Chapter 95: Alfheim#5 Icelos V/S Phantasos

CIRDAN'S POV:-

Domain. After a level of proficiency in magicules, creating a Domain is feasible, in theory at least. The hidden truth behind the Domains is that you not only must have control over your natural magicules but also it must be strong and precise enough to remove most of the other magicules present in the surrounding, in theory at least. 

But there is a rule or perhaps a misconception? That you can't create a Domain unless you are at least 12yrs old because it is that time that your natural mana rings forms and lets you use your own magicules with no hindrance. That is why almost all the races teach their younger generation from 12yrs old. Some try to teach their children from a younger age, but in the end, it is but a minuscule improvement compared to the burst in improvement shown at 12 years of age, at least in theory.

'What am I just witnessing, though, right now?'

I observe a field of light magicules surrounding the two kids as they stand against each other in their duel. 

The kid, Phantasos, just now created a Light Domain in front of me. The field covered them and Light particles and Light blades swirled around the area at high speed. Only ones who are safe inside that field are the two kids who are analysing each other right now.

Aura. A special Art of races that have blessed capabilities in using physical strength. Although humans fall in the category of having lower Aura than other races, they are still considered Aura user as some humans can outdo many other races in pure Aura Art, in theory at least.

'Sigh, just where did Zwain find these monsters?'

Similar to Natural Mana circle, the kid shouldn't be able to use Aura Arts this early, forget about using combination arts which require a higher mastery. 

'Are they really humans?' I couldn't help but think like that, as my eyes are fixated on those kids. Their talent is beyond monstrous. I doubt I am ever going to see someone of that age with more talent than them. 

"This world is truly filled with strange miracles all around. Who knows what you see next might shock you even more than this," Bailey speaks as he looks at those kids with slight sarcasm in his words.

A wry smile forms on my face as I think that if it really gets like that, then we might as well retire.

'Man, I feel so old now.' I shake my head as I concentrate back on their fight. Looks like they are about to begin.

Icelos vanishes as fast as he can and starts attacking Phantasos, who turns to dust as he covers his presence with his domain. 

'Fast!' I think as I observe them doing a fast moving duel. Looks like they are going to finish it on this round.

Thousands of light blades attack Icelos, who skillfully dodges and attacks the Light blades with his sword covered with Dark magicules. He keeps dodging and jumping within the Light Domain as he searches for Phantasos.

Then, a smile forms on Icelos' face as he looks in a certain direction before slashing right behind him.

Phantasos becomes visible as a shocked expression is revealed on his face before his eyes turn white and his wounds start healing. Icelos takes a step back before jumping at him again, as he does a hundred slashes as fast as he can.

Phantasos keeps healing himself as he attacks Icelos with his Light blade, but maybe he lacks experience compared to Icelos, he misses most of them. After a few rounds of exchanges, Icelos finally hits Phantasos with a high intensity dark magicules filled blade and pushes him to the ground. Once Phantasos hits the ground, he finally loses consciousness. Icelos then jumps at the ground before muttering, 

"17Win : 12 Draws : 14 Loss, even though you have more mana, you lack experience, brother."

Icelos then stands there for a few moments before finally fainting with a smile on his face.

Zwain then moves towards them and picks them up before bowing to us and leaving from here.

Everyone looked at those kids as if they were looking at monsters. Even I did so, as I turned my sight to the place where they fought.

They created an enormous crater, with everything destroyed in the vicinity of the place where they fought. 

'Just what monsters did you find, Zwain?' I couldn't help but think the same line repeatedly. I wonder how long are they going to stay here though. Maybe I can look into the reason for their abnormal growth.

"Looks like things are going to be interesting. Wasn't they one of the guests who arrived in the royal castle today? I didn't think they would be this much of a monster when they arrived here. Looks like we need to be more careful and respectful of them. If even the kids are this powerful, I can't imagine how strong the adults would be. Just what monsters did Zwain end up finding?" Says Bailey with a wry smile as he blinked two-three times as if still finding it hard to believe what he just saw. 

'Well, you are right about that, Bailey. Even I am asking myself the same question you are asking. Though I hope they are allies and not enemies.'

Everyone stands there for a few moments before getting back to training, with some having a fire in their eyes while the others just having a demotivated face. I chuckle, looking at their expression before asking Bailey, 

"What are you going to do next?"

Bailey turns his head towards me, snapping out of his thoughts, and answers after a momentary pause. 

"Going to meet the 7th today. I heard there is something he needs me for."

I nod at him before speaking, "I will be meeting the Prince. Looks like something came up and I am being called for a minor emergency of sorts."

He nods at me before we both vanish from here.
