On the top floor, there was something called the ranking system. Every single person who exists on the floors above fifty is usually placed in a ranking where your power level determines your place. For close to two thousand years the people at the top of the ranking have not changed. The top ten people were all at level five thousand or more. They were unbelievably strong and no one could ever think of overthrowing them. The top three were unknown to everyone in the Temple. No one had ever seen them before and some people even started to think they didn’t exist at all, but they were right there on the list of the strongest, so it was undeniable that they existed. But the seven people below them were very well known. Each one of them was from a different class and they were all the strongest in their respective classes!
These seven were known as the seven kings.
It was unheard of for anyone to join the top hundred in the rankings on their first day. No one even dared to get close to number hundred on the list unless they have been on the top floors for more than five hundred years at least!
But on the very day that the tremors shook the floors, the rankings changed and for the first time in two thousand years, someone was added into the top ten!
At number eight, a new name appeared with his class and job visible for everyone to see.
[8. Han Luo [Mage] – Overlord]
It was absolute pandemonium up there! Everyone wanted to know who this man was! For someone to come into the Temple and become a part of the top ten on his first day was unheard of! How will they not want to know who it was!? But no one could even catch a whiff of him. People traveled down to the fifty first floor to look for Han and some people even went to floor fifty to see if the dragon knew who this Han Luo was.
But the fifty-first floor was completely destroyed! They couldn’t see anything there other than the signs of a battle of gods! The people who went to the fifty-first floor decided that they wouldn’t find anything there and went back to report to their leaders about what they saw. Meanwhile, those who went to floor fifty were more than shocked by what they saw there! The floor was still okay, but the dragon that usually guards the floor was dead!
The news of the dragon’s death traveled fast and people were wondering if it was also the Han Luo that killed her. The dragon on floor fifty is seen on the top floors as a necessary evil. She wasn’t a part of the top ten or even the top one hundred, but she was the one that kept the lesser people from coming in anyhow they wished. For her to be dead would mean that anyone can now come into the top floor like that! They did not like the thought of it, so they assigned a new dragon to go and protect that floor.
The dragons were from a special race known as the Summoners. Unlike regular Dragonborn, these dragons could actually change into dragons and fight using the abilities of dragons. The race known as summoners was also filled with many other mythical creatures. Each one of them could use the abilities of their mythical counterpart to the fullest too! Griffons, Sabertooth tigers and many other animals were common in the Summoner race!

The search for Han began to die down after about three days of no one being able to find him. It was like he disappeared off the face of the Temple and no one could detect even a trace of him. So people began to calm down and they finally decided that they would see Han Luo when he decides to show himself.
But there were three people who did not think in the same way. These were the three that Han displaced from the ranking list when he suddenly entered it. Numbers 9, 10, and 11 on the list were absolutely shocked when they saw their names move downwards! They were members of the seven kings and have never seen anybody enter the list for close to two thousand years! How is it possible for someone to suddenly enter it like this and push them down!
The person who was holding the highest grudge was the man who was kicked out of the seven kings completely. The eleventh on the list. His name was Quinthreath and he is a Griffin summoner as well as a [Mage]. For him, seeing his name getting kicked out of the seven kings by someone else was unbelievable!
He always thought that mages were weak, he was the very last on the list of the seven kings and all the other classes had people who were stronger than him, so he always thought the mage class was the weakest class. But the person who kicked him out of the list was a mage as well! How is it possible for a mage to be strong enough to enter number eight on the list! He had to find this man! There has to be some method he used to get to the top like this!
Maybe it was an artifact he found? Quinthreath knew that mages were the only ones capable of using artifacts and that most of the artifacts they used were usually given to them by the system. It was hard to find artifacts in this Temple, trust me, he looked for close to two thousand years and he found very little.
So that means Han Luo got his artifact from his system. A lucky draw perhaps? Quinthreath decided that he would have to find Han Luo no matter what! Han was a threat that Quinthreath would not overlook!
But Quinthreath would not have to go looking for Han. Because Han would be coming right for him first.
Han was standing on a cliff overlooking a wide forest at night. It was now three days since he fought against that scientist and won. He didn’t remember leaving the floor after the fight, all he remembered was that he woke up on the fifty-second floor beside Gregory. Gregory was sleeping while sitting down beside him, and from what Han could see, Gregory had been taking care of him while he was unconscious. When Gregory woke up, he told Han that he found him on the fifty-first floor after the fight. Gregory went back to see what happened after the fight ended and he found Han lying on the destroyed floor. He was floating in a pool of lava, but luckily his defenses were strong enough to protect him from getting burnt. Though his clothes were a different case.
After Gregory put Han in some of the extra clothes, he brought with him. Han rose a surprised brow at this bit of information. He didn’t even know Gregory brought extra clothes with him! Gregory ignored Han’s surprise and continued. After finding Han, be dragged Han’s unconscious body to the fifty-second floor and the dragon familiar flew them to the cave Han was resting in.
The dragon was obviously scared to even let Han anywhere near it. The bloodlust it felt had already shown it just how strong Han was, but Gregory strongarmed it into doing as he said! Han was unconscious for about two days after that and then he woke up on the third day.
The stats that Han got from killing the Celestial was unbelievably large. In fact, it was so large that the system took close to a full day before it finished processing it. By the time it was finished Han’s stats were like this.
Name – Han Luo

Gregory told Han that he almost thought about taking him back to the first floor so the girls could handle him. Gregory wasn’t very good at taking care of someone and he didn’t really care who took care of Han so long as he was okay. Han was happy that Gregory didn’t do that. He didn’t want the girls getting involved in all of this just yet. Although Han wondered how the system installment went with Rina and Kim. He hoped they would come out of it okay. Maybe he’ll talk to Rin through his shadow hunter later and ask her.
