she still knows how to cook an bento that leaves Nozomi with an big smile and full of energy, after finishing it she puts back the bento box back where she got it and wraps the dark blue blanket, then she picks both the wrapped dark blue blanket in one hand and the schoolbag.

Opening the door and now well-fed, she was ready to face any challenges that this day had to offer.
