Chapter 1: Author’s Note

Hello there! So I want to start off by saying that this is my first time writing any form literature meant to entertain, let alone posting it on a website. I’ve written intellectual papers for school and have done a few classes regarding writing, I failed those miserably (T_T). 

So if their are any inconsistencies, grammatical errors, or you simply want to converse about the story, please let me know in the chapter’s comment section. I will try to get to as many as I can but my work has me sleeping weirdly. 

The only reason I bothered to write these chapters is because I hadn’t slept for about 24+10+3= math is hard :( and needed to blow off steam. IDK why my brain decides to make me think when it is sleep deprived but back the important parts. 

The story will have some elements based upon books, games, comics etc... that already exist. I don’t see it as enough to be a fan-fiction but I will try to hint at what it is based off of. Let me know if you figured out the reference with a comment.(^‿^)

Also, you may have read the poll at the top but I will ask again. I am thinking about doing a basic system to help our protagonist keep track of certain things. My (I keep trying to re-write this paragraph because of the amount of Me, My, and I’s inside ((+_+)) ) question is which of these do you guys prefer?

This will probably not be the last iteration of menu I use. It is mainly meant to be a placeholder, hence the clear rip-off of most of it. When I do manage to get the specific style I want, then it will be changed this this chapter (and previous chapters that I can remember).
