I jerk myself awake, what happened, something walked on me! Who? Oh, it was just a leaves brushing against me. Yes, excuse me customer support, my skill is broken. But seriously, what the hell system! This skill is absurdly priced and it does nothing! Ugh, I don't even know the first thing on how to make this skill work. I thought my imagination would be enough, but I'm missing something, after all this was sort of like trying mold thin air into the shape that I want. Oh right! EP. Now I should try it again. Uh I now know how to manipulate energy now, but what do I do with it? I can't see or feel any energy that I can manipulate, I can't perceive any form of energy to manipulate to do that. Damn it System! Once more you have bested me, well whatever, I just need to be able to see or feel the energy right? So is there any [Energy perception] skills?

Oh. My. God. I wanna cry at this point, every damn time there is something that I need and I always don't have enough points for it. Fine, tch damn system ate my points and gave me practically nothing for it. Fine, I just need to learn to perceive energy by my own, not like I need you. Stupid system.

Fine, I feel bitter about it, but nothing can be done about it except getting more points. For now, it's time to use the evolutionary points. Uh, what do I want? Well, this will also affect my body, so I don't want to do something that'll make me increase in size or something like that.

Ok, first off, I wanna strengthen my claws again.

Once more, I feel that numb feeling in my claws. Aaaa I still don't like it.

Finally the feeling had stopped, and I felt my claws being stronger, they also look a little bigger and sharper. And woah! I can retract them?! That's so cool! Alright calm down Lisa, I should get more things now. Ok upgrade my regeneration now.

Oooh my god, that's a lotta damage! But if I can regenerate better then I can survive more, so I think it is important. But anyways yes, improve regeneration.

Now it's the time to get down from the tree and find something to kill, I wonder what is the level of monsters around here?

I get down from the tree carefully and start sneaking, I hear the sounds of monsters all around me, and behind a pretty large tree, I saw a giant rhinoceros beetle fighting some small snakes, well might as well appraise them!

Ok, ok calm down Lisa, look these snakes are fighting it and are doing pretty good, so let's appraise them to see how strong they are.

Oh crap! That snake is almost dead, although it's also a little inferior in stats, but they more than make up for it with their numbers! But hopefully not too many of them die, since if they die that could make the beetle level up and then they'd be in a world of trouble.

Wait, isn't this a perfect opportunity? To come in and kill the damaged one of them then get a load of exp? Maybe I should get on the trees and start watching so I can swoop in and kill steal. When I get up on the tree, I was surprised by seeing that there was a monkey already up there, when I look around the trees again, I see that they were all covered with monkeys! Even the ground had other monsters watching this fight, bleh kill stealers, boo you guys suck.

Luckily the monkey didn't realise I was behind it already, and so I give it an Appraisal to see its stats.

Wow, that is a weak monster. How the hell did it survive? How did all of these monkeys survive? Well I guess apes together strong.

But the battle down with the beetle and the snakes was seriously intense, 3 of the snakes died, but they hadn't been killed by the beetle. No, the snakes had killed their own injured teammates to not allow the beetle to kill it, and the beetle has been getting angrier and fiercer, it was ramming into trees and relentlessly trying to murder the snakes, but the snakes had mostly just been dodging, weaving around the trees and even burrowing into the ground. Although the beetle used its horn to fish them out, but this battle was nearing its end as the beetle was getting slower and shaking. Suddenly, the monkey prepare to drop down. I also prepare myself to go in for a kill steal, the snakes move in for the kill as the beetle drops and the monkeys jump down to finish it off before the snakes, even some other creatures got in, like really big praying mantises and a similarly sized centipede. All of the creatures were fighting each other, friend and foe, trying to stop each other from getting to the dying beetle. Holy crap this was freaking metal! Although the snakes were dominating the other species with their superior power. So much that all of them had teamed up on the snakes and were starting to turn things around. I see an especially large snake start to move towards the dying beetle to finish it off as it was protected by the other snakes. Their leader? Or parent? But this is now my cue to get in on the action. I jump off of the branch to get closer to the middle of the party, as I fall I breathe fire down on them to clear the place a bit. They weren't aware of it and had gotten hit by it in full blast.

Looks like at least a few of them died by that, and others were injured. Luckily a lot of them were still busy killing each other, since that alliance didn't last long. The enemies in front of me probably wanted me dead now, they completely forget about the beetle and approach me in a frenzy, I catch sight of the big snake after they had parted to get closer to me. It was now gnawing on the beetle roughly to get through its carapace. Not too much time remaining.

A mantis, two monkeys and a lizard come toward me to try and kill me. I can't spend a lot of time analyzing so I want to see only level and stats.

They aren't that strong, thank god. But I'm running outta time. As they were running towards me, I run and jump over them. The mantis that had tried to cut me up with its claws, had instead cut one of the monkeys, who in turn fell on the lizard, causing the other monkey to start fighting with the mantis, well now that they are fighting each other they seem to have forgotten me.

I run towards the beetle once more and nearly a dozen creatures try to get a lunge at me as I pass them, I run through them until I reach the snake barrier. The snakes were already fighting two large burly monkeys, I run and jump on top of one of the monkeys that was kneeling down and nearly fall. But I dig my claws into it's back and jump off as it starts raging about. I jump over the snake barrier and was now about to fall on top of the beetle. I prepare to dig into it with my claws as I fall violently on top of it. Upon landing my claws nearly broke from the hardness of its carapace, but they had pierced through, the beetle does one last violent jerk and starts to turn over, I jump off before it turns over and fall in the middle of the crowd. The beetle finally comes to a rest, and I held my breath as I hoped for that announcement.
