All around me looked the same. Oddly so, after all, there was some expectation for this board game of his, an outstanding being.
"Right, this is just the tutorial," I clutched my left hand while smirking, feeling like my feet hadn't even reached the starting line.
After walking forward as any of the pathways looked the same, my body felt slightly more tired.
System: Minus one physical.
"Oh? Just moving spends points?" I focused on the screen reviewing the information that the system pointed out.
Energies:
| Life: 4/4 | Physical: 9/10 | Magical: 10/10|
"I see..." My arms crossed while I pondered.
'What if I need to shoot someone and I end up depleting all my physical energy? Or was it magical...' Unsure about it my eyes looked down at the bow, feeling clueless as my once perfect memory was fading by the second, potentially a consequence of being stripped of my powers.
My shoulders shrugged, there was only one way to find out and that was by going into action. On my right hand, I lifted the bow, and once it was at shoulders height, I pulled the string with two fingers.
"Where should I aim it at?" I mumbled seeing no target in specific.
"The wall it is," I added with no hesitation whatsoever.
Once the string reached a certain pressure, blue energy began emanating in the place of the arrow, after charging it for a bit, it formed into a real one.
System: You've received a FFF skill, arrow creation. Minus five magic.
"That's amazing! I got a skill for just using this weapon!" I gleamed in excitement feeling refreshed and young all over again, while a golden glow fell on me.
Due to being new to everything my mind focused on the skills tab, reminded that they brought to me all sorts of information.
Skills:
FFF: Arrow Creation - Mastery: 0,1%.
Unique: Craft.
"Uh? What're these new things?" Without giving a thought my finger touched both.
System: FFF, designated as the lowest rarity in Anarta.
System: Mastery, this is your current expertise in said skill, once it reaches the max, there's a chance the skill grade may evolve.
"Hum..." I mumbled. "The more I use it..."
It felt like for this particular skill, I needed to use it a lot to make it greater, however, the current cost was so high that I could only get two arrows.
"A long way ahead," I whispered to myself, readying out once more the weapon against a nearby wall. A silent arrow left my bow propelled by letting go of its string. In no time, it pierced the wall, causing a visible minor crack in it.
"Was it that powerful?" My indigo gems scanned the result, while I felt confused about it, retrieving the arrow. Once it was out, they tilted between my hand and the wall, causing me to have a peculiar idea. Thus, I began stabbing the wall with the arrow as if it was my worst enemy.
After some strokes, something unusual happened, with the hole now wider, it leaked a part of itself onto the floor beneath.

At my feet, I realized what it was, a stone. And at the touch of my fingers, it vanished out of my sight, magically.
System: Yellow stone x1 has been stored in inventory, and new crafting recipes have been unlocked.
'I see, so I really can't take this literally, as just a wall. Perhaps as a game that has merged with the reality of many worlds.'
A giggle escaped my mouth, as I wasn't certain of the words that went through my mind. With the lack of intelligence and wisdom, the thoughts, and of course my own reasoning was suffering a severe backlash.
It was true that one of the rules dictated that the players would keep their prior memories, however, the ability to accomplish many of their past achievements was now gone.
"Looks like this will be quite hard..." I sighed unhappily, recollecting everything till now and the fact I saw something similar not that long ago.
'Seems like I already did a mistake... I should've collected some of the blue and black stones before entering the portal,' my head lowered itself a bit, swaying to the sides.
Craft:
Materials
'I suppose I have to open the materials tab next?' I attempted to try to touch the word and as my finger was about to, the screen changed giving place to more detailed information.
Materials:
Yellow Stone Plank - Yellow Stone x10
Yellow Stone Cube x10 - Yellow Stone x10
Yellow Stone Edge x1 - Yellow Stone x1
'What's the x number thing for? Seems like all of them need the stone I caught...' The tip of my right-handed index began poking my chin as my mind wandered further.
'Might as well attempt to make a yellow stone plank.'
System: Insufficient materials to realize that crafting, x9 stones missing.
Understanding how the system worked, I came to the realization of how simple it was, following it with laughter as my palm reached out for my forehead.
'The last option only needs one, might as well go for that,' this time around I pressed onto the screen.
System: 1 point has been deducted from magical, 60 seconds left.
'It's not instant? Well, I suppose that means magic in this world isn't omnipotent,' I smirked evilly, appreciating the so-called balance that the overseer came with.
Since there was nothing to do other than explore and smack the wall, I decided that for now, I'd do my best to exploit and attempt to delve further into my skill. After all, if I managed to unlock more things, there was the tiny possibility that something useful would eventually show up. My heart hoped for that chance. Thus, my hands returned to the wall, smacking it, alternating between the two tips of my bow.
Meanwhile, I got to think about other things that gave my heart some worry, allowing unease to crawl into my mind, striking as hard as my physique allowed.
'I don't know what I'll find in any of the hallways, or if I'm found by something, thus I'll at least try to do what I can meanwhile.'
I passed a hand on my forehead, feeling a little tired as this was no easy work.
