Chapter 9: Chapter 7 – Hero I

A while after Alicia disappeared, the space in front of the woman warped and there appeared a man wearing a formal suit, he has black eyes and a slicked black hair.

"You do realize that that was dangerous right?" The man said while sitting at the chair that materialized out of nowhere along side a table and a tea set.

"Care to join me?" The woman asked the man who was already sitting.

"Answer my question first Chloe, that is dangerous you know" The man reprimanded.

"Yes I do but-" Chloe's answer then got cut off by the sudden action of the man.

"W-Why are you hugging me all of a sudden?" Chloe's face then got beet red when she heard the answer.

"This is your punishment for making me worried , I already lost you one time and I don't know what will happen to me if I lost you again" The man said still hugging her.

"But you already found me, so I'm sure you can find me again" Chloe then pushed the man's chest and smile at him, her smile in which outshines even the brightest star in the universe.

"Still don't do unnecessary things that will put you and her in danger" The man said.

"I know and look another interesting event is going to happen soon" Chloe said and a transparent screen appeared in front  of them showing a beacon of light that reached the skies.

"It seems like those three would face great troubles in their reign" The man said.

"Indeed,-" then I cut her off her sentence.

In the village of Ur at the northern end of the empire, a brown haired girl is sleeping comfortably on her bed, her name is Nia she is without a doubt the most beautiful girl in the village even though she barely reach the age of ten. It is currently 8 in the morning after the sun came out.

"Nia wake up" her mother called onto her behind the door.

"Just a little bit mom" Nia answered lazily.

"It's a nope" her mother then burst open the door and pulled Nia out of her bed.

"Wake up, you got a work to do remember" her mother added.

"Ueeeh, is it today?" Nia asked.

"Yes, so change your clothes and eat your breakfast" her mother said as she makes her way out of Nia's room. What day is it you ask? Today is the day of her father possibly returning back from the monthly beast hunt issued by their lord to lessen the danger coming from the forest and to serve as a income for the village, and Nia is the only child and the village chief's daughter.

"I wonder what beast did they hunt this time?" asked Nia to her mother.

"I bet it's the usual Giant Tusked Boar and few Death Falcons" answered by her mother.

Giant Tusked Boar, as their name applied they are Boars but the difference is this boars could reach over 20 meters in height and they have Physical Damage Resistance in which made them immune to normal attacks, although two knights is enough to subjugate one of this beast they can still raze a normal village in the ground and usually boars this size avoid traveling alone, they travel in packs. Just imagine an elephant herd but the elephants became hostile to humans. Death Falcons on the other hand is much smaller than the boars their wingspan can reach 10 meters in length but they have Agility V that allows them to attack on a fast intervals and no they do not posses the death element but even without it they are still as deadly as their distant cousins namely; Thunder Bird, Flame Eagle, Frost Raven, Rock Pigeon, and Gale Owls.

"Mom, do you think this will be like last month where they brought back 15 of those boars?" she asked her mother.

"I doubt, last time they have the assistance of the lords knights because of their training and due to that we have more than enough for this month but you're father still insisted on doing a hunt" her mother said in a worrying tone.

"don't worry mom, dad and others are probably on their way back so we just need to wait for them, right" she said while hugging her mother in her seat.

"This is quite a goodies don'cha think brother" asked by a burly man holding a giant broadsword that is twice his size to the other man on his right.

"Hmmm" he nodded "call the boys Jack, we're having a feast tonight because we just hit the jackpot" he continued.

"Aye aye, Boss" Jack answered while making his way back to their camp.

"That man surely wants new toys" he said before retracting his blade at the dead man's body and following behind Jack.
