A/n: The one vote I got has spoken!

Also, a little change of format. When Cordelia's talking, her name will appear at the start of the sentence, after the parenthesis. Otherwise, it's just the normal, automatic functions of the system.

'Well, may as well go in order, right? I suppose I'll go with 'When Fire meets Ice''

Next, Mingyue felt a familiar wave of nausea before blacking out.

[ Entering the world of When Fire Meets Ice.. 1%.. 10%...30%...70%...100% Complete! Good luck on your mission!]

When Mingyue woke up, she had found that her vision had surprisingly become clear. She was laying on a soft white bed, however, she didn't feel any comfort.

Mingyue began panicking seeing herself alone without knowing what was going on.

'System? Cordelia? Are you there? Is this normal when going to worlds? Please don't tell me I'm alone. Please, PLEASE!'

A black cat 'poofed' from out of nowhere.

[Cordelia: Would you stop being a crybaby for a second? I was checking the new functions. Why should I have to stay by your side all the time, huh?

Anyways, do you want the information or not? I could just leave you here, without you knowing what to do, in an identity crisis, while having the title of being possessed by a ghost.]

Mingyue's new face paled dramatically. While she was considered powerful in her past life, she still understood that in this world, she could possibly be one of the weakest. The only one she could rely on right now was the system and even then, their relationship was only bound by a contract and could easily be disposed of.

In the end, she was just a normal human being finding herself in a new world where the strong ruled, and those strong were the powerful task takers and systems. She could analyze that much, at least. What use was the money and power she made in her previous life? Nothing. That doesn't help her here, the system does. Why do you think she hasn't said anything about the system's arrogant behavior? The same reason why the weak has to rely on the strong when they have not become strong, yet. The same logic applies here. Mingyue was not absolute smartest, but she wasn't stupid, either.

She had to learn to adapt. Her world respected intelligence, so she would become intelligent to be respected. If this world from beyond hers respected power? Then, she had to become powerful, unless she wanted to enter the reincarnation cycle, which would be a good choice, but she was going to enter it anyways, so better later than sooner. So she began nodding her head frantically like a little chick.

'Yes, I would like the information, thank you!"

[Cordelia: Humph! The least you could do was say, "Please". Whatever, there's a new meter which would fill up all the way to 100% once you get the same amount of screen time as the MC. The passing percentage is 70%, and we can leave this world after the drama ends. ]

[Receiving World Information...]

Mingyue felt a splitting headache right after the mechanical voice had spoken, and her head felt like it was about to burst. When the pain finally subsided, she felt a wave of information spill into her brain.

This world's plot line was one of a very typical Enemies-to-lovers story. Well, the more specific term was Enemies-to-friends-to-lovers-to-enemies-tolovers. A very long word, but perfect to describe this story.

The basic summary of the plotline is:

Sophia Neve was someone of poor standing who had faced many hardships in life. This is what had shaped her into her current personality like a block of ice. She had worked hard in her studies and became a respected member of the student council at an elite school only for the geniuses and wealthy.

She was very strict with herself and others because she knew that in order to live a better life, she needed to get a good job, which meant no time for slacking. For that job, she needed her studies. She was known as the Ice Queen, or, by some jealous bullies, a poor nerd.

Ashton Tyson was the complete opposite of Sophia. A wild troublemaker and delinquent that relies on his parent's money to move smoothly through life was basically his entire persona. Spoiled since birth, and having gotten everything he's ever wanted without trying, he couldn't be more arrogant.

Having crossed paths on at a fight at school on opposite sides, the two became enemies. However, after a series of events, the two became friends, then lovers. Until, Sophia realized how stupid she was and that true love wasn't going to prevail over everything in the world.

Sophia found out that Ashton had been engaged from birth, and destroying someone's relationship didn't sit well with her. She hated the fact that Ashton lied to her and didn't tell her she was just a side chick who could become the cause of breaking a relationship. Next, she broke up with Ashton by telling him how she felt and how she didn't think it would work out. She adjusted to being single pretty quickly and got back to studying for the final exams.

Meanwhile, Ashton on the other hand, was very hotheaded, so got mad at his fiancee, and decided to break off the engagement by complaining to his parents. For the first time in his life, he wasn't the one that got the final say. He wasn't able to break off the engagement, his fiancee was. Turns out, she had found out about his affair through Sophia's apology letter, and, having got her priorities straight, didn't think a cheating man was deserving of her, no matter how rich and influential. There were plenty more capable, influential, wealthy, and most importantly loyal men who are chasing after her in high society.

Having been humiliated and broken up with in one day, Ashton's mood was very bad. For some reason, he decided to take it out on Sophia, by making things harder for her at school. However, he couldn't keep at this forever and realized if he wanted to get her back, then he needed to repent. So he spent most of his time apologizing, and after Sophia forgive him, they became closer again.

Sophia helps Ashton become a better man, and Ashton helps Sophia get a good job, and they get married. The end.

Mingyue's current identity was Maria Locke, the friend of Sophia, who only appeared ONCE, just to comfort Sophia when she found out she became a home-wrecker that destroyed someone's relationship.

[Main Mission: Fill the Screen Time Meter to 100% (0/100)] [1000 pts]

{Side Mission: Become the support Sophia needs and can rely on] [50 pts]

The cat twirled around in happiness.

[Cordelia: See? So easy! A pity the points are so few, but the missions are so easy! Lord God was as generous as to give you a host close to the FL.]

Meanwhile, Mingyue was still absorbing Maria's memories.

Overall, Maria can be said to have lived a pretty ordinary life. She was from a middle-class household, earned a 3.7 unweighted GPA, and was not popular, but not hated either.

Mingyue massaged her forehead before glancing at the cat again.

'Cordelia, do you know what time it is?'

[Cordelia: Duh. For your timezone in this world , the time should be 8:43 pm on Sunday, August 11, 2030.]

'Oh?! So I'm like 20 years in the past, right now?'

[Cordelia: Technically, yes for your timeline, but it shouldn't matter anyways because you're in a different world now.]

'Setting that aside, this should be the day before school started, and the day before the show starts. Cordelia, do you know where the FL is, right now?'

The cat began to pull up blue holographic screens in from of her before letting out an answer.

[The FL is practicing her homework right now. There is no reason for you to be so anxious when this isn't even affecting your missions. Please, just go to sleep and bother me tomorrow.]
